Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Jeremy!! Months ago my son dropped my phone on the concrete and literally mutilated it. I lost everything and didnt even think about my SD card until yesterday morning. I went in earlier and the workers were clueless about my Tmobile phone. I was referred back after 3PM. I met up with Jeremy, he was absolutely fabulous! He was able to retrieve everything single thing I wanted from my SD card. It was somewhat a long process, he was very courteous, friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get everything I needed. He deserves a pay raise cause hes one amazing employee that you absolutely dont want to lose! Thank you again Jeremy, your highly appreciated! I will no longer deal with any other employee in the store so treat him right.

Very frustrated to say the least. I closed my T-Mobile account and was told to keep my old phone because it was “zeroed” out when I did a trade in. I was told I would receive a small bill for my final balance from a few days usage in the billing cycle. About a month after I closed the account I called customer service to see where my bill was. They explained I still owed close to $200 for my old phone. I tried to pay but because I wasn’t a customer anymore I would have to wait to receive my paper bill. Now, just one month later after not receiving a bill, I get a COLLECTIONS notice! I called customer service and they say they can’t do anything now... So now I’m reported to collections and very frustrated. Terrible service. Probably because I’m not a customer anymore. Will never go back and won’t recommend them.

This place was extremely helpful and prices where cheap. My parents say “we will never leave T-Mobile.”Thanks to them over this Christmas season I got my new product red iPhone 11. Thank you guys for everything😂😂😂

The staff at this location are amazing! Jim the store manager was great, he did whatever he could do to get us the best deal so wed be able to switch cell service to T Mobile. Mandy was our representative and she was nice and helpful and even stayed past the time she got off to ensure she did the most for our family. We are all so happy with the new phones and acsessories we got. So glad we made the switch to T Mobile. They truly make you feel like part of the family. :)

I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone to the OnePlus 7t and had great service right when I walked in. The young lady sales associate was busy with another costumer but than the manager Jim came out from the back and help me get everything started for my switch. They even answered questions that my husband and I had about what the process is for when he switches to TMobile. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

We had Verizon as our mobile carrier and wanted to see if T-Mobile would save us money. Not only did we save money but we now have better service at our house with unlimited data and no contract. We worked with the store manager, Jim Sullivan, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone thinking about switching their service.

We had a wonderful experience yesterday at T-Mobile in Fernley. Sully was very helpful in switching our 2 phone and tablets from Verizon. His knowledge of the product and the service was impressive. He also hooked us up with 2 SyncUps for our cars, and I got a smart watch. The team was very pleasant to work with. If anyone is looking to move or upgrade, give them a chance. I highly recommend them

T-Mobile Fernley is amazing!! Great staff, positive energy, and friendly faces. This team helped me get 4 Lg G6 with out a sweat! Bree and Jim helped out so much!!! I wouldnt recommend any other store in the northern Nevada region!

My husband and I were very excited to switch to T-Mobile but it has been a hassle for the past few days. The staff is very friendly but needs a LOT more training. When we came in we made sure everyone was aware that we were switching to T-Mobile from AT&T. They told us about carrier freedom but they did not tell us that a requirement was trading in our old phones. I saw it on Facebook and immediately got in touch with T-Mobile. They told us that we did have to trade in our phones. I went to the store the next day and no one knew what I was talking about. They were confused and there was no manager on the property. They had to call him a few times for assistance. Finally they said that they will have to return and refund the phones, then charge for the phones again with the trade in. This took an hour to do. At this point I assumed everything was good to go but I was wrong. This morning my husband noticed we were no longer on the military plan. He had to call to put us back on and to ensure we got the Samsung promotion. It has been a hassle and I am disappointed with this store. I would rather drive to Reno than to go to this store.

Sold me products they knew did not work in our area, made account changes they were not autherized to change all in all made my life very dificult on several levels, still getting flack from this company unlocking devices i paid off in september 17. Stay far far away from t mobile if you ask me.

Went into the store looking to purchase 2 new phonesthe sales associate looked up my acct and said I would need to put down over $100 per phone on $150 phonesI said that didnt seem right due to in past couple months I had purchased higher end phone that all was required was just the sales tax and other smallso I walked out no phoneswent to my car phoned the 611 customer service spoke to representativeShe looked up my acct and informed me that I was more than eligible to purchase 2 phones on my acct with Zero down only sales tax fees would be required at time of purchaseso maybe misunderstanding with sales associate but in future I will always call customer service before go in into the local store
