Went in for a motor replacement, they said my clutch needed rebuilt it’s a 2018. Not one mark in the clutch!!! I broke a belt today to my surprise the mechanic left me a great big present!!!Would not take my unit here again. This is vindictive!

August 27th at around 4:50-5pm I called the parts department to have a part ordered for the nearly $20k machine I purchased here. I explained in detail exactly what part I needed for the front differential, an axle hub seal. I was asked do I need one or both sides in which I replied one. He gives me my total and I pay over the phone, he says since its only $6 I need to pay in full over the phone, so I do.When they called me and said my part arrived I drove over an hour (as its my closest dealer) and noticed the part was wrong, it was an input shaft seal for $22?Everyone makes mistakes which is fine. Not a big deal. But the total lack of accountability, or an apology for my time and money completely wasted? Not cool.A.P. is seriously lacking on their customer service, not to mention when I went to purchase my new x3 after spending 15-20 minutes inside the show room looking at machines I had to go and find someone for help. Do they even want to sell machines?Would not recommend to come here, go somewhere else and spend your money. Make sure to tell all your friends not to come here either since they dont need the business apparently.

Probably one of the most disappointing purchase experiences I have had in a very long time. I purchased a new $30,000 Can Am Defender two months ago. It was in stock so no delays in waiting for the vehicle. I added a few accessories and made arrangements to pick up at the end of August. I called about three weeks before pick up to confirm everything was ready. I was informed it was. I asked about a light package - to see if it could be added. The sales rep stated that would take a lot of work to check to see if they could get something in to have installed. He never called back. When confirming this week if they had any success - I was informed no. I confirmed with sales rep I would pick up next day at 11:00 and was told. I was good to go. Upon arriving - sales rep was out and then informed that some of the original accessory’s were not added and they would install them while I waited. 2 hours later I was informed that had wrong parts, sorry.The sales rep blamed the service department and stated he had no way to check if they actually did the work requested. Additionally, while waiting, numerous sales reps shared stories of multiple customers showing up with the wrong size trailers to get their equipment. When I suggested they tell customers how big a trailer they should bring, I was told that the customer should ask. Lastly, when selling me an extended warranty - I was told I should really add their plan because Can Am is really difficult to get them to honor their factory warrantyBest part is when I got to my camp, I discovered they disconnected the heat and AC. Now I have to take it to another dealer to get it fixedWe are definitely living in strange times. What should have been a fun experience turned out to be VERY disappointing.

Terrible service and salesmanship no matter how much money you spend. Extremely poor experience in every aspect, even after purchasing a new machine. If you have the ability to drive to any other dealership.It’s in your best interest to do so.

Atv In shop for warranty work got it out alot of scratches and gouges in plastic. It was a brand new machine. Tire went flat and had a big metal piece in tire. After I got it home. Refused to replace. Didnt ride it at all just off trailer into garage.

Recently, my fiancé’s dad had a very unpleasant experience purchasing his brand new fully loaded, Can Am Defender at this facility. You would think one review from his dad earlier was enough to help other people not make the same mistake we did by using this dealership. Or at least get the dealership to make things right. However just to inform everyone else. When the dealership had committed to come pick up the side by side and FIX this brand new machine that they did not properly build, (heating and A/C vents unhooked and left loose, parts missing, ) several wrong parts ordered, salesman shot showing up to delivery appointments, and not even presenting a clean side by side.When the salesman found out that their was a truthful but negative google review on their page, they told my father in-law. That they would no longer be honoring the appointment to pick up the new machine and correctly install the heating and A/C, solely due to the fact he posted a bad review. Instead of offering to make things right. Worst experience we have ever had with a salesman.

If anybodys looking for a side-by-side motorcycle snowmobile any kind of toy like that, I would never ever go to American Powersports in Findlay! I have been dealing with a warranty issue that they keep giving me the runaround for over 3 months now. Just got off the phone with a different guy that I havent been dealing with and he sees nothing in the system about my claim. So it sounds like they have just been lying to me and telling me its ordered, its on its way, its gone through. It has taken so long, now my warranty is out. After spending about $30,000 there you would expect a little bit more friendly appreciation and customer support, but no they dont care about you whatsoever. I really wish I would have listened to all the other negative reviews that Ive heard from this business. I definitely would have taken my money elsewhere. They will never get another penny from me.

Me and my daughter looked at several different utvs atvs dirt bikes, mainly there for an atv. Not one employee or salesman ever came up to us the whole time, so we left and bought elsewhere.

Not impressed at all with American Powersports. We recently took our SXS to their facility to get work done. We called two months back and they werent able to get us in until last Thursday, 5/13. They just called me today to tell me what was wrong that my Polaris warranty ended last month. We have an extended warranty but apparently they dont take it. Remind you that we called two months ago and if they would of gotten it in sooner the warranty would still be good. Now we have to pull it and pay the $100 and take it somewhere else the accepts our warranty. American powersports is about a joke and we will never be taking our products there again. Not to mention they are completely overpriced.

Called to inquiry about a bike, sent me to a sales rep who said hed check and be right back. I got sent back to the secretary who took my name and number and would return my call. Never heard back. Sent an email to schedule a rest ride and never got a response. Called again for a test ride, took my name and number but never received a call back. Apparently my business wasnt good enough for them.

Top notch dealership. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and there is no pressure from the sales people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an ATV, side-by-side, jet ski, snowmobile, dirt or street motorcycle. The buying process was very clear cut and the salesman I worked with was Mike Hopple. Hes a genuinely nice guy, down to earth and a fellow rider. They dont have a lot of motorcycle gear (lots of helmets)but that could change when riding season arrives.

Shannon helped me with all my questions and made the whole motorcycle purchase steps easy. When it was time to take delivery he showed me all the ins and outs of the motorcycle a gesture that was appreciated. They ordered all the accessorys and riding gear i wanted. Everything was shipped and ready quickly in a few days. All the parts and gear was exactly what i ordered and fit excellent. Quality salesmanship and service why go anywhere else.

Sad I have to give them one star. Bought 4 Ski-doos for over 50K and company delivered 2 with low/dead batteries. Refused to replace batteries and didnt seem to care that we asked them to make sure the units were ride ready so now we must buy our own batteries. Another company who could careless about you after the sale stay far away from.

After entering dealerships I was amazed by the displays of sidebysides with mixed in apparel and safety gear. I was met shortly with a sales rep that diddent pressure a sale but gave alot of information on the vehicle I was looking at and parted with a if you have any questions just ask. Off to the parts counter. Very helpful, after directing me to the products I was looking for. I asked about blue fuel line and clamps. The counter rep said let me check the back and Boom they delivered.

Ryan went out of his way to make my deal happen. I live near Detroit and Ryan personally delivered my new bike when no one else around would even offer delivery. Ryan was friendly and easy to work with, and made the whole process run smoothly. Highly recommended!

Was there for 10 minutes and not a soul offered to help. We were wondering around the sales floor like lost dogs. The crazy thing was we were the only ones there. We just left.

Called in advance for riding boots and was told they had a wide selection and my size. When I arrived they didnt have any of the selection that I was told besides fly racing and didnt have my size at all.... Bought 1 quart of over priced Amsoil and when I asked is there any other power sport stores in the area I was met with a very rude comment...... I will Never come back or recommend!!!

I needed to replace the tires on my Arctic Cat 4wheeler. I found some new rims & tires locally, but since Arctic Cat has their own size of rims, I needed to order some wheel adapter/spacers. American Power Sports was very friendly and helpful in getting me the right parts. I also ordered some shocks and oil filters from them. I recommend them and I will be ordering again from them since I live 2 hours from the closest ATV store, and those stores still have to order what is needed. Thank you American Power Sports!

Normally very happy with American Powersports but after our visit today we will be looking for another place to go for maintenance and purchasing of recreation vehicles. Staff took a long time to assist us in finding the things that we needed. When asking them questions they made us feel like we were dumb. Then to top it off we had purchased a $350 509 helmet about 1 week ago and the heated face shield is defective and they told us unfortunately they could not help us because the helmet was worn for 1 day of riding before switching back to the old helmet. Very disappointed in the service that we received.

Spent over $7000 and 4 wheeler doesnt run and now leaks oil. Its worse off then we took the machine to them. Had it back and forth numerous times and currently out the money along with a 4 wheeler that doesnt run. So far no one offering to make the situation right just making excuses as if were at fault.

Last week I purchased a 570 Outlander. I was very impressed with how helpful and kind the staff was! I showed up late and the staff stayed late so it could be loaded into my truck. I highly recommend American Powersports

Walked in today, 5-19-20, 11am, looking to buy a pair of Seadoos. I was disappointed they only had 3 models on the floor, none of which I came to see. On top of that no one says Hi, no one approached us, no one even tried to start a conversation. Guess Ill take my money elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend shopping here, which is sad because it is local to me.

Took my machine in to have it diagnosed for a lean issue(spark plugs are solid white). They called the following day to tell me the problem was solved (said the throttle body was not seated on the way). When I told them that did not make sense he assured me that was the problem (also stated it was not test driving). After asking him to take it for a test drive and check the plugs. He stated that they drove it and the plugs looked tan as they should be. After getting home I checked them myself (solid white still running lean). Big waste of time and money be very cautious.

Seems to be a nice place to look around at power toys. Staff was great and new there product line well I didnt go in to buy was just looking today.

Mike did a great job finding me exactly what bike wanted and made sure i got the best price. He even got me a good deal on a helmet. Finance Service was Great!!! Only issue i had with the place was the Service department that prepped my bike didnt check tire pressure!?!? Good thing i didnt ride the bike home...Front Tire was 45 psi instead of 33 and back tire only had 5 psi!!!

I came here to look around and it is amazing they have quite a selection of Atvs, Razors, jet-skis, etc. It is cool just to come here and look around at the awesome machines they have. Also my dad is buying a razor here at the moment and is very pleased with the people that work here. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is a off road vehicle enthusiast.

Second best ATV buying experiences Ive ever had. This makes number 6 in for years. I shopped around closer to local for me, but none of the dealers I spoke with wanted to make a deal. American Powersports was willing to work with me on trade in value, as well as the final out the door price on the unit I was interested in. No drama, no hidden fees, no games. Matt, Mark, and Erik were awesome. Would highly consider driving 2+ hours the next time were in the market for an ATV or UTV.

Came in Saturday to pick up my Yamaha snowmobile that had warranty work done to it. Sled was already outside all ready to go for me and Mark the owner recognized me as soon as I walked in. Took the time out to talk snowmobiles with me for a bit and even asked how the industry that I am in was going. He remembered what I do for a living. That meant a lot to me and I was very impressed and will continue to give my business to American Powersports!

Our experience with American Powersports was wonderful. Our salesman Matt went above and beyond. He got us every accessory we wanted for our new highlifter crew, he was very knowledgeable and we were in and out in no time. Andy, the finance guy was great, so was Dylan, another associate who we dealt with. An all around great place, we would reccomend them to anyone!

Awesome stop! had some trouble with my 07 gsxr 600 and needed to get some advice along with parts and accessories. they treat you like an individual and understand some people want the best bang for their buck. everything i wanted was in stock and easy to find.

Horrible ordered helmet was told 4to 5 days to get that was on 11/30/2020 it’s now 1/10/2021 still no helmet and I’ll get when I call is not sure that sucks sorry you had to go somewhere else to buy helmet so you can ride

Walked in with 3000+ for a down payment on a bike. Had no help from any salesman until I pulled out my cash. What a coincidence. I honestly dont know how they stay open. Didnt have any good experience years ago, didnt recently, and wont give them the opportunity in the future.

Tried to take my machine in for warranty work after already having a conversation over the phone with Mike and when I got there I was told it would be over a month before they could even look at it. Didnt buy the machine from them and Im sure thats part of the issue. Will never go back to this place again for any reason. Prices are ridiculous and customer service is horrible.

I had a lousy sales experience at a Toledo competitor, so I called American Powersports. From the initial phone call to the photograph of a great buy, Mike Hopple and everyone I encountered at this store were friendly, helpful, no pressure people. The stock is ample. This place is worthless. Not sure how they stay in business. I have heard nothing good about them from many people. I brought my UTV in for some extended warranty work through a outside warranty company. When I asked them to call the warranty company to start the claim by making a simple 5 minute phone call, the service manager told me he wouldnt make the call to save me $300, he flat out told me that it wasnt worth his time, (it wasnt worth 5 minutes of his time to make a phone call to save the customer $300 by starting a warranty claim) so I called the dealership that I bought the UTV from and they offered to drive 2 hrs down to my house to pick up the UTV, do the warranty work and deliver it back to my house because of the amount of hassle I went through with American powersports. (That is how you run and get more business)Dont give a dime of your hard earned money to this place. There are way better dealers out there! If I could give it 0 🌟 review I would

Hard to work with. Doesnt tell the whole truth. Asked about a particular PWC and was told 3 different stories. Finally told that they werent selling that particular PWC and they didnt know why it was listed for sale. Stay away!!

Call parts for Tire price and Travis gave me prices twice as high as any other powers ports place and they are rude when answering in the parts department, had to ask fir his name three times. Ill never call them again.

I love being a part of the American powersports dealer. Ive purchased 2 can am renegade XMRs and I cant stress how nice these machines are. Shannon Martin was very very honest and straight forward thru both buying processes. Unlike other dealerships Ive delt with in the past, American powersports will always be my home for buying new quads and quality parts.

I would never buy anything from them again. When my JetSki broke down after it being brand new after two days I took it back and they were very rude on having to repair it . Then one of their service people destroyed my seat on my Jetski which is $500 and then try to blame it on me. Out in the parking lot the guy demonstrated how they take the seat off put it on the blacktop and then kicked it. Place is very unprofessional especially when you make a $15,000 purchase.

They do good work...a bit pricey, but toys are expensive *shrug**update* 7-15-20...they wouldnt put a clutch in my bike because it was too old. 03 Suzuki intruder 1400 with 20,000 miles on it! My money is no good anymore? 😐 I have done all my business here for years, time to move on I guess...very disappointed. I used to enjoy going here...

What a fantastic experience at American Powersport! I found my Can Am Spyder RT-S as soon as I walked in the door! Shannon in sales is a pro, no pressure, but took his time and answered all my questions. I can’t say enough about the finance dept, very efficient and friendly!! Also the parts dept took care of me when I purchased my new helmet! American Powersport in Findlay has my loyalty and my appreciation.

Anyone that Ive talked to from sales to service has been friendly and eager to help. I purchased a 2016 polaris Ace 900sp Ive had a number of heating issues with it. It has to big of an engine for such a little space with inadequate air flow. This is causing it to melt in several spots. The service and warranty dept have been great dealing with Polaris on this issue. My whole crew purchases all our machines from these guys! Wouldnt recommend any other dealer!!!
