I have very high expectations of companies I hire to do work at my home. I was very shocked and pleased when my expectations were blown out of the water by Legacy. We were building a new house and had designed the entire house around the kitchen, therefore it was very important to us to find the right counter tops as the island would be the main focal point. We searched for months and visited showrooms all over Ohio and Michigan. Legacys staff, showroom and selection stood out from all of them! No drama, no issues, and only the utmost professionalism! As an added bonus, their prices were fair and reasonable (especially if you compare with other fabricators)! If you are not in the Findlay area, dont let that stop you from making the drive to their showroom - it is worth the trip (and is easy to get to right off the exit on I-75) - and they did not hesitate to do the work for us in Maumee!

When my husband and I decided to update our kitchen, we knew that we wanted granite or quartz countertops, but didnt really know where to begin. We had heard about Legacy through a friend and decided to check it out. We visited several times and each time, everyone was professional, nice, and helpful. Legacy has a great selection to choose from which made it difficult to narrow it down to just one! They were able to quickly give us estimates on several different choices/selections (countertops, sinks). They have a nice showroom with displays that can help in making decisions with different cabinets, countertops, sinks, backsplashes, faucets, and finish styles/edges of countertops. I feel they went above and beyond sending pictures of samples, calling, and e-mailing me throughout the entire process (from the first visit, to choosing the granite, making of the template, install, and even afterwards). We chose the Fantasy Espresso granite and we love it with our white cabinets! We would definitely use them again for future updates in our house, and would also recommend them to others.

We bought quartz countertops from Legacy for our kitchen. The experience from the very beginning was great, and the finished product looks amazing! We went in with an idea of what we were looking for, and they went above and beyond to help us accomplish it. It was also refreshing to work with a company that sticks to a timeframe. Wonderful all around experience! Very friendly, patient and helpful customer service. So much to choose from, the website inventory does not do the pieces justice. Was very unsure of what colors and style (Marble, Quartz, Quartzite, ect) to pick but they were very helpful explaining in detail about any concerns I had about any piece. All though I was a little sticker shocked, it was well worth the investment.When they showed up for install they rolled out the red carpet, meaning they put clean carpet down as not to track on my carpet. The gentleman that measured did an excellent job as the installers had minimal gap and everything fit tight! They even followed up a day after to be sure I was throughly satisfied. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend!

The first question when one begins to write this review is What do you like about this business? My immediate thought without hesitation was what isnt to like about this business?! Legacy was by far my most favorite contractor and it wasnt just because they frequently made me coffee. Excellent customer service and installation. They were with us every step of the way.
