Very friendly staff. Were able to find a window for my daughters car and get an appointment within 2 days. Installed in about an hour. Second time using them, unfortunately, but both times they have done a great job!

Tried to use this palce to have my windshield replaced. First, they ordered the wfong windeshield, second, windshield was delivered damaged and could not be installed. Third, they improperly scheduled an appointment and put the blame on the customer and would not do any thing to correct their mistake.Will not use this place or recommend them to anyone.

Called on Monday to get a quote, they had the best price between Gerber Collision and Safelite. They were able to schedule and appointment for me on Thursday. All in all it took maybe 45 mins to complete, probably a little less than that.

We are converting a cargo van into a camper van and tried to install our windows on our own. While Im happy we tried, we ended up with a leak. We called multiple glass shops and all lacked customer service, along with required we buy the window through their shop. Until we called Perfection Auto Glass, they answered on the first ring, were really nice, helpful and informative. They said there is a chance when cutting the window off that it could break, so theyd have another one on hand, but theyd try to salvage our first window. THEY DID IT! They were able to cut our window off and reinstall it. The window looks great and we saved money! Go with Perfection Auto Glass, they are the best.

Excellent service and quality work. I was having my windshield tinted at 2 guys window tinting(on gasoline alley 5 stars) and they were able to order my windshield delivered it to 2 guys for tinting and came back a couple days later for the install the same day my truck was in shop for tinting. They were even able to recalibrate my windshield sensors while they were there. Will always go to them.

Excellent service! They answered all my questions on the phone and took care of the insurance filing once I got there, so no paperwork for me. Would definitely come here again vs the other places nearby that I called.

Honesty and Integrity are a difficult thing to find. not here. Perfection auto glass is the epitome of those two traits. A person sure can feel good about themselves knowing such a honest people are working on your windshield. A peice of mind like that is priceless. Don’t go anywhere else. I was told repair wasn’t necessary. I have had them do work before.

Absolutely amazing work. Saved hundreds over going to Safelite. Handled recalibration of our Ascents EyeSight system without an issue. Our rain sensor was not working with the new glass, they had it fixed the next day with a quick drop in. Was able to get us in the next business day, Tom Wood Subaru was quoting over a month out. They even moved our bluetooth device from our car insurance company that is stuck to the glass without us asking! Fantastic warranty on the glass. Although I hope I dont have to see them again for a long time they will be where I go if I am unfortunate enough to need their service again.

Great experience with this company. They did not charge an extra fee for coming out to complete the work at my job. The young man, Kyle, who did the work was kind and respectful. The job was quick and I am totally pleased with the result.

Customer service here is great!They came out to my house to replace a windshield a couple of months ago. The top moulding came loose, so I called them. Cort and Bobby are fantastic. They came up with several solutions for me to get the issue fixed. We ended up bringing the car to their location in Fishers 20 minutes before they were going to close the day before a holiday and they took care of it for us! Great service and a great price as well!

The staff was AMAZING! I needed my front windshield replaced. It took less than a hour. They dropped me off and picked me up from the nail shop so I didn’t have to sit and wait. I highly recommend the fishers location!

Customer service was outstanding! They came to my job and replaced my rear window. Mike offered to tape my window up when they didnt carry the seal for the window I requested. In the end it all worked out. Were happy with the window.!

These folks are wonderful. We had a 12-hour road trip planned and broke the rear window in our Navigator that morning. They were able to get it replaced immediately, finished in 30 minutes and charged much less than the price we were quoted from our dealership near Chicago. On top of that they were very friendly and professional.

Ruined my 2003 impala!!!!Ruined it. They didnt glue the seal down by the intake vents and flooded my car then said it wasnt there problem after they came back and fixed the leak! It didnt leak before and it didnt leak after they came back . Refused to pay to fix my car its a sham.
