My phone needed a new battery. Chris couldnt provide the service, but referred me to a local business that could. When the time comes for a new phone, I will definitely shop here.

Needed a new phone, Chris was able to get me all the help i needed and made this my quickest trip inside a cell phone store.

Cody was super helpful! Very friendly. He made the process of getting a new phone very quick.

Cody stayed and helping us work through our request. When we left it was an hour and a half after the store closed and our problem was solved. I really appreciate the time he gave.

Cody was a great help figuring out how to activate and import the contacts from the old 3G phone to a new one.

Called to see if this location was a corporate store, the sales person that I talked to skirted the question several times then said he said they were corporate.... apparently he lied to me! So if he will lie about a simple question like that... what else will he lie about??? I will NEVER shop there!

I received excellent help when I brought my new iPad in, that I had bought from an outside source, but I had hope that because I have a account with them already, that they would help me figure out a few things on my iPad.Cody, perfectly applied a new screen saver for me, and also sold me an accessory that I needed to use with my pencil, for my iPad.

They deleted my review of one star after I complained about someone fraudulently using my name to leave a positive review. Really starting to wonder how this company is functioning. If they are willing to lie through their reviews, there might be a possibility of the customers being lied to as well. Interesting they removed my real review instead of the false one.

The service there was great! The guy working even stayed past business hours to help us out and make sure we were happy with everything before we left!

Great service and staff was very knowledgeable about the phone features. They were helpful and did not find my questions silly and took the time to explain all the technical things I didn’t understand. Would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a phone.

Deceptive marketing strategies and they try to con you into DirecTV. Its not what best for the customer, its about whats best for our activation numbers. Thats not a reference to this store, its a reference to AT&T as a whole. Dont fall into the trap of adding new lines if you really dont need one, they will find a way to manipulate you into it. Long story short, dont waste your time with AT&T, the companys customer service sucks and for a communication company, they lack exactly that!

Network is down and the cops are expected to notify on call nurses (who happen to be at&t customers) that their hospital is in desperate need of them. They could simply get a phone call, but your network is down... AGAIN. Ever heard of redundancy at&t? I guess your CEO needs that redundant money for his winter trip to the Bahamas. This company is so bogus.

Paul and Cameron had been the only reason I had service with AT&T. Since they left I am stuck with a staff at this store that is not intelligent enough to answer the simplest question. AT&T should close this store! The Fergus Falls AT&T is an embarrassment to AT&T!

As of may 17th 2019 I walked into the store hoping I can get my hands of a brand new phone and I had seen only 2 employees and 4 customers so I didnt think of anything and I looked around for a bit and the employees did not say a single word to me so I thought to myself Im going to come back in a bit they seem busy maybe an hour passes by they were down to 2 customers and still they did not say a single word to me considering I was standing still in one spot and it just made me feel uncomfortable so I left and dont get me wrong I like this store but the employees were not so welcoming

They do not answer when called multiple times and leaving voicemails asking to be called back recieve no answers. Also after going two times they have not been able to solve a problem concerning a phone.

This is my husband Donalds cell phone. A you can see he needs a new one! So I was searching around Fergus Falls for a flip phone and ended up at our local AT&T Store and was thrilled at the selection and knowledge of the Manager! Thank you Chris! If anyone needs a phone check this place out. Just wanted to give a shout out to a really good guy who sells flip phones. There are other places to shop other than the big bog stores!
