Store clean and organized but OVERPRICED on many items. Shame to see the organization of Goodwill trying to turns their stores into full retail. Many customers complaining while we were there today . It is a consensus that not only have you gone with everyone to increase prices but to OVERPRICE your items as well.

Pricing on clothing is fair and consistent. Hard goods pricing fluctuates and prices starting to go up. Pictures/mirrors overpriced for what some of them are. Book pricing is high and just went up. They should have kept the prices of the books as it was, 1.00 for soft cover and 2.00 for hardback. Store is clean and there is a good variety. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My mother wanted to stop in to see if they had any good deals.Very nice and clean store, with lots of room. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Plus the prices were reasonable.

Every time i go shopping at Goodwill its been a great experience. The employees are very kind and if you have a question about anything thru out the store they are more than happy to assist. 👍👌

I make a habit of visiting the movie section every time I visit. Theres almost always a hidden gem. Sucks theres no video games

Line was so long we put our stuff back. Only one worker was seen the entire time we were there.

Good selection but over priced ok allot of things. Had a used tent for $100 I can find same size new for that price everyday of the same size and design. Definitely prefer wapakoneta store even though its smaller.

Meh... mediocre selection and prices a tad high for what it is. Not the worst Ive ever seen but save yourself time and skip this place.

Friendly staff. I stop by about once or twice a month to look for old tech. Finally found a VHS system so I can watch old family videos.

Everything is marked pretty well to ensure youre in the right area. Of course prices are great and good selection!

Goodwill is a well known charity across the nation. Lots and lots of clothes here at great prices. Many things for the home as well as a pretty good selection of furniture at near giveaway prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if youre on a budget. Some good and not so good merchandise. Worth the visit.

Well the selection was good but ....need to wipe down dvds and the shelves.....other then that the staff was very helpful:)

I love the Findlay Goodwill store. Can always find something for myself, family members and also as a Home Health Aide, some things for my clients. Check out staff are always courteous and friendly.

Nice selection of clothes and other items. People who say it’s too expensive, obviously don’t know that the employees have to get a paycheck. The store has to pay the bills. I would hate to see what they say about a regular store that sells new items lol...

I have not been going to goodwill lately.I feel the prices r way to high for things that r donated. Was surprised and thrilled the prices was dropped today.. i bought several things today.

We recently had to clothe a child who has very little. We walked into Goodwill and were greated with a sign that said All childrens clothes 50% off. 5 big bags later the child has A LOT of clothes and it only cost us around 100 bucks. Goodwill allowes people a low cost alternative to big box stores. Goodwill offers clean nice clothing at a reasonable cost.

Every employee at this store is rude. They are not worth your time. Go to Salvation Army

My husband got a cloud shirt and he really loves it. He says it makes him stonger and faster. My brother got Stardust and the Blues Brothers on DVD. I got some pants.

Something to do on a rainy day, found a few things we been looking for. Spent more on a new lunch box at another store than I did on a very nice sports coat.

Trashy with a bunch of junk. Much better Goodwill stores other places. Drive to Columbus, lima, or Toledo to get nice stuff.

I gave 1 star, simply because i have too give it something in order to leave a review. This store is terrible. I help families getting back on their feet after having gone through Trama. I walked in with a list of 23 items and was completely disgusted with the rip off prices. After shopping for one hour, finding 3 somewhat reasonably priced items, i proceeded to the check out. One cashier and a line of about 10 people with one or two items each. I stood there for 10 minutes and the line never moved. As i looked ahead, i could see the cashier just chatting away with another employee doing nothing. This store has gone sooooo down hill. I left my cart and walked out. I wont be returning. Good will, bad will....what HAPPENED ????? YOU TURNED GREEDY!!! I HAVE NOT BEEN SO DISGUSTED WITH A STORE IN SO LONG..YOU WIN THE PRIZE, BUT NOR MY BUSINESS. Good riddance

Its getting too pricey. When you can go to Wal-Mart and buy something brand new for a lower price then the goodwill, you know something isnt right. Shame on you Goodwill! I depended on you for yrs to put clothes on my kids back. Now you have become money hungry like all the other name brand stores.

Most of the time the workers are rude. They never give me my receipt. I bought a 30 dollar sweeper and it didnt even work and then told me the receipt I had was wrong. Corporate doesnt answer their claims. Basically the company is a scam... they take donations and sell the items for outrageous prices. They were asking $150 for a beat up dresser and one time I was wearing a scarf when I walked in and the cashier asked me if I wanted to pay for my scarf.. Basically called me a thief. Real nice.

They advertise 1/2 off special time keys but.if unare not watching u.will not get it. Management is rude. They have merchandise u .an get for 1.00 at the.dollar.store.and they are.charging.$2.00. I go there because purchasing items helps their.cause but they really seem all about the money. Lots of other.people can use my money and actually appreciate it. This is my 4th.nd last try. Not worth the hassle!

Used to browse around this store quite a bit, but they are now charging more than the item was sold for at the store when it was new. Prices are so ridiculous high here that I just quit going.

Damn high prices for donated items, the store is highly unorganized and things just tossed on shelves. When the website says they are not professionally trained people on what items come through their doors, they certainly price them like they are. PRICE THE STUFF LIKE ITS THE DONATED STUFF THAT IT IS.

Cashier charged twice the price on curtains. She said $3 a PANEL and when I got home there was only 2 tickets on 4 panels..It was supposed to be 2 panels for ONE PRICE.LAST week the same cashier charged me $3 for pj pants and they are only $2 !!! sHE ALSO TRIED TO TELL ME THAT A PAIR OF MENS SHORTS WERE REALLY SWIM TRUNKS WITHOUT THE LINING !!! OVER PRICED JUNK IN THE HOUSEWARES.. DISGUSTING MONEY GRUBBERS

We had one item one cashier was ringing up a bunch of things for someone else. The other employee was sitting on the floor. The other employee was trying to get her to help but she just sat there.
