This is the second time that my father has purchased from this store and both times the owner has been great. Brad the owner has made sure that my father is comfortable and happy with his purchase. I will definitely come back when I need a mattress.

Beds were 2 and 3.5 weeks late. Brad was condescending and argumentative when I questioned why. Finally got us our second bed after telling him if we dont get our twin we were taking our money back. Very unprofessional. I had to call to make sure I got updates on delivery. Plus, he didnt even know which bed we still had not received.

My mom walked into this store looking for a bed. The man yelled at my 66 year old mom and aunt and said, What Do you want?! From across the room, iritated he had to wait on her and he was with another costumer (keep in mind my mom and aunt said nothing to him to make him yell across the room with other costumers) She stated she would like a bed. He got irritated and said What, Whats your problem?! My mom said, You are my problem he yelled Oh ya F@ck Face.... what kind of little man syndrome do you have BRAD?! For you to yell at two Senior Citizens that lost their mom and are looking for a bed?!

The proprietor was extremely rude. When asked if he carried the size required for my RV, he said no and told me to go elsewhere. When asked if he could special order the size, he said that he didnt carry any manufacturers who would make it, though several of the manufacturers he had on display show the RV sizes on their websites causing me to additionally question his honesty. I dont know how he can stay in business given his attitude to the public, and would certainly caution any that ask about the business to not waste their time.

Ill give 5 stars. All the staffs were nice! The store ambiance was perfect for a pleasant shopping experience. Great customer service! I cant wait to visit the store again.

The reason I chose to make my ou3rchase here was to support my community. When I was in the store service was rude but I over saw it because I wanted to stay local, when I called for my delivery 3 weeks later I literally got yelled at by this same individual, things just got worst the day of the delivery, I never received a call to let me know they were on their way as it was agreed upon, they showed up over an hour early and they did not take my old units as also agreed upon, when I called to inquire, a very rude and condescending Brad told me I was the most most difficult person. All I asked for was to get the service I payed for.
