The items I purchased were great, but we did have some issues.First, my credit/debit card was double charged. I called and they did explain how their system works and it was fixed, but it shouldnt work that way. Basically, helium balloons have to be charged separately. Either way,, they need to make some serious changes to their website. The main issue is the search feature. It does not work well at all.The other issue was with the helium balloons I bought. I didnt see how to note I wanted weights for the helium balloons so I called about it. Unfortunately, when my daughter picked up the items curbside, which did work well, there were no weights on the helium balloons. Part of it is my fault because I should have told me daughter to check the order more carefully. Now I have to figure out how Im going to get over there before the ambulance gets here with my son, whos been in the hospital for two months! Plus, Im handicap and no longer drive so I dont see how Im going to get that taken care of before he gets home.I am happy with the products I bought, I just wish I had not had so many issues. I spent $56 on 18 balloons (2 helium and 16 13-inch letter balloons). You would think for that much money I could have received two weights for the helium balloons and the letter balloons could have been filled with air.

Ooh man!! Things have definitely changed because of pandemic. Party City is definitely not the same anymore. When it comes to Halloween they no longer put the kids costumes up on the wall for you to choose from. All the costumes were just out. Some of the costumes were missing items. Im giving it three stars because of the workers that work there. Great staff

They only had one animated Halloween decoration. That was a little disappointing. But, I do love the decor there! Im a huge fan of Halloween!The girl who helped us was super sweet! I think her name was Maia. I recommend checking it out if you enjoy decorating for the holiday.

Getting balloon bouquets together is not an easy task. It takes going a couple of times to get use to. This place really helps the process. Summer had a great 1st birthday party and loved her Seasme Street part supplies and especially her hat. A week later the balloons are still floating.

Balloons were beautiful but the delivery driver had all the wrong information on the address the time and my contact number, 1st he came 1/2 hour to early,2. he had the wrong address and 3. he said he called my cellphone number and that wasn’t true, because if he did why didn’t he leave a VM message .hell I paid for delivery and this was unexceptionable I hope they get the info correct and nobody had the problem that I and the driver had😡

The guy (Im sorry I dont remember his name) was fabulous with helping my daughter pick out her Halloween costume even though she changed her mind three different times!! Honestly giving it a one star only because I can’t give a zero. I live roughly half an hour or more from any part supply store, this being the closest to me. My son told me he needed a costume for school tonight (last minute parenting trip. Yay) I called this store first as it is the closest to me to see if they had a firefighters costume. I was relieved when they said they did have some! So I drove all the way here only to arrive at 850 pm (ten minutes before close). I asked an associate (Elijah) if they had any and he pointed me towards the discount costumes they had out. No firefighters. No community helpers of any kind actually. When I told him that I’d just called to make sure they had it before I drove all the way here, he said maybe they just sold out. Sorry. Yeah, sorry. I can recognize that I should have been more prepared for this, but I could have driven to a handful of other party supply stores in the time it took me to get there. The least they could do is check and make sure they give accurate information. Will never shop here again. Will turn away any business from them that I can.

Everything was sold out! It was a mad house in there. I asked an employee for help and Im pretty sure she was as high as a kite! Ended up going to the RIP Halloween store and it was a much better experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very terrible customer service. I went in and purchased two balloons. I do understand there were orders ahead of me but they were order of 5 or more balloons. I had two. The guy who we checked out with was more than willing to blow the balloons up (as they have FOUR helium fills) but the girl blowing up the balloons said no and we had to WAIT 40 MINUTES FOR OUR ORDER OF TWO BALLOONS!!! what happened to customer service? I work in the customer service industry so I understand that there are a way of doing things since she had orders but her attitude was terrible. Two balloons versus her huge orders. Will not be using party city. Do not recommend them until they have better customer service

SO RUDE. If you can go to a different Party City do. They will often just STOP doing Helium, or other standard services customers go there for. They WILL NOT notify customers though. I was in charge of balloons for a gender reveal. Waited 15min in line. Oh, we are doing any Helium today WHAT, where does it say that? Did I miss the signs. The lady said they didnt post signs and she could have cared less. I want to call corporate. Seriously, go to a different location.

My son has autism and is always looking for dinosaurs, sea animals and musical instruments...The Paris aisle which has party gifts Has everything he needs for just dollars…I’ve also previously purchased balloons for parties for my kids...They can be picked up the day of or even up to two days prior and still hold the air!

Called in to do a balloon order for the following day and was informed they ran out of helium and aren’t taking any balloon orders, but that I could buy a helium tank for the 3 balloons I wanted. Seriously? What kind of party store runs out of helium?? And instead of encouraging customers to pay for a tank if they need a balloon — why don’t you guys open those up and use them? No thanks, I’ll go somewhere else.

Only one slow cashier (young female) who acted as if she would have rather been somewhere else. Checkout was constantly at least 7 deep. Unfriendly balloon assistant (mid-aged female) as well. HOWEVER, returned later that day specifically for a decorative yard sign. Same cashier, but new energetic balloon male who assisted where needed; checked out customers when available. Store was equally busy, but checkout line was 3 or less.

The man helping us with balloons was incredible! He was nice and patient with us as this is the first time we bought balloons here. This review wouldve gotten 5 stars for his amazing service, however it has gotten 2 stars because of the GM of the store. She rudely interrupted the man getting us balloons to complain about him curling the strings by the base of the balloons and the balloon weights. I couldnt believe that she would even get mad about that because I wouldve have thought that was standard. If he didnt do it, then I wouldve asked him to which wouldve taken more time. Im completely shocked by that and her behavior towards the staff. Even Dollar tree will take the time to curl the strings for you even if it takes just a bit longer. The GM needs to reevaluate her priorities, rules and costumer service.

This store is not located in a safe area. During my last visit the person parked next to me was smoking crack in her car. The time before, the vibe in the parking lot was really off. I didnt feel safe at all.

Due to Helium shortage they will not fill balloons, but they will gladly sell you a tank of helium...

Greats store for Halloween costumes. Also if you have a specific party theme... go here! It’s very easy to find all the things for your theme and you can be in and out very quickly compared to most larger stores that don’t specialize in party’s. However if you are looking for one very specific item it can be hard to find it and you would be best off asking the staff behind the counter

I wasnt there to shop for Halloween, so my bad. They were inundated by customers shopping for costumes. So my small event gathering wasnt worth the check-out line or lack of customer service on the floor. My needs can wait. Although I am curious if they sell Umbrella picks, which I could not find????

Drove in 3 1/2 hours for our granddaughters birthday today. Stopped to get 4 balloons to take for decorations at her party. Was told we had to order them ahead of time and that they were out of helium. However they were blowing up balloons as we were standing there!!! No sorry or anything...terrible customer service!!!

Came in looking for a Halloween costume for my son. Unlike other locations there was no one around to get a costume for you. Went to the front to get help where the manager and 2 employees were filling one balloon order. So I stood there watching them watch the manager. Finally one of them stood in front of me, I guess she was going to help me but she said nothing. So I initiated the conversation by saying Hi to see if she was really helping me or just wanted to stare at my face. I asked her about a costume, no one walked over to see which one I was looking for. I pulled it up on my phone and they said no they didnt have it. No one checked or anything. It left me feeling helpless. Luckily the store right behind it had it, and the kids working there were more helpful and really nice.

Party supplies at reasonable prices. Large selection. Mores specific themes than a general merchandise store. Good small kids party favors. Easy to get in and out quickly.

I’ll admit, I was in a major rush and appeared to be so while in the store. However, I’m certain I was never rude just astounded that someone could come in to purchase a bouquet of 10 helium filled latex balloons and be told I have to wait hours for them to be ready. Beware, you need to have an order placed from an earlier day to get balloons here. The thing that bothered me most was when I came back 20 mins later to pick up the balloons I heard a lady at the counter announce as I was walking in “she’s back” in a very condescending and rude manner. To the lady who said she could get my balloons done in a 20 minute window instead of hours, I thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You saved a little girls first lemonade stand. Customer service is everything. If it were my store I’d always allow a little leeway in fulfilling customer wishes that are within reason. What I asked for wasn’t much and I’m guessing it didn’t throw your other orders off to where anyone would notice. I’ll be visiting other Party City stores in the future. Better, friendlier service is worth a drive.

I would rate the customer service I received today a zero if it was available. I was looking at balloons to pick one out after the next man in line and I get to the cashier for her to ring up someone else that was standing there. I said that I was next and she still checked out the older lady. Its people like the both of them that cause such a divide in this country. So I just walked out instead of making a big deal out of it, will not be getting my money.

I would give this location zero stars if I could but the balloon selection is fantastic. The customer service is literally the worst I have ever seen. There was one person being serviced in the store when we arrived to wait in line. We waited at the balloon counter as one person checked out. The line then escalated to about 9 people. We asked to be rung up next and were told we had to wait in line behind everyone (when we had been in the balloon line for 15 minutes behind the only person there).The manager then began to assist at cash- we left upset and then returned to speak to the manager- who then asked a few questions then said ok- go the front of the line. As the other associate rang us up and filled the balloons your manager proceeded to talk about us with another customer in a negative light.I will shop at any other Party City but this one from now on- lack of organization, professionalism etc is upsetting.

Amazing selection of balloons, and every decoration you could imagine. Also fun little gifts for kids, and GIANT candy area with candy in every color! Friendly employees too.

What a horrible experience. Went in to order balloons for a work celebration and felt like we were an inconvenience to the employees. After paying $57 for balloons, they did a horrible job tying the ribbon and making them look complete. When we asked for a bag to put over the balloons because it was windy out, they said it would be an extra dollar for each bag (after paying). I asked if we could get bags since we paid so much for balloons and the 3 employees just looked at me like I asked the most horrible question ever. Customer service and quality extremely poor.

They literally have everything you could ever need for a party. The selection of themes and decor is amazing. The only problem is youll pay more for it. They are very expensive. They offer event planning and the biggest selection of balloons Ive ever seen.

I only shop there in a pinch or to see whats clearanced. They use to have great clearance but nowadays its very hit or miss. I always find them overpriced for the quality of product sold (unless on clearance). They always seem to discontinue what keeps people coming back (ex. Helium tank rental)

Disorganized, grungy store with a staff that seems to want to do whatever they can to avoid work than to help shoppers. Prices seem reasonable. I dont plan on going back unless I need to pick up something festive very quickly.

Any time I’m hosting a party I can always count on Party City to have almost everything. This party is convenient for me as far as distance wise. Staff is friendly, but I wish that they would be a little more attentive sometimes. Bathrooms are clean.

They have a lot of stuff. Everything in the store is very organized. St.particks day merchandise is on sale until the 17th...I believe. I got a few things like st Patricks fingerless gloves...necklaces...toys for cheap.

I do not recommend this store what so ever. I have not yet been to the store, nor will I ever go to this store. I made 2 phone calls to ask very serious questions before I make very big purchases, the 1st phone call was very brief as the woman spoke briefly and rudely hung up on me. The 2nd phone call I made it clear that I wanted to speak to someone less rude that could help me with serious questions, the woman (answered the phone at 5:21 PM, 12/29/2018) stated that she does not have time to answer my questions and hung up on me. If I can speak to some customer service about this issue Id would love to explain how disrespectful that situation was. Ive never had to deal with any customer service in that manner before. Ive work in customer service every day for the past 5 years, I know that she beyond out of her place.

Its what youd expect from a Party store. They have a great selection of balloons, baby shower items, wedding and wedding shower items, current holiday items, as well as about every birthday theme a kid could choose. Great selection of piñatas and candy/prizes to fill them. At Halloween they have a fantastic selection of costumes for kids and adults alike. Everything you need to throw a great party under one roof.

Ordered the item on-line and picked up in the store. The store seemed nice.

Its the only party city near us so I go for the birthday party themed merchandise two to three times a year.The store has a slight unkempt look to it. At my most recent visit the newer staff at the registers lacked a level of maturity-ie, my cashier having to childishly push away the hands of another cashier from the register, because she wanted to type in an item code into the keypad. In past visits there has been odors of cigarettes wafting through the store, originating from the back room. The aisles for checkout are far too narrow, and the pricing can be inflated.

Party City really does have every party supply you might need. The service, though, really varies depending on when you go. Be prepared to wait a while in line, even if it isnt that crowded. Sometimes that is not the case, but it really depends on the staff that is there.

My employer purchased tons of helium balloon bouquets for a multi-day event. They looked fantastic! Not only that, but the staff freshened them in between the event days so they looked great by refilling the wrinkly ones with helium. They didnt roll their eyes or seem the slightest annoyed to freshen the balloons at no charge--they were eager to please. I cant think of the last time I had customer service this friendly and willing to help. I was really impressed!

Theyve got a variety of different party items and I love the singing balloons but the customer service could be better. Male cashier had an attitude when asking questions.

Don’t come in expecting any sort of customer service. Their cell phones behind the counter are more important than any party supplies you might need.

When we asked for help the heavy set Caucasian girl with blond hair and tattoos looked annoyed and made someone else come help us even though she wasn’t doing anything. When we asked about getting our balloons blown up she said they were out of helium and we had to come back the day of our party. She was rude about it also. When we came back a few days later they said it would be a 2 hour wait because they had balloon orders. Even though there were two African American employees who were at ge balloon station not doing anything. They were rude also.

Always understaffed. Have gone four times over three years. Each time there is one person at the counter and a line 5 to 6 deep. If there is no line, the clerk is also nowhere to be found. Expect to spend 3x longer than needed to check out

Instead, I went to Dollar Tree the very same paper table cloths for graduation party at $1.00 instead of $4.99 each!! No wondee this chain has not opened new stores!!

The products are nice, but the customer service is terrible here. A woman accused me of lying about placing a balloon order for my party. The craziest part is that I have proof that I called and placed the order. Never again!

Ruined the decorations for my husbands surprise party. They lost the balloons I bought and paid for in full in advance, them no longer had any on them in stock. Replaced them with the incorrect color scheme and count. Failed to return the receipt upon pick up. Made no attempt to compensate me for their multiple errors. Will never use them for professional or personal parties again. Will rather travel to the one in Noblesville which is miles or of my way them go back to the one in 96th st. The emplyees there are uneducated, uncaring or uninterested in their jobs. Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS STORE!!
