Had an appointment set for Tuesday. Get a call at 8:30 saying the warehouse missed my windshield, and that they would call me as soon as the got it in or would call me if they had to reschedule for the next day. Either way they would let me know. No biggie. 4:47 rolls around so I call the Findlay office since I havent heard from them and they say my windshield came in a couple hours ago, and that they couldnt schedule me until Thursday because tomorrows schedule was already made. So after not getting a call about my windshield coming in or calling to get rescheduled, I had to reach out at last minute. But when the technician finally did come it was installed fast and easy. And he did a great job!

What a mess. Left me stranded with broken windshields because of their incorrect install. Had to argue with the store manager that was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me. Safelite still hasnt got in contact with me over the issue but surely sent a bill. This location is a 1 out of 10 poor service. Beware! Allglass did a great job fixing this sham job immediately!
