I got my Purple seat cushion is the best part. You cant actually buy anything there. You must first drive across town and buy the cushion. You cannot go to the warehouse. to examine the product their stores do not have. Buy it at the store first and then you can wait for them to deliver it to the store to examine it or you can go pick up your new pillow and have it same day. Purple cushions are very good, but how would you know since the local store doesnt actually have one. Lastly it is a non returnable item. At least ordering directly from the manufacturer the item is returnable but that still doesnt allow for pre purchase examination. Having said all that, Im happy with my new Purple seat cushion.

Went to what we thought was a store. Had to pick up what we were buying from a warehouse 1 exit down which wasnt bad. The directions given wasnt great but in a world of gps that honestly dont matter. Once at the warehouse they were fast and nice. Also helped load into vehicle and said they would update the directions so others dont have issues if they have to rely on it. The mattress we got was a good price and they even came down on it a bit. Seems to be good quality but only time will tell.

Drove to the distribution warehouse and they was closed and no one told anyone that they were. So I set there to get unloaded for 20 hrs because no one had the balls to say anything about what time they were going to be open. There hours of operation sucks. Not very happy with this company in fishers indiana

Salesman was very nice but was unfortunately not kept up to date on what mattress they had in stock or able to order more of because we totally fell in love with a mattress and then found out it was not being produced anymore.
