Toni and her coworker (sorry forgot your name) were very helpful and courteous... I had questions on dyes and other hair products and they were very helpful.. Great customer service with both employees. I got what I needed and some helpful tips aswell. I will be definitely be going to this location for my hair products.

Not really sure how I feel about this place. I went in knowing what dye I wanted, but when I asked for help with bleach, the lady automatically suggested the most expensive lightening kit. Also suggested and entire coloring kit with the bowl, brush, gloves etc, when the lightening kit already has the gloves and brush. Also was talking to my sister about buying something else and she overhead me and immediately suggested two or three products, that I didnt have time to research, and seemed almost offended when I didnt get what she suggested at check out. Not to mention she just signed me up for rewards without even asking. Very nice lady, but way too overbearing.

The suggestions from the staff are great. They recommended a good color match dye for my hair. It was very similar to my natural color so I could look nice at work.

The ladies were very nice and knowledgeable about their products. They had a few new brands I was curious about and instead of her just saying they were good she was honest and admitted she didnt know. She helped me find all the items I was looking for and didnt make me feel rushed even though I knew the lady had other things to do.

Online said they opened at 9. The sign on their door said 9. I showed up after 930 and the door was locked. I called to see if anyone was there. A girl came to the front and answered. She saw me outside on my phone and hung up on me while I was talking to open the door.

Worst visit ever...other locations are great but the old lady (with white beard) is rude as hell..didnt say hi, we asked to see a clipper and as soon as we put it down at counter to think about it...she asked do u want it or not? ..we got a free tote for spending whatever amount and plus she asked the other lady if we get a free brush set for spending over $80 and was told yes...she didnt give it to us... i guess she needs it... will never come back to this crappy location
