I use Aqua Systems at work and for personal use and they are always friendly, on time, and have great prices! Super easy to get refills!

I moved into my first home and had the water softener replaced as well as reverse osmosis installed. I chose Aqua Systems after comparing water systems at the home show. I ultimately felt Aqua Systems had great prices, quality equipment and great reviews. My experience with Aqua Systems did not disappoint.Jason was my sales representative and he was OUTSTANDING! He was responsive, listened, and quick to resolve any concerns I had. Dan was the first technician I had to install the systems. He also was quick, professional and educational. Dan also answered my call after hours when I had a concern later that day regarding a potential leak that ended up being an issue with my garbage disposal from an earlier garbage disposal repair I had done. Finally, what was supper impressive about Jason and this company was their attention to detail. When I had my consultation with Jason, we believed the cold water faucet product that was available would match my remodeled sink. It ultimately did not. So when I expressed my concern to Jason post install, he offered that if I found one I liked elsewhere, they would install it for me at no cost! I found one I loved at Wayfair. I contacted Jason a week later, as soon as it was ordered. We scheduled a second install and I ultimately am extremely happy with the end result (before and after photos below). Jason, Dan and the Aqua Systems team are amazing! Go with them, you will not regret it!

Jim from Aqua systems helped fix our water softener he was in here and out of here in a matter of 15 minutes if that. He was so polite kind and very knowledgeable. We love Aqua systems!

We have a water softener installed by them several years ago that is still working great. We are on very hard well water and did not have lasting luck with the few we bought ourselves. We cook with the water but we dont drink it. Have used their bottled water service the last few months and been very pleased with that too. Thank you

Aqua Systems is a customer-focused company of impeccable integrity! My water softener, nearing the end of the warranty period, failed and released resin into my plumbing system clogging every fixture and a $1775 plumbing bill.  Aqua replaced my system without hesitation or cost to me and Mark quickly refunded my  entire plumbing bill!  Extraordinary company which has also added an additional filter to their system to prevent the resin issue.

We have had 2 systems from Aqua Systems, one in each of our last two homes. The service is fantastic, quality even better, and the staff at the Fishers location is always awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone in Indiana!!! Keep up the great work!

Im on my second home with an Aqua System aater softener and osmosis water tap.I love the product and the service.Current softener is over 15 years old when I started noticing water stains and diminished water pressure when, for example, a shower is running and then a toilet is flushed.Called Aqua system and asked for a replacement resin tank. They insisted on not replacing until they examined the unit first to make sure it wasnt something else.Guy comes out and tests water then I told him about the low pressure. He snapped the resin tank and fixed up the valve system too.Wow! What service and I love these products.

Excellent place for water softeners, osmosis systems and of course the 50 lb bags of clean salt crystals and not those compress pellets held together with a glue substance which is NOT a good thing for your water softener or osmosis system.

I had my water filter serviced today by David. He showed up early, at my request, to accommodate for a change in my schedule. He was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Used their water softener and reverse osmosis water filtration system for more than 10 years. Excellent product. Other than adding salt and routine filter changes, system works great. Highly recommended. They are not cheap.

This company is righteous. John, who is in charge of customer service truly understands that it is the people that matters. Although every circumstance is different, John was very responsive to my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone. They treat the customer with respect and dignity.

Aqua Systems rules! My system is 9 years old, released beads into water pipes. Its well out of warranty but they replaced the whole system for $400! Really?! I didnt ask for that but they did it. Thanks Aqua Systems! Customer for life.

UPDATE - After a bit of frustration working with several members at Aqua Systems, I am happy to report that prior issues that we had with our water softener and some damage that occurred as a result of the units failure have been resolved. Mike was instrumental in ensuring all our issues were corrected to our satisfaction and going above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with our new system and our faith was restored in Aqua Systems.There are a lot of great reviews for this company and we have come to realize why.

Clean showroom. I was greeted upon entry. They do offer a water dispenser pick you service. The salesman was knowledgeable and didnt attempt to force a sale. An overall pleasant experience.

I was in need of some tubing and other items to move/ install my water softener at my new home, stopped by and talked with JD at the Fishers location. Could not have been more helpful, was in and out of there in only a few minutes, and on top of that he gave me the tubing free of charge. Might seem like a small gesture but that level of customer service is very much appreciated. That and Ive always been happy with my softeners performance.

I buy my water cooler jugs from them as I dont have an RO system in my house. The water is excellent so I dont mind the slightly higher prices than some competitors charge. The kids loading water in the drive through lane work hard, are always friendly, have finally gotten to not slamming my self closing trunk!

I called in for advice on whether or not I should get a whole home system or just the RO drinking system. The man I talked to was very knowledgeable and kind. I explained some of the medical conditions I have, and what my doctor wanted me to get, and he never at any time steered me toward something I didn’t need., or push a sale on me. Even though I went with a budget RO drinking system from a local hardware store, I would recommend purchasing your systems here if you can afford it. I am on a strict budget due to multiple chronic illnesses, and I pay out of pocket for treatment. I never told the man working for Aqua Systems that info, but I really appreciate how I was treated by him. You’re guaranteed to get great customer service here.

Look I am greatful for their service in our home. With that being said their customer service is lack luster and they need to work on how to treat their paying customers. Customer Service needs improvement please and there is no need to be rude. Thank you for sending an excellent installer and working with us when situations are bad.

I personally know the managers Tom and JD very well at this store. They bend over backwards to help you in the Fishers area. The drive thru team is quick and friendly. The whole staff here at the Fishers store will always make sure your experience is a good one, or they will exhaust all of their resources to fix any issues.

Great service, helpful employees. Would not get my water or water conditioner supplies from anyone else. Love this store!

They load the water and softener salt, you do not have to go inside, couldnt be easier, they even have delivery service if you like

Each person we have worked with at this location is very knowledgeable about their equipment and products. If they do no have the immediate answer, they will find the answer and get back with you in a timely manner- even after hours and on weekends! Impressive! My family and I have owned an Aqua Systems water conditioning system and reverse osmosis system in each house we have owned. That is over 15 years of patronage and never an issue with instillation, repair, and billing. If you are in the Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel, and Zionsville area, I definitely recommend this company for all of your water conditioning needs.

Have someone else do your repairs.Our 1 year old water softener broke so we paid $119 to fix it. The guy spent 2 minutes looking at it, jiggled a tube and proclaimed it fixed......it wasnt.Called for a do-over appointment and requested a different tech. This tech informed me that they dont have parts for my GE softener and he cannot do anything.10 minutes total between the two in my house, nothing fixed or even a wrench out of the toolbox, but $119 out of my wallet. No apology for the first call I had to schedule time off from work to handle.....or the 2nd.Couldnt they have simply asked the brand of softener before scheduling the call?There has to be someone better in town?
