Expect to sit over an hour in line for the pharmacy on any given day. I just spent 90 minutes in line only for them to put a cardboard sign in the window and tell me to come back later since theyre taking lunch. Incredibly infuriating. Not sure if overworked or understaffed but it took a WEEK to prepare my common prescription and they’re not afraid to hang up on you if they even pick up the phone at all. The first time calling, I was put on hold for 20 minutes because the initial woman could not understand english. Never in my life have I seen a CVS this bad. I’m switching pharmacies immediately.
NO STARS I called with a question about making a an appointment for covid testing. The pharmacy staff was beyond rude, then proceeded to hang up on me. All for asking if I could schedule for 2pm...
No help whatsoever and rude and i only gave it a star cause i had to in order to post so really no stars from me
Most of the pharmacist are nice but some of the ladies are so rude.

Dont know where all the negative reviews are for went down there to get my wifes covid shot in Findlay from bowling Green everything was smooth as silk in and out and a couple minutes everybody was nice and cordial

Dropped off a prescription at noon, was told to come back in one hour. Im still waiting at 4:51 for the order to get filled! This is insane! The girl just walked away and left me sitting in the drive thru and Im not sure if I should continue to sit here or what.
Think I may switch to a different pharmacy. Someplace with a bit more actual knowledge and much better people skills. Also used their minute clinic in AZ a few months ago; I think what they are most interested in is how many prescriptions and OTC drugs the they can fill/sell you at that time.
Awful customer service. I had Madeline check me out and she was RUDE. I walk up to the register to check out and she just stairs at me! I tell her my last name because I have gotten a prescription before so I know what they need, but if I was new to this I would have no idea what they needed from me. Next my prescription was $97 for a 3 month which was exactly what I got 3 months ago for $30 which is no big deal but I asked her why it was so different. And she said “rudely” this is for 3 month I said ya that’s what I got last time. And she said I don’t know you will have ask your insurance. I said ok. If my insurance didn’t make me go to CVS I would NEVRR go there. And I as I read more reviews I see the same pattern. Sad to see that nothing is being done about this.
Horrible service, if want to stand in line to drop something for and hour then this is the place for you.
I have used this pharmacy for 3 years to refill the exact same prescription. They almost ALWAYS manage to get it wrong, not have my information, tell me I dont have a refill when my doctor says I do, etc. If possible, find another pharmacy.
Terrible customer service! There was only 1 person there that was extremely nice and thats the only reason they got 1 star. Im sorry but if a doctor writes a prescription out and something was done wrong dont blame the person bringing it in and sure as heck dont tell them they dont need that med because its for heroin addicts. What my doctor prescribed is because she feels its best for ME not YOU!

The store is nice and clean but what i disliked was that there are no public bathrooms, customer or not.
