A Co was great throughout our project. We did not have a huge project, but we still had a designer dedicated to us who was very helpful in moving the project forward and providing design insight. The showroom floor gives you an opportunity to see what you are buying in person ahead of time which was a important to us. The timelines provided were accurate and we were never left not knowing where our project stood. The team that came to do the install was professional, friendly, and treated our home like it was their own. Highly recommend A Co.

The sales person was very helpful with picking out the carpet. He showed us the different qualities, what works best for runners, and the various price points. We brought several home and ordered the next day. An installer came to measure and again to install. On time with on my way calls beforehand. I would definitely use this company again!

We used ACo to tear out carpet and tile in our basement, and replace it was luxury vinyl planks. My sister had used them for several flooring jobs over the past few years and was very happy with them, so I took her advice, and booked a consult through Costco. My husband and I were able to go into the showroom and pick out our flooring. We mainly dealt with Tom, who was very helpful, and not pushy at all.He was a great salesman to deal with! We had a slight delay in the LVP flooring coming in because of doing this during the COVID pandemic. Tom kept us up to date on the timing of supplies coming in. Ceaser and his team installed our flooring and did an amazing job! Because of booking the consult through Costco, we did receive a Costco Cash Card as a rebate after the job was done. We were very happy with everyone we dealt with at ACo and would definitely use them again if we did another flooring project.

The workmanship was of high quality and customer satisfaction was superb, I would go to this business any time. From selection to installation every thing was communicated with set expectations.

Dani was very easy to work with through the design process, taking the wants and needs of my wife and me and incorporating them into her design. Bailey was a great project manager. No project of this size and scope will every run perfectly, but she was very responsive and flexible. The project turned out amazing, and we are very happy with our new kitchen.

Dani Kohl did a fantastic job working on the design and helping me stay on budget! She went above and beyond in being available, answering our questions and providing excellent customer service! My husband is handy so he wanted to do some of the work himself to save money and they were able to work with us on that, it was great! The entire staff at Aco has been fantastic and we loved working with them, we will definitely go back when we are ready for our master bath remodel!

What a wonderful experience we had with our kitchen remodel! Our designer, Carlie, was top-notch. She knew when to offer me choices and how to pair them down (I dont do lots of choices well!) Her aesthetic matched with mine and she had so many great ideas. She knew I was in a hurry to get started and made herself available immediately. Everything, from start to finish was so smooth and everything happened just as it was supposed to, as laid out by our project manager, Rick. Rick was above and beyond our expectations. He was available at all times, and on top of every detail. He was at our house overseeing and sometimes just checking after the subs left for the day. We couldnt have asked for a better and nicer project manager. Our kitchen is more beautiful than we hoped it would be and so functional! I hired The Affordable Companies to remodel my 1968, 40 sq ft Master bath. The Designer came out and took measurements and got a feel for what I was looking for. When the work began, they gave me a schedule of contractors so I would know what was happening when. They respected the house, coming in and out they put down paper and plastic up The process was simple and fun. I cant wait to remodel other areas of my home. I would use The Affordable Companies for any remodeling needs!

I cannot say enough about ACo and the job they did to our beautifully remodeled kitchen. Kayley,Virgle and company were there every step of the way to offer us guidance and transparency. Their attention to timelines and details was nothing short of impressive and reassuring. We were always in the know whether it was a quick text from Virgle or a detailed outline by Kayley. I rate this ZERO stars if I could.Using The Affordable Companies was the biggest, most expensive mistake we have ever made. We were not given the quality of work we were promised during our initial inquiries, we were not given quality contractors, as promised, and we had difficulties throughout every single step of the process once construction started. The company website quotes their process as, “simple and seamless.” This statement helped influence our decision when working through our many quotes. We chose this company (as they were not the least expensive quote) because we felt like we would be treated with importance, and that the work done would be of quality. “Simple and seamless” is laughable now. I anticipated delays and mistakes during the process; that’s typical with any company, but what we experienced was truly unacceptable. In short (very short, because the list of our concerns, complaints, and issues is pages long), after spending approximately $40,000 to update our bathroom and kitchen, we did not receive quality work, quality project management, or quality customer service. Anytime anyone mentions a home remodel, or asks about mine, I immediately, emphatically tell them NOT to use The Affordable Companies. The fact that they have so many positive reviews tells me one of two things: They have family members writing fake reviews, or our project was given the “B team” workers with “C team” service. From the beginning, we gave this company every opportunity to “make things right. In fact, if the owner, or upper-management simply showed us some kind of compassion, I would definitely not be writing this review, despite the mistakes, delays, and unprofessionalism. Unfortunately, they have yet to show any type of appreciation or respect for the business we provided them. I feel I owe it to other people to be warned, as to avoid the same experience.

I used Affordable Companies for my flooring, tile, cabinets and carpet in my recent remodel. Their showroom has a fantastic blend of high style and great price points that allowed me to get the look I wanted to achieve at my budget. I also was blown away by the computer simulation of how the kitchen would look when complete. Great job.

We used The Affordable Companies twice: to replace our carpeting and install new floor in our kitchen. Both times they were very helpful with flooring recommendations and provide many options and samples for our flooring projects. They were able to promptly schedule the installation and the installers did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and complete the work on time. My husband and I have used The Affordable Companies for two remodels: master bath and kitchen. We are ecstatic with the outcome of both projects. We recently had our master bath remodeled by The Affordable Companies. This is the third project in our home which involved The Affordable Companies; obviously, we have been very pleased with their work. Designer Bill Bernard combined our wish list with his expertise and came up with a beautiful plan that maximized our limited space. Project Manager Rick Strezishar did a great job with the schedule, getting everything completed on time. Both Bill and Rick were very responsive to any questions and concerns we had throughout the process. I look forward to working with The Affordable Companies on future home remodeling projects.

Great service

Had wood flooring on main floor and carpet installed in entire upstairs. The carpet laying was 5 star. Wood flooring is more challenging installation but it went well. Crew for wood floor left a mess in the front of the house from cutting. It was a very cold day and they worked very hard. Thats the only reason I would give them four out of five stars. The initial appointment to decide on products went well with Amandas help.

My berserker children have a shared goal of damaging everything in my home. This made luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring attractive to me as its waterproof and very durable but has the high-end look of hardwood. I was able to select the flooring at The Affordable Companies showroom. They then provided the flooring materials and accomplished a professional installation (including the removal of the old carpet) in an very timely manner. Strongly recommend these folks for your flooring needs.

Im updating my review in response to the companys response. I was offered a replacement, although there were no details of the replacement. A replacement at no cost is a ridiculous lie that the company expects me to believe. There is no cost for this company to come into my house for an entire day, damage walls, molding, appliances, or even better require ANOTHER full day off from work. Then, two more days for them to come back and repair the damages. It is an illusion for David Decker to believe that this is no cost for us. Lastly, Ive made a reasonable request. Im not interested in doing business with a company that has lied to us and damage our property again, whether free or paid. Additionally, if we ordered floors from Costco and Costco is to blame, why do you subcontract with Costco? Why did I receive all of my follow-ups for scheduling and contracting through ACo? Why did I receive a bogus invoice from ACo? Why did your salesman leave me a business card with ACo? The floors I purchased were Shaw Floors, not Costco. Costco was the vendor and ACo were the sales reps and contractors.

I have used the Affordable Companies since their origin...starting a new countertop to remodeling 3 houses for me. The last one recently finished and was done to my specifications and Im very satisfied. The team worked with to get what I wanted and to stay in budget rangeService is great, once when my house was totally gutted we left one toilet for the workers to use, I had hired my own painting crew as I found a better quote, when I came to inspect the painting I found the painters had completey clogged the toilet...I called the project manager, Paul, and he said he would be right over to take care of it. And it wast a nice job!Last year they redid a friends bath and at this writing they are doing a large scale remodel for very good friends of mineI always refer people to the Affordable Companies
