Only Monday appointments? Really??? Wow... so, I can not get Mondays off work. I guess I will go somewhere else. Do better Meijer, do better.Ridiculous

Good service. Takes too long to get glasses.

I have been waiting for a pair of glasses for over a month now. The first time they came in one of the lenses was messed up and they had to be sent back to have a lens remade. The second time the frames came in, when I got home I noticed one of the ear pieces was split. It has now been over a month and I am waiting for the third pair to arrive. When I have gone in to check on the order on two separate occasions the woman working there was talking on her cell phone and made me wait both times! I have worn glasses since the forth grade and I am now in my 40s. In all my years of wearing glasses I have never had any issues ordering or receiving glasses. I will NEVER go here again!!!!!

Slow delivery. Been waiting almost 2 weeks now. Also plan on waiting at least a half hour to be attended to when visiting. Walmart does this way better.

I always had great experience and service when I went there .. . Tennie is amazing. She is so helpful and so kind she will go out of her way to help anyone !! The Eye Dr is also friendly and will take his time to make sure he answers all your questions ..I would recommend going here to everyone I knowThank you Tennie
