Are all the sales people on commission and are ex used car salesman? I did not feel comfortable with their games and schemes and left never to return.

Highly recommend buying a mattress from Dalton and Seamus! We Walked in not knowing anything about mattresses besides wanting a firm one and they made sure we found one that best suits us all while getting the best price for one! They are also extremely friendly and knowledgeable and make the whole entire buying process so easy! Will send everyone we know that is needing a mattress to them!

Went in not sure what type of mattress to purchase. Dalton was our sales representative and was very helpful. He guided us through the process and helped us determine what was best for us. He took the time to listen and did not push an agenda. Everything he said would happen did on time as promised. The delivery people were excellent as well.

Our bed was delivered the next day after our purchase. Everything was on time and as expected! The sales team at the Fergus Falls location were exceptional. Certainly will do business with them again! Thank you Mandi, Brandon, Frank and Nick for putting up with us while trying to make a decision!

Friendly staff, good value for the money!

I feel the need to respond to the review left by Spaka Spaka.Although he was given a fantastic deal, Spaka Spaka left only a deposit, telling us he would be back Friday to pay it off. I informed him the mattress would be ordered after it was paid in full. Two weeks later, when he came back expecting it to be here, he was told again that it cant be ordered until it was paid for. He left again without paying. When he came back again expecting the mattress he was told again it needed to be paid for before it was ordered. He became agitated and threatening, demanding his money back immediately. Because of his state, and even though it was not the way we normally did it, I refunded his money immediately. He left, yelling and cursing at me.Now at no time did I give false information and he and his brother were treated with the utmost kindness and respect. But after being told repeatedly, and by more than one person, he needed to pay for the mattress before we would order it in, the guest wanted it for just the deposit.Im happy he found what he was looking for and wish him well.

I love the bed I bought from there!!!!! And our sales lady Mandi was super Awesome and she really made us feel at home.

They were very helpful on getting us a mattress that we liked!!! Definitely will be coming back!
