I am honestly impressed with the service I recieved from this shop. The gentlemen there are extremely polite and know exactly what theyre talking about. I called around to multiple shops to assist me in a motherboard replacement, but this shop was the only one that knew what was wrong. They also had a quick turnaround! I will recommend this shop to anyone who needs PC repairs in the future.

Talk about courteous and competent service! These guys know their craft. I love doing business with companies who have true integrity and actually care about the people who they are providing a service. My screen on my laptop was showing pink. I was told my computer should be ready within 3-4 days. It received a call the next day advising my computer was ready for pickup. Not only did they fix the screen they repaired some other things on my computer that needed attention with no additional charge. I am well pleased.

Ive had my computer there a couple times the first time . I took my Mac Pro book to them the hard drive was bad they replaced it in a timely manner and had the computer back to me.. The next time I took the computer to them it had a cable inside the computer that was the problem and they fixed it in a timely manner I am very pleased with them and would recommend them to my friends and family

Had a screw pop out of the bottom left of my HP Envy laptop screen. Took it in, after a thorough ten second examination it was decided that I needed an entirely new backing to the screen. This would run about $80 and I would have to wait multiple days until the part came in and then take it to them to get it fixed. I thought that was preposterous, took it to Millers Hardware and bought the screw(exact size specification from HP Manual) for 35 cents. The screw holder is built into the case. Good as new. My advice to you, go somewhere else where you wont get screwed.

We dropped our laptop off on the 12th because of an issue with the motherboard that was not allowing it to charge. These guys jerked us around for over 5 weeks. They never called when they said they would. We had to call and check up on the computer over and over again. They never gave us straight answers. They were rude. Frequently telling us we didnt understand the problem. They broke our keyboard in the process and then refused to give us back the computer when we asked. They sent it out against our wishes to Miami etc etc etc. In the end we got the computer back 4 weeks late, and paid 25 dollars MORE than we were quoted just so we could get the computer back. I would absolutely NEVER do business with these guys again. Horrible experience.[edit] you can clearly see by the way this guy is talking to me how unprofessionally he runs his business. Telling me to come to his place of work with 3 friends. I have an invoice stating the issue with the laptop was that it would not power on. At the time of drop off there was no problem with the video. Im not really sure what this mans problem is, but his behavior is childish.

I was visiting my father in Fern Park and he had some major computer problems. I went to PC House, and spoke with the president, Mr. Bashir. He was very competent and gave me several alternatives as to how he could upgrade my dads computer from XP to Windows 7. My father brought his computer in on Monday, and by Wednesday he had it back. Mr. Bashir even made sure his printer would work with the new OS. Everything is working well and my father is getting used to his new system. The price was very fair.
