Waiting time at the pharmacy counter was unreasonably long given all the happiness standing around or on the telephone. When I finally was helped at the counter I was horribly overcharged for insulin pen needles. I paid 2x for this nonprescription product over what I pay at home. Wont be back!

Chris at the pharmacy was horrible to me. All i did was ask a question and he snapped at me. Even the big guy told him to calm down. Its a customer service job man. Get over yourself. Not happy at all

Its literally the worst walgreens in Nevada. Appointments at pharmacy are pointless and its understaffed terrible place that we are stuck with cause the towns so small. Will start traveling to fallon pharmacy where they care.

I called today 4/12/21 around 11: 20am or so about developing my disposable cameras and some film and I was very pleased with the customer service representative that answerd my call. The young lady was very helpful, polite, energetic, and cheerful she answered all my questions and put a smile on my face and brightened my day. Thank you

Went there about 5 minutes ago and the woman working there lacks customer service skills. Please stop taking retail jobs if you can’t be a decent human being and actually be nice to potential customers. Walgreens needs to start having customer service classes.

We have to wait for whatever every time we go in to the pharmacy, but I understand. They recently had to take on a lot of Dahls long-time customers, in addition to this town growing by the minute. Ive found that the people working in the pharmacy are helpful and friendly, theyre doing the best job they can with all the chaos. With all the covid testing and shots, in addition to their regular, I think theyre holding on the best they can & doing a good job...

My husband scheduled to have a COVID test done for 9:30am and showed up on time. He was turned away and told that the scheduler was down and that he had to come back later. They refused to tell him when to come back and we’re extremely rude. My husband is very sick and drove 40 minutes to have this done. We didn’t receive any notifications that the system was down. This is beyond irresponsible and unprofessional.

After seeing the reviews I am not shocked I had a bad experience now. This morning at 8:53 I showed up for covid testing as the email says to wait in the PHARMACY drive thru and arrive 5 min early thats what I did as my appointment was at 9 am. A guy named Kim was so rude and disrespectful. He came on the mic and told me NOT to park in the drive thru that I needed to go drive in circles till they opened and when I had tried to ask where do I go for covid testing he said not here and hung up the mic. I came back through at 9 am and a lady did administer my covid test but I was blown away at how rude and disrespectful kim was there were no signs saying where covid testing was being done or where to go. I will no longer shop at walgreens and will no longer fill my prescription with walgreens. In a small town COSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS.

We are on the road and broke down in Fernley. We ran out of meds, and so went in to have them fill a few days worth of scripts for us. They have to contact our regular pharmacy to get that done. We checked back after several hours and were told our home pharmacy had not responded. After another hour, we contacted our home pharmacy (we know everyone that works there) and were told they never received a request, and that if it came in by phone they would immediately take care of it. This was all after spending 30+ minutes on hold waiting to talk to Walgreens to start the process. Clearly they do not have any sense of what an emergency is. Had I read the reviews, I would have chosen anywhere else in Fernley to give my business to.

I went in today for my pneumonia shot. My sent in an order. I have lung disease and heart arrhythmia and I was turned away. They said no. Told me to go to my Dr. I am high risk out here and I can’t believe Walgreens is turning me down for a shot my Dr ordered. I am so upset. I just saw a chance to share my review and took it.

I was in there today and the employee that was scanning my stuff he was absolutely unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. He was rude and huffing and puffing. Because I asked for Tylenol like the note said to. So you sir shouldn’t be working in customer service because you lack it.

I could not find a way to contact management, so I am writing via the review option. Driving by your store at about 1:30 pm yesterday I was extremely disappointed to see the sprinklers running at the worst possible time of the day. Maybe you forgot that we are in the middle of a serious drought and that our farmers arent able to plant a full allotment of crops this year. Maybe your landscapers dont know about drought resistant landscaping, but it would be nice if you could consider at least having your sprinklers water late in the day when the most amount of water will be retained.Thank you for considering my suggestions,Kori Meyer

Megan and Alex should be fired. I tried to have my prescription switched to Walmart. Waited 1 1/2 hours and called back because they had not yet sent them. Megan stated that they were busy and had not yet done it but would soon. Another 1 1/2 hours go by still no response from Walgreens so I called back and was told by Alex he sent it immediately 3 hours ago. I immediately bring up the fact that I got an entirely different story from Megan and he still stuck to his story. One of them is a liar. The fact that staff here will lie to you regarding something so important as your health is appaling. You should be ashamed. Im never going to Walgreens again for anything. You should not either.

Dear Maddie (lead pharmacist thing at Walgreens),It has come to my attention that you are an INCREDIBLY miserable human being! Why the constant irritability with your customers? Now I know you must be somewhat of a smart humanoid, as you have somehow found your way through the necessary classes to get the job you landed behind the almighty counter, but you MUST be asking yourself, Why am I in this customer service position when I have ZERO customer service skills??? -Zero people skills really. You are a very rude little girl with a seemingly very big ego. Not only do you look high as a kite on the meds you distribute, but youre also very rude and condescending to my ailing father, time and time again! (Lucky for me), I got to deal with you again today! EVERY encounter I have with you is aggravating-from your robotic voice and gestures, to your blatant disconnect with actual humans. You, dear maddie, are in the WRONG business. Every one of your co-workers are polite and human like, just try to mimic their behavior- you might then stand a chance of being somewhat likeable! You are incredibly rude and judgemental. Just please, please, please with a cherry on top GO AWAY! You annoy me to literally no end! I remember the good ol days when Rachel was working as lead tech. Now SHE was the real deal-highly professional, amazing with her customers, greatly preferred over you and way cuter too!
