Had Rick drop by to check to see what kind of cost would be associated with having some work done to get my home theater up and running. He advised that he would get back to me in a day. I called a week later and talked to Ben who let me know they would get back to me the next day. I waited another week and talked to Ben again who advised Rick didnt want the job. They refused work, and didnt even bother to get back to me. Impressively poor communication and Ill be recommending anyone I speak with to avoid this place, if their communication is this bad, what kind of work can you expect from a place like this?

What a great experience!We just finished our basement and I really wanted a theater system as the focal point. Rick took my modest budget and put together an amazing system that we are extremely happy with. From the design to the final install, everything was done to my satisfaction, the pre-wire installers were professional, they work around my contractor and got the job done quickly. After the basement was done they returned for the final install and everything looks perfect. Again the crew was very professional, they set everything up so it was very simple to operate but still patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we knew how to reach them if we had further questions.If you are looking to add an audio/video system to your home I would definitely recommend giving Technology Interiors a call or stop in their incredible showroom; I don’t think you will be sorry.

Technology Interiors is a great company with great people. Working with Rick to get our theater designed was easy and he listened to what we wanted and kept our budget in mind. The guys doing the install were extremely professional and did an excellent job. They installed speakers in ceiling and walls and ran wires and I cant even tell they did it. The install crew got here about 8 am and they were done by 5 pm. Cleaned everything up, took the trash and gave me a lesson on how to use everything. Got this just in time for football season! Awesome customer service ! The decorator removed the speaker covers from an older system, 1 was broken and the other was lost. Very happy with the final product. Technology Interiors completed everything that i asked for in a timely manner and were very friendly. The main reason i docked them one star is because they used our pool table to hold their tools and old lights and our furniture had some drywall dust on it. My recommendation would be for them to cover the furniture or you do that yourself and for them to bring their own table for tools and old devices. Otherwise i thought they did a fantastic job.

Ike came out to install speakers for our outdoor TV. It was immediately obvious that the mounted speakers would not look good so he recommended landscape speakers. He installed them the same day and walked us through the set up. Great job overall.

My experience with Technology Interiors was outstanding. We were remodeling our basement and needed in-wall and in-ceiling speakers installed (a total of 9 speakers). While this installation was underway I decided to go with a new 80-inch LED TV and to re-locate the A-V equipment to an adjacent room. Unfortunately this necessitated moving speakers and repairing drywall due to the larger TV. Not to worry. Kevin did an excellent drywall repair and even repainted for me! You literally cannot see where the repair was done. The A-V equipment was relocated and a new RF-IR remote was recommended and programmed for me. Thank goodness.There is - in my opinion - a very good reason to have professionals install your gear. First of all, it is done correctly so everything works together, and secondly it sounds WAY better than any of my previous self-installations (several).Had I not changed my mind mid-installation, I am sure that they would have easily completed everything in a day.Rick, Kevin and Ike were great to work with and were non-plussed by my changes. I recommend their services wholeheartedly, and I will certainly use them again!
