I stopped in after work to get a tire fixed. They worked me in right away and 40 minutes later I was on my way. Very professional and polite customer service. Thank you.

It seems that the new ownership has caused a high turnover rate among employees so the original management is long gone. I think that they still do an acceptable job, I also feel like they switched from individual stores being in control of items in stock to being sent a generic stock of items based on what corporate dictates would sell based on decisions from a logistics team. It definitely changed the feel that Fleet Farm originally had being from home grown grass roots Farm and fleet supplies to more of a generic tractor supply type of store. They removed some of the originality that made it feel comfortable, Its acceptable just not as good as it once was.

Quick stop for deer hunting supplies. Hard to live without Fleet Farm this time of year.

Love it but they move around the stock . Its hard to find what you need. But I love it.

Corporate bought them out a few years back and now its changed drastically. Prices went up, dont have the merchandise they used to. Still have the same name but not the same store anymore. Very disappointing.

I love this store! It has a variety of goods it sells from food to clothing to sporting to automotive, building and farm supplies. My only issue right now is the empty shelves but quite the norm everywhere.

Something really needs to be done with regard to getting all categories of ammunition back in stock. The shelves are bare

Employees are RUDE!!!! Asked a question to the employee in the paint department. He wouldnt even look at me and got a one word answer...No.Did not explain anything or offer any other help. We went across the street to Home Depot. I cant help but wonder if it was because I had a mask on. Oh well doesnt matter. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!

Everything in Fergus is out of stock and shelves are empty. Alex, St. Cloud and Brainerd aremuch better managed

Sales reps in sporting goods were great.

Long lines, slow moving and then I had to get the spider web removed at the cashwrap resulting in another 10 min wait. If you dont trust your employees with the ability to remove the security tags, you either need to question your leadership or their ability to work for you. One of the two is bad.

I love fleet farm, but this one consistently had too few check out employees working and the fishing section is frequently understocked.

Once I found the right department I was quickly helped.

Pumps didnt work so I checked with kid inside. Not sure he knows what he is there for. But I had to figure it out myself. I will be watching because it took my card twice. They were out of ice too. What a wasted stop.

Sunday March 7,2021..@1:35I went in looking for some hexi bolts department. The gentleman (didnt get his name) that helped me was OUTSTANDING. THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME THERE... THANKS TO HIM A MILLION TIMES OVER. And directed me Isle L19 Which was right on target

Not set up well for handicapped

I have been purchasing tires for here for over 35 years. That ended this past two weeks. I purchased a set of new tires for my car and had them installed. These tires were directional tires, meaning they are to be installed with the outside marking on the outside. They were installed wrong. The inside marking was on the outside. I went back to have them installed the right way. We went to pick up the car after the tires where reinstalled only to find a nasty grease stain on the drivers seat and door panel. Back into the garage again to have them clean the stains. Got home only to see that the stains were not all gone. I cleaned them myself this time. Then I checked the tires again to make sure the outside markings were on the outside of the tires. They got three out of four right. Back into the shop again we go. Four times into the shop for one set of tires ? Im done...............

They have it all. But very hard to find anything very disorganized and higher than average price for merchandise.

Always have what I need. Now they have a rewards program too! Love this place!

We come to this store every year when we are in the area. They always have good sales, many different products and their staff is always very helpful and friendly. Today at the register we had a very nice young man by the name of Ben. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. I recommend this store if youre in the area, we always come for fishing stuff but end up leaving with all sorts of stuff and snacks.

Food is great here, but the service is sub par. No smiles and no happiness from server. But, the food makes up for it.

The automotive department is amazing, answered all my questions gave me a quote on the things I was looking for, with no added stuff for things I dont. They listen very well, and work very hard to make sure youre satisfied. The tire techs, and Jen Kaiser are great to work with. I highly recommend auto work here.

I was at Fleet Farm yesterday. Almost all of the people there were not wearing masks and few recognized social distancing. MN does mandate mask wearing. I do not feel safe in your store. You need to be more safety proactive. I will not shop here again for quite awhile. Amazon is looking good.

Me and my father went to FleetFarm to buy $700 worth of wood for building a deck. This was not too long ago,the weather was not doing us any favors. We pulled around to the side of the bulding,we wait for staff (they were polite and helpful) but the downside of this is that all of the wood FROZEN! Wood frozen together! We had already paid, so we really had no choice,and we did not have the time to go back in and do something about it. So we continued loading up the wood, and drove to our destination with water dripping on us, and the truck soaked.

The lady who runs the east register on Tuesdays does a really good job! Glad she came out of retire to wait on me, thanks!

I have really been impressed with how hard Fleet Farm has been working during the pandemic to keep their employees and customers as safe as possible. All staff are required to wear masks, they do an hours worth of scrubbing at the end of each day, and they make announcements regularly along with all the check out precautions. Really impressive. I called ahead of time and the auto department found me 10w-30 oil for like $2 a quart because I am broke af rn lbs.

Was there yesterday to get a tire replaced and was informed that they didnt have a tire for my 94 Toyota Corolla. The man behind the desk insisted that my vehicle wasnt worth a new tire so he was going to find me a used one. I came back today as instructed and I was informed that they might not have time to put the tire on and they would try to get me in between clients. I waited over 2 hours before they could sneak me in and the lady up front was rude and dismissive when I informed her of the incident yesterday stating well I wasnt here to hear what was said. I was also informed that if I took my tire somewhere else to get installed they were still going to charge me full price for mounting the tire. Because of all this happening I will never go there again for their tire care center.

27 shoppers in line to check out on 2 registers....4 customer service staff were standing around visiting. 20 minutes to check out...customers were abandoning carts and walking out...ouch!

Even when he asked for help and the lady at the customer service desk was very argumentative and rude to him. So thank u so much for your kindness. A frequent customer, and this is my go to place. However, when I was in the store today, I was disappointed with the significant number of people without masks.Community spread is causing a record increase of positive tests. Wearing a mask for the 10 minutes you are in the store isnt that much of an inconvenience to help slow that increase.

Visited this location. I would never go back!! Upon walking in the floor is all beat up so yea thats super inviting. The toddler clothing selection is horrible, un marked and mixed in on racks with adult clothing so thanks for making things easy. As I was walking around the store looking to buy a knife, I was never asked if I needed help finding something even though I was obviously looking for something and not finding it. Several employees looked at me with more or less suspicion rather then helping me find what I was looking for. One employee sent me in the entire wrong direction. I gave two starts because the check out guy was extremely nice.

I love the variety at Fleet Farm, but they didnt have any Maes Corner Market Garlic and Herb Seasoning. This is my all time favorite and Im almost out!

Fleet farm is a great store to shop at.... At one time it was called the mans store and I guess those days are past but its still good and they include a large variety of products... The sporting dept has been expanding rapidly.. As good as it is I do miss the older days when it was farm oriented. But thats just my opinion!!!!

I used to love fleet farm. I could find whatever I wanted there. Now half the items are out of stock or not available at all. This isnt due to coronavirus. Its been an issue ever since the original owners sold the store.

Great place to shop. Especially at Christmas time and hunting season.
