I have never purchased a car, sight unseen. Fisher Imports made me feel very comfortable and informed up to when purchasing papers were signed. After that, communication definitely deteriorated. I couldnt get a straight answer about when the car would be delivered. Free delivery of the vehicle was offered which I am thankful for. However, when the car arrived, the delivery driver was demanding payment. The dealership cleared up the confusion quickly, so no big deal. The gas light was on when we got the car, which was disappointing when you pay full asking price for a used car. I called the manager and they said they would mail me a gas card, which they never did. The car came with only 1 key, which they never mentioned. Fisher Imports provided a video of the outside and inside of the car before I purchased. The car looked great on video and looks decent in person. They did a great job detailing the car, but they never pointed out the center console dash had a foot long crack all the way through it. The car also makes a very high pitched and embarrassing metal squealing sound when turning the car left. Also, I specifically asked about the condition of the tires before I signed the purchasing papers. They said the tires were new. That is true, however they failed to mention the tires were winter tires. I just had the worst hydroplane of my life with my new baby in the car. When the car arrived, I asked for the tires be replaced (which they offered to do at cost as long as I was willing to drive 2 hours to their dealership and 2 hours back). I found the same exact model tire they were offering for cheaper elsewhere. I believe their solution to the problem was unacceptable. I denied that solution and its been radio silence for a month. Overall, I am not happy with the experience. This is why used car dealers get their stereotypical poor reputation. Was it a terrible experience? No, but I will not be buying from Fisher again.

Had a good experience at the dealership, but I do not believe their inspections on vehicles are thorough. I purchased my car back in March and on the inspection sheet I asked to see, it showed everything on the car was in good condition for the year and mileage. The first issue I have is the battery. Not even 6 months after I got the car I have already had to replace the battery even though their inspection said it had over 50% life left. The second issue was the time it took to get the second key and the fact that it came dead. It took over three weeks and multiple phone calls to get them to send me the second key to my car. Other than these issues Fisher Imports has a great inventory and I found the car I wanted at a good price. I just recommend getting a pre-purchase inspection from a 3rd party.Photo attached was a warning for the battery only 9 DAYS after I got the car.
What a great buying experience!!!! Mike Love, Sales Manager at Fishers Imports knows how to treat a prospect and turned us into happy customers. From the moment we stepped foot in the front door with a list of 4-5 vehicles we wanted to test drive Mike was on it. He asked for the list, had car after car lined up so we could test drive them, each one ready and cooling down as we got back to the lot. No heavy sales pitch, answers to every question, documentation galore and every step was all about us as the buyers. After we verbally agreed to purchase the 2018 Audi SQ5, it was whisked away, given a “Bentley level” detail and ready almost right after our paperwork was complete. As they pulled it around front both my wife and I looked at each other and just started laughing like a couple of school kids, it was so clean and mirror finished that we were in beside ourselves. It was even better than what we just thought we purchased!!! Do yourself a favor, stop in or call and talk to Mike and the team to experience it for yourself.

Myron sold me a $50k car that was fixed with glue and zip ties. My dealership quoted $125 for parts and labor for the piece for the bumper (no clue why glue was used for such an easy inexpensive repair or why it wasn’t found/fixed in their inspection) and now (separate from bumper) the intercooler is hanging to the ground under my front bumper that now with the condition it’s in, I’m able to see up under to see it was resecured using zip ties... not to mention $2k instantly in repairs to buttons in the vehicle that crapped out the day I got it due to someone spilling a drink into the electronics prior to me buying.. love my car minus the issues, don’t love the dishonesty I experience with Myron

My buying experience was great! Mike worked with me via email and text so I could spend as little time as possible in the dealership. The finance person was even able to get me a better rate than CapitalOne quoted! Unfortunately, on my first out of town trip with my 2018 Audi (2 hours) it was overheating each way with tire pressure warnings going off. Andy was fantastic and was able to get me in quickly with a loaner for the day and take a look. Turned out to only be the sensors sensitive to coolant levels! They had my car back within a few hours at no cost. Truly a great experience!

I had a pleasant car buying experience at Fishers Imports. Nick was professional and not pushy at all. The finance lady was very nice, and was not pushy at all with any add-ons. She simply stated what they offered and accepted our decline and moved on which was nice. The dealership facility was immaculate and I could have spent all day there just admiring all the nice cars they had on their lot.I purchased a 2017 BMW 3 series. During the test drive, I noticed the brakes pulsing. I asked for the brake issue to be addressed as part of the deal. They agreed to fix the pulsing brakes. Everyone in the service department was super nice as well. They gave me a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being performed. My only complaint is they only replaced the front pads and rotors when the rears needed replaced as well. But technically that did fix the pulsing breaks so technically they held up their end of the deal. Although the brakes were in really bad shape so that does make me question how much of an initial inspection was really done.Overall I am satisfied with my car buying experience at Fishers Imports and wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again.

I sent out an email to get some information and they got right back to me. I told him how interested I was in the vehicle and they got the process started right away. Well I was looking for something very specific, and found this place on the internet via a search for the specific car I wanted. I was in the process of driving around the greater Indianapolis area looking at these specific cars for sale. I called ahead and they had it ready when I arrived. I checked the vehicle out and was very pleased. I drove it and again was very pleased.However, I had one more place to check. I went to the other place and did not even test drive it. The car I wanted was at Fishers. I went back and purchased it.I had to wait 2 days for the bank to open, so a simple deposit was all that was needed. Monday I came and picked up my car. When I test drove it is was not prepped as they just got it in the day before. It was fine by me as they let me drive it anyway.On Monday it was cleaned, prepped, and ready to go. Owen and Tyler did a great job. They knew I was specific in what I wanted and we all worked from there. Fair price, much better than the other 7 I looked at. Granted I paid a little more BUT it had very low mileage and still had manufactures warranty on it, no others did so this was an easy decision on my part. This was more bang for the buck so to speak. Clean history and I am very happy with my purchase and Fishers Imports.More importantly, it was a smooth process, no pressures and one of my better purchase experiences I have had over the years. So much so that I will keep my eye on what they get in stock and I would do business with them again.I did my research online and read the reviews, most were great but a few were not. What grabbed me was the owner answered most of those in what I would consider a satisfactory manner with some details. It is always good to hear both sides of a story. It is easy to give bad reviews but I wanted the reader to know that I had no issues. 96th Street LocationWatch out for this place!! Went to check out a 2018 Murano. Great vehicle and intended to purchase. I have a trade in my 2013 Ford Edge. Very clean car with alot of miles. They took my keys and I waited 20+ minutes for them to do their appraisal...which came back fairly low as they said I had an exhaust issue. This was puzzling as I had ZERO issues with the car. I shook their hands and said Id let them know. Upon starting up my car, it sounded like there was no muffler at all on the vehicle. I immediately went back to the sales mgr(Brandon) to ask what happened to my car. They had no explanation and claimed that it occurred prior to me coming or while it was on their lot. NO WAY!! While Im not accusing them of anything, THIS IS THE COINCIDENCE TO END ALL COINCENDENCES. I drove my vehicle on their lot with no issues and leave with a $500 muffler bill for me to pay.

I had been searching for an s5 for some time now. I found a few on their lot and decided to take a day to come to Fishers Imports to check them out. I was greeted by Owen and Mike who were both busy, but still took the time to greet me. I had spoke to Adam, and he met me in the lobby. I had no idea it was his day off, yet he still came in and spent the time to discuss the car and talk about if it was even feasible for me to purchase. He made it easy and was not pushy at all. I was offered a drink on numerous occasions and shared laughs with him as well as Brandon in finance. Brandon made the most stressful part of the buying process much less difficult.
