I would give it zero stars if I could. I bought a 2007 Nissan Quest from this dealership. Long story short, a WEEK and TWO DAYS after driving this thing STRICTLY to work (a 10 minute drive), it stopped working on us. The Manager, Brian, has repeatedly made it VERY CLEAR that hes doing us a favor by replacing the broken parts of the vehicle, but requiring us to pay a percentage of it since we signed an as is agreement. He stressed that it was there bad and laughed after saying that I had the thing for less than 24 hours. Why am I paying for your mistake? Thank you so much for the favor. Now hes saying that hell lend us a car, but it wont be until Monday, a day before he told us the vehicle would be repaired. Ive already gone a week without a vehicle at this point.Do yourself a favor, and do NOT purchase a used car from this dealership.Two members of my family lease from here, and they already told me they wont be renewing their lease with Ed Martin.

As much as they are helpful about an oil change I easily can go somewhere cheaper and receive the same service. I asked for them to vacuum out my car, no can do. I asked for them to reprogram my key, told me I had go to Greenwood Nissan. ** I dont need to go to a different dealership to reprogram my key. Then I asked them to vacuum out my car and they told me that it would take 2 hours... I asked for a simple vacuum sweep of my car while they are already inside of it.... BUT that cant be done. DO NOT COME HERE! VERY LAZY WORKERS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Was randomly searching online looking for a good car for my daughter, found one that looked like a good deal at Ed Martin’s in Fisher. I called and got connected to Tiffany Compton, who has gone completely out of her way to help me. I live in Ft Wayne, but no matter how difficult the logistics of the sale was, she did everything she could to make it as easy as possible to complete the transaction. I’m positive that without her help, this deal would not have happened. Even though I live 2 hours away, I will be back again as long as Tiffany is there to help. Very professional, willing to stay late to help with paperwork, I highly recommend this dealership and especially Tiffany. If more people, especially those in customer service had the same attitude towards customers thatTiffany does, shopping for cars and other high end items would be much more pleasant. If I could I would give 10 stars.

The service appt. was perfect, swift and done in no time! I recently got a used 2017 Nissan Rogue from a different dealership and was invited by my sweet friend Lisa to give Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers a try to service my vehicle with my first Oil Change and multi-inspection; and I am so thankful I did. My Service Consultant “Austin” was THE BEST I could’ve asked for. Very nice, understood my needs, was very knowledgeable, kept me informed on the status, had my vehicle clean and ready to go! I also received a signed memo from Austin that stated his Service Promise & Commitment with contact info. included. I’ve NEVER received anything like that from a service center... but I so gladly appreciated it! The facility itself including the customer lounge was so nice, modern, neat and clean. The staff was nice, professional, friendly and treated me like a valued customer. They even gave me a complimentary $10 value certificate to use at Crew Carwash! Wow, just wow!! I was so dang happy when I left there, smiling ear to ear! :- ) With customer service like this, I’m not surprised that THIS particular dealership (Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers) was THE ONLY store out of 150 in the Midwest Region of the USA to receive the 2020 Nissan Award of Excellence! I brought my Rogue into the service department because my local mechanic was not able to get certain parts. My mechanic had listed my exact repairs on paper and I brought it with to Ed Martin Nissan. In talking with the service department, I mentioned I was just looking for those repairs. When the link for the repairs came through, I was in conversation with service dept a couple times confirming that the repairs were the ones listed on my paper. I was assured they were. I signed off on the repairs and a few days later picked up my car. The total was a few hundred higher than I was expecting and later when I went through the paperwork noticed that I had gotten four new tires. Yep, thatll make the total a few hundred higher.Now I realize that, yes, I did sign off on the repairs and apparently clicked to have new tires as well. Thats my fault. Where my issue lies is that I hoped that a little more integrity would have shown up and someone from the service dept would have said Hey, you added new tires to your repair list, but that wasnt on your original list.... are you sure you want those?This review is already too long and people dont read long reviews. Bottom line, please double/triple check your repairs before you sign off on them. Ask more questions and confirm repairs. Dont be like me.

I have been going here for service for over 5 years now. The scheduling was easy and when I arrived at my time, the registration process went smooth. I told Marcus what the issues were and when he called, he was very thorough what the issues were. He was not pushy about getting the service done but did mention the critical concerns. Yes their rates are a bit higher than a place like Bell Tire but u get what you pay for. Been very happy with my service experiences at Ed Martin and would recommend them.

I found the perfect Rogue after weeks of searching. Went to the dealership Friday afternoon to test drive and decided I had to have. Evan was the salesman assigned to me which was the first of several disappointments. Evan was not professionally dressed, almost looked like he just rolled out of bed, nor was his demeanor professional. He lacked any knowledge about the vehicle and was only pointing out obvious features, the panoramic sunroof for example. Once back from the test drive I was wanting to get a breakdown of financing and start working out the paperwork. Since it was soon to the time they close I was told that my co-signer would have to wait till tomorrow to come and complete the paperwork. Evan still had no clue really of the financing process and I felt like I had to prompt questions to get any information. He was going back and forth to finance manager, another customer, and myself. Wait wait wait. For nothing. Evan said there was someone else interested in the car and coming to test drive the next day. I asked what time so I could make sure to be there before so there was no risk of losing the rogue. He said, uuuhhh. I’m not sure. I’ll have to look. Which he never did. We were sent home with nothing but a generic pricing chart, not even based on my credit. No option to begin paperwork because it was too close to closing time.The next day I receive a text asking what time I would be there I said 30 minutes. Not even 10 minutes later I receive another message saying that someone is yet driving the car and they have first dibs. I asked to make a deposit payment over the phone, told that wasn’t allowed and there was nothing I could do because I didn’t make a down payment the night before. I was never offered or asked to make a down payment!!!! If I knew I could even without any paperwork, I would have! I called the dealership multiple times with no answer. Eventually someone answered the phone and redirected me to someone else which went straight to voicemail. Car was sold out from under me.The entire process was just unprofessional and lacking common courtesy. Evan is a terrible salesman and appears to have no idea what he’s doing.Overall, very disappointed with this dealership and my entire experience there.

I had a electrical issue on my Nissan Rogue 2018. The car was running and then suddenly stopped working, because the car is still under warranty I took it to this dealership, I left my car for a weekend for diagnosis, the car was ready by Monday but they told me that they couldnt find anything wrong with it so I had to pay for diagnosis, I told them that there is something wrong with the car and I should not paid even if they couldnt find it. I asked to talk with the manager, he was upset because I wasted his technician time and he wanted me to pay for that and the end he agreed to waive the inspection fee but he basically threated me and told me that he was going to put my name in all the Nissan dealerships so they are aware of what I did (I never understood what I did wrong, there was something wrong with a car under warranty, I took it for inspection and they could not find the issue). The manager told me that they ran all the inspections on the car and there was nothing wrong with it.End of the story I continued to have failures in the car at home and I decided to take it to Autozone for diagnosis where I was told that there was a problem with the battery, so I took the car again to the service department where they ran a diagnosis again and finally found out what was the problem and that fixed the issue.At the end there was something wrong with the car (even when they could not find it the first time), but I had to run the diagnosis somewhere else to prove them wrong to be able to use my cars warranty.----------------------Im updating my review from 1 start to 3 starts because the maintenance advisor took care of my complaint.

I went to EdMartin Nissan of Fishers for oil change, my Engine light was on so ask them to check it, they said I have to pay $95.00 for that and I agreed, such a rip-off right here ( you can go any AutoZone store and they do it and give you a report about what is wrong with your car too ) but I learned it little late and pricey, then after oil job was done they told me lists of recommendations, Oxygen sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 must be changed with price of $676.00 for part and labor, front running bulb $251.11, front brake rotors and pads $485.32 and on and on total of more than $2000.00 and I took appointment for later and got out, nothing they gave me with checking price parts online was making sense so I changed all small things like filters and back bulbs my self and saved more than $200.00 right there ( they priced me $80.97 for cabin air filter, are you kidding me, bought the filter for $12.00 and changed it myself ) then when I realized ripping off in this level decided to take my car to different shop and asked for Oxygen Sensor, Bank one Sensor two, figured out that total part and labor would be $282.00, do this shop is charging $282.00 and I have all paperworks and Nissan Fishers charged $676.00, again are you freaking kidding me, I asked for running bulbs and what Nissan was asking for $251.11 they do around $75.00 !!!!!!Honestly I was going to let it go, but nope they were keep sending surveys that how amazing they did and rate us, ok, I finally did, they are liars and thieves and told my reason, then manager sent and email that I misunderstood, this was total price and too much nonsense, he mentioned price of Oxygen Sensor is $280 or something like that ( dollar up or down ) without labor and front daytime bulbs are each $60 without labor, so they are selling part for $280 and get $400 add to it for labor that they are going to charge me $676.00 ?!?!!ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDINGThis place is awful, don’t believe a word they say, if they told you sky is blue don’t believe go and check it for yourself, in the world of Liars and Thieves they are the KING of it. Do yourself a favor, if you go there then check online what they say, check other places and most DON’T GO THERE !

It was my first time at Ed Nissan of Fishers as I just purchased a used Nissan from another party. From the word go Austin in the service department was very helpful. The store was clean and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. I at no time felt like I was being taken advantage or having to spend more money than was anticipated. I have had this issue in the past at other dealerships (not Nissan) where every time you go in for an oil change you would be told there was something else that needed to be done as well. Although I didnt buy my car here (Infiniti)-- I take it here for service and am willing to travel up from Broad Ripple to do so. Every service adviser Ive worked with have been courteous, prompt, and someone Im happy to see again the next time I come in.Great, knowledgeable techs staffed here as well. I have a few custom modifications to my car and have it configured in a certain way which Robert recognized during my last visit for an alignment. Instead of just doing the job he conferred with the SA and had me come out and talk to him in on the shop floor. Means a lot to me, as some folks write dealerships off or think they look at customers as just another job/number. Not the case any of the times Ive come in for a serpentine belt, oil change, or alignment. Nice to see a whole department go above and beyond as I have had way different experiences at local, big name Honda dealerships on the North side and Avon in the past.

I woke up (on a) Monday morning to head to work and my 2012 Pathfinder would not start. Not a great way to start my week. After getting it jumped I went directly to the dealership and dropped it off. From showing up and getting greeted with a smile and what I felt was concern to solve my issue to shuttling me home then coming back to get me once my Pathfinder was fixed was simply beyond great customer service. Turns out I just needed a new battery but my matter was treat like it was important. I was made to feel like more than just a customer. Everyone was very nice and professional. I am taking my Pathfinder back in a couple of weeks for routine maintenance and because of this experience I will be shopping Ed Martin for my next SUV! My wife and I had a great experience. We purchased a fantastic vehicle and received a generous trade-in offer on our old car. The sales associate, Henry, was courteous and respectful. From the moment I drove in, the service department was there to help me. They were informative about my repairs with them and explained everything along the way. Very pleasant waiting room and always greeted me with a smile and made me feel special. Thats the way service should be. Highly recommend.

Austin Boyd always takes the best care of me and my vehicle. My experience at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers is always outstanding, but almost exclusively because of the customer service that Austin provides. He listens carefully to my concerns about my vehicle, he helps me understand any vehicle problems using clear language that I understand, and he is GENUINE! In the past, I’ve come into the impression that most folks working for car dealerships that I’ve met sometimes seem to me disingenuous and looking to make a sale. My sense of Austin, on the other hand, is of someone who is authentic, smart, and kind - I think I’m seen as “Pete,” and not “the dealership’s customer.” Because of him, my visit to Ed Martin Nissan is 5/5 every time!

The service was excellent. I arrived at the scheduled and my vehicle was immediately in the service bay. I observed all the checks that were done and the efficiency of the work. The service agent explained everything that was done, the recommended service and the cost of the additional service. There was never any pressure only information for me to decide on.

Came in for an oil change, noticed the maximum and wanted to look and test drive it. I wasnt bullied into a car or circled by salesman which I like. I decided I wanted a new car, looked it over, drove it and then you made the rest of the steps so easy. Quickest finance and car purchase ever.
