Called them up for a quote and beat everyone else I called by at least a couple thousand. They used the same manufacturer for the patio cover as the others. They also installed a fan. It took them 2 days to compete. Fast efficient, looks good and built correctly. I would recommend this place for your patio cover.

I employed them a few years back, but cancelled the service after one season because they mowed, but never did anything about the weeds. They had said their yard techs would pull weeds as they came up, but by the end of the summer, the lawn was moved but all the flower beds, walk ways, and planters were overgrown with weeds. A few years have passed and I decided that I would give them anther shot as my regular help has had some medical issues of late. I was hopeful that they had improved over the last few years, or that maybe I could make sure I discussed my needs in more detail with them to see if that was the issue all along, although I do remember leaving them a number of phone messages that were never returned to do just this very thing. When I called they let me know that they were not taking any further clients, so dont bother calling and wasting you time. I was going to have the back yard fully redone this year too. They wont be getting my business.

I called all out companies a few years ago to re-do my entire yard. They came out, measured, and never called back. I called to follow up and no one could find my quote. I called back to have them come cut down some bushes. They did a great job. They wee so quick and efficient. They were great! I called to pay the bill. They said someone would call back. No one did. So I called recently to have All Out Companies come and remove some branches. They said they would call back Monday. No one called back. I waited until Friday and called and asked them to please call because we need work done. They never called back. So I called them....again. I asked for a crew to come out today to remove the branches. They came and did a great job, again. I just wish that the administration would be more efficient when a customer calls to call them back and follow up on quotes. Without your customers, you have no work. Period. I received an apology from the staff for not calling me back today after posting a complaint on Facebook. I just hope that I was able to help others by saying something so that they get the service they deserve. I am in business to help businesses by helping them improve. I will call upon them again, but it does get frustrating when they dont call back or follow up.

I had my backyard landscaped and so far it has turned out great! Ill be waiting on a rainy day to see if the job is done correctly cause I also had a French drain installed to Drain the water out to the street. Will give an update after a good amount of rain and observations.

My rose bushes were in need of attention I couldn’t give so gave them a call. The 2 men that came arrived towards the end of my estimated time period but were friendly and efficient. My roses are happy and look great. Cleaned up really well all the mess. Overall very happy with service.

Absolutely disgusted with All out when it comes to the gutter side of things. I have never dealt with other aspects of the company. I have spent the better part of 6 weeks trying to get someone to come out to quote us for gutters. Today I made one last attempt and was told “ unfortunately we are dealing with a lot of big cooperations, which leaves the little guys at the bottom of the totem pool!” I’m pretty certain it’s the little guys who got this company where it is now. Thanks but no thanks. I will be taking my money to a more deserving company.

They are absolutely wonderful! Easy to set up appointments and worked around my schedule! Planning on getting more work done from them soon! Definitely recommend their service!!!

Great service, no complaints there. Big language barrier with certain employees.

I initially called this company on 3/16/17 to try to get a bid to have sprinklers put in my backyard. It took them nearly a month to get me the proposal, and then another week to get me on the schedule 2 months out. I told them that I would be checking to see if anyone could do it sooner (professional courtesy, you know...) and they took it as me cancelling. I was told on the phone that they generally do the deposit about 3 weeks before the scheduled date, so that was fine. Instead, they cancelled my service, and when I called to pay the deposit they told me that they would not be able to install on the initial date, and offered me one a month and a half later.Unfortunately, there arent many landscapers in Fernley and they must know it. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional staff. Terrible way to do business.
