Best supplier in the Midwest! About a year ago, I placed a very large carpet order with Signature Supply for a school I managed and I have not gone to any other supplier since. Signature Supply has everything you need, I have ordered counter tops, flooring, carpet, fixtures, glass doors, you want it they got it! Along with that, their employees are very professional and polite and will work tirelessly to ensure that the customer is happy and satisfied! They have always price matched or beat competitor pricing. Without a doubt, I would recommend Signature Supply to anyone looking to do any sort of renovations to their place of business or home. We are very happy with the whole experience from designing our custom cabinets to the delivery. Its a great quality product and our design consultant Shannon even coordinated well with our contractor to help with any installation queries. Overall very satisfied.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Being the local dealer of Kountry Wood cabinets to the Indianapolis suburbs, I was referred to them by Kountry Wood to order new cabinet doors. After many attempts to communicate with them with via phone and email I finally spoke with a representative from Signature Supply who asked for additional information about the cabinets I had. I sent pictures and information they requested and was told they would get back to me with a quote. I never heard from Signature Supply again. I followed up multiple times and was continually ignored. I was fortunate enough to find another business who was willing to accept my business, thanks to no help from Signature Supply. I hope no one else has the same experience as I had in the future from a company with terrible customer service and not even worth one star!
