I now understand the links that Walmart is willing to go to so that their stores are entirely customer run. Self checkouts are a fact of life now and have been for some time. Unfortunately, the customer service desk is also self driven.I arrived at customer service where the staff couldnt seem to break away from their conversation long enough to help me figure out if my order was available for pickup.Once the conversation had ceased, the employee told me to ring a red doorbell on the counter and then call the back store house to verify all was good. Why cant you provide the customer the information on whether or not their order is ready for pickup? Not to mention the phone number I did call ended up just being routed to a voice-mail.Additionally, I had 2 new employees appear, thinking they were there to check that Id been served and was getting my items together, I was told that the doorbell button just sends an alert to all the radios and that orders werent this employees department, so that she too would call the correct associated to come and assisst.Once the correct associate did come to the front, she checked for my order and notified me that it would have to be picked up in the back. So after a 10 minute exchange trying to figure out how to get my order, or verify if it was even ready, I actually needed to be parked around the side of the building and call that number again so that they could provide me my goods.I understand long days at work. I understand customer service isnt fun. But I seriously believe that this location would thrive if the associates would be more attentive to what the customer is actually there for, answering the customers questions directly, and showing urgency in their performed tasks.
The reason for my 3 stars is because of the way I seen a manager treated a customer I personally didnt have anything done to me but to watch the way the female manager talk to this woman because of a return! I just think she should have gone about it totally different! She embarrassed the woman and if you ask me she embarrassed herself! well I wouldve been!
Stopped in for birthday cards. The lady working in the area was so pleasant, kind and helpful. She made sure to direct me to the cards I wanted. I really appreciated her help!
As usual the store was messy did not have a lot of items. The patrons and the staff had rude attitudes and when you ask a representative a question they would look at you as though you were bothering them by asking. I used to go to this particular location all the time, however I only go there now when I absolutely have to. I will actually drive out to East 96th and Fishers or to the Keystone store just to get away from some of the things that go on at this particular store.
Everyone is working hard & doing their best, amidst too much criticism from those who have no idea the demands of the job, especially through a Pandemic where the new Administration incentivizes them to sit at home on their butts instead of being self-sufficient by going back to work to make an honest days wage.
I as a customer, I’m truly disappointed to see what the store has turn into. I have a pet and the area of toys, leashes, and pet shampoo looks disgusting. There is bathrooms products, personal shampoo for adults just a bunch on things stacked up in the wrong place. A ton of isles are empty, as you can see in the pics. Most of the employees are just walking around. You ask for help and nobody knows where things are or just ignore you. I honestly hope that someone would do something. Our store looks horrible and I know for a fact I’m not the only one who feels this way. Also, did the store hours changed again. The doors are being shut at 8pm or way before that. Someone do something please.
The usual Walmart bill of fare. No real complaints with the exception that this store really relies on self check out lanes. I hate self checkout.
Very clean and stocked. It has been awhile since i been to a Walmart like that. Plus the workers were very friendly, greet you coming in and leaving out.
Simply pulling into the park lot going up and down the rows trying to find a spot is when the anxiety began and it never stopped until I was back home. We were told they were completely sold out of backpacks of every kind at the beginning of August….how is that even possible. They are one of the top retail giants where parents go to get their kids the supplies they need. Well we found where they were keeping the backpacks, their supply was dwindled down but certainly they had plenty in stock. I would be pretty happy to manage to avoid all Walmart’s at all costs. I can’t even justify trying to go back…the savings in money will only cost me more in anxiety.
Actually not a bad Walmart Experience. Seeing items not locked up was a good sign, so the local population isnt a group of degenerates. Appeared clean and folks seemed friendly to include employees.
Had to visit he pharmacy for my wife after birth of our daughter. Very staff member was super friendly and service was very efficient. Will definitely have all prescriptions filled here with living so close😀.
Went here. Very clean and staff was very nice!
I went to Walmart on East 96th St and found exactly what I was looking for. They have the best selections overall. I live closer to another Walmart but this one is worth the trip. Their selection in clothing is enormous which is why I go there.
The employee was foolish. Had to make a foolish noise when I ask for help and was a supervisor. If you dont like your job find another one.
96th street Wal-Mart was clean neat and well stocked. Both the staff and the customers that I met were very courteous. Pleasant shopping experience.
Pickup here is terrible. Called the number 7 times and no answer. Called the Walmart and the lady said she would let them know and no one came. Called again and finally someone answered 30 min later. Couldn’t go in because of baby and what I ordered is huge. Still waiting…
Its a Walmart. This one is probably as good as they get. Ive certainly been in worse.
I saw some tires on sale great price such wonderful help there got them put in a great amount of time so smoothly done employees were so polite and responsive that you thank you auto mechanics area
One of the few Walmarts Ive been to where everything was neatly organized and checkout was a breeze! Good job! Keep it up!
I got what I needed, with the exception of the Lysol black label toilet bowl cleaner. Does no place have this anymore? It seems like no one ever has any in stock.
Good spot to shop Chicago’s Pizza is nearby Jasmin’s Thrading Studio is nearby nails and TJ Taqueria and sushi place is nearby great spot to shop lots of restaurants nearby I love this place
This store is definitely cleaned up Their act. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a lot of the checking lanes were open and I was able to walk up and do self check out. In addition customer service representatives like Ken, Jayda and others made my transaction very seamless. Not like the other Walmart where you have to wait all day long in order to get service I get checked out. This is a great location. Good job guys!
Pretty well organized and clean compared to other Walmarts I have been to.
Pickup order. 45 minute wait time. The 2 associates running the goods out to the vehicle were moving quickly, friendly, but needed more at that time. This is obvious...Managers.About 50 items in order, 100%, whoever pulled the order was all over it.Had to buy a couple of items in the store.Left one of the bags on the self-service rotunda. The Self-Serve was not close to busy.Susan, who appeared to be in charge of the area, was extremely offended.Gave the dont kill any more puppies look.Builds Kroger brand loyalty.
A Lot of times weve been there theres always something wrong with the cleanliness or the amount of workers and their work ethic
Just went in to get snacks and left so nothing really to comment. Has lots of good food and people are nice
Just about everything you’d ever want. They are moving to the new self check out thing. Pretty quick and efficient if you get it. Some people still need people running registers though. If a few people don’t get it, the whole system clogs and it’s ugly. It’ll smooth out eventually as people get the hang of it. Otherwise it’s a good place to grab and go with what you need.
Some good deals lots in the clearance isle. Clean well organized store
It was ok as usual. Those tomatoes and bell peppers were supper tiny. Almost $1 for a bell pepper the size of a babys hand...you should be ashamed of yourselves. But we found everything we had on our list. The store was packed but the lines were moving fast.
Walmart... Ill always Like... The Location is great!! Our greeter was Extremely friendly!!
The vision center has the most professional people working there.
This Walmart has so many more candle scents then any other Walmart Ive ever been to including at Kroger. Theres a much wider variety of coffees and protein shakes. However, the extra clearance sections werent really there I dont know if its because this is a wealthier side of town or they just didnt have anything on clearance on the grocery side on a Monday.
The paint is peeling off of the building. Their carts are literally falling apart. Walmart prices are usually good but the appearance of the store in Noblesville on 37 shows that the manager of that store has no sense of pride or has no support from higher ups. Come on and lets change that starting today!
I wish I could give a 0 star rating. Be careful if you are black or a minority in this Walmart. My friend and I were chased down to the door after paying for ALL of our items. We literally left the self checkout and they ran us down to the door. They checked our receipts and saw we paid for everything. No one apologized after chasing us down. I understand that in todays climate there is a lot of paranoia around these types of situations but this was just clear and obvious especially the attitudes of the older bald caucasian man with tattoos and the older caucasian woman with glasses and graying hair. No apology and even left their post, left the self checkout unattended just so they could harass us. Be warned, if you are a minority to the employees in this Walmart you are a criminal.
Very nice place just need to learn to amswer there phones
I have never been a huge fan of Walmart. It is at the very bottom of my stores to go to list. It is dirtier than Meijer and Kroger, and the staff isnt as friendly. I always have a hard time finding where anything is located, and it takes me a long time to find a Walmart employee, so I can ask for help. I have found that when I finally find workers and ask my question, some of them pretend they dont hear me and just keep walking.
Line thirty people deep. Only ten self scan registers open and none other.
Clean, well stocked and a great shopping 🛒 experience
Uhh. Walmart is Walmart.Only self checkout lines are open... No cigarette POS. I will only go here when Im in a hurry or when I have to stop at money services.
Once again many items out of stock. Store was messy and items out of place everywhere. I gave 2 stars because its not the worst Walmart Ive been in but not too far from it.
It was great I love the hospitality of the workers. They make you feel at home
I got what I wanted. Not bad for Walmart
Could open more check out registers. E. 96th street store is well stocked and produce and deli are clean and well stocked. Prices are good.
I had to check myself out and didnt even get a discount, very long lines.
There was some tiny spots whereits not clean, but it was a great experience. Keep it up, walmart
Give me one good reason to actually like this store! When I asked for assistance I was told by a manager, Its going to be a while, I have to go to a meeting.
I really like the staff here, everyone is helpful, kind and polite.
This store is ALWAYS dirty looking and under stocked. I only go to this location when I need the bare minimum. 1 or 2 items is when I go to this location. When I go to predominantly white neighborhoods the Walmarts are very well kept and well stocked. If you can avoid this location then I would I know not everyone can.
I like Warmart shops. I can always find what I need
Very easy to find items and the electronic system is pretty up to date. Staff is helpful and is always ready to assit. Good overall experience.
I had a great experience the associates were very nice and helpful. I visited in the evening and I needed taco sauce. A associate was stocking the shelf and he stopped what he was doing to help me find the item I needed. He really pulled out a scanner on his phone to see how many they should have and if they didnt have any when I could return to pick it up. He was a older African American guy. I wish I got his name because he gave old school customer service at its best. He didnt do what a large number would have done..which is point me in the direction of the item. Thank u so much sir!!
This was probably the nicest Wal-Mart Ive ever been in. From employees to customers, everyone was polite!
Can get most everything you need here. Unfortunately for a store this size the dont seem to have enough cashiers to man the number of checkout lanes needed.
AVOID ORDER PICK-UP AT ALL COSTS. I usually choose order pick-up if I only have 1-2 items to pickup and this location always takes minimum 20-30 minutes to get your items out.
Found what I needed and was able to get good help loading it up.
The fruit is always molded. But I’m writing this because today I decided to order an express delivery order. They promised 12:26 pm. I called at 1:30 no answer and again and again. I went through their app to see and got in chat and they connected me with someone not at the store. She said they canceled my order because a driver may have been late. First off that has nothing to do with me. Second I was never notified of the cancellation, so I’ve been sitting here waiting hungry. The refund is going to to take 3-5 business days. Don’t order from them just go to Meijer or target.
Inside is nice and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only big issue I had was the lot attendants loaded up a long line of carts to bring inside but left them in the middle of the lane so it was very difficult for people to navigate around them without hitting someone else’s parked vehicle.
Not a bad WalMart not great either. The store was pretty unorganized bit the staff was actually friendly and didnt rush everyone out right at 11 when they close. Overall I was pleasantly surprised.
Im a fan of Walmart find everything I need love it stop their daily prices stay more than almost any shopping center that I visit. Walmart keep it real thanks Walmart
Walmart employees dumped fire starter in my trunk. The Walmart did not pick up after several attempts of calling them and several minutes of trying to get ahold of them. The employee who did it was extremely rude to me the entire time. I have never experienced worse service in my life.
End of the day - they didnt have the milk I needed. Everything else was wonderful. I forgot they close early, so there were long lines at the checkout.
This is one of the less organized and well staffed of the Northside Walmarts. Lots of products with no prices. Employees who dont care(which who can blame them). But when you find yourself in need of a random item and they are the only store in miles that carry it...go and have fun with the rest of the people who really dont want to be there. This is water.
Great location. Great selection. Great prices
Was in electronics for over an hour and noone helped!!!! I called for help. Went behind the counter played with computer did a few all calls! Noone came. I could have literally stone anything.
Its Walmart! Has everything you need. Well stocked!
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff very very busy Wal-Mart. Found everything I need for a great price.
They are out of stock with almost everything, food wise and baby food. The cloths for babies are like 3 rakes. I went to this one bc the other one I go to was out of baby food also.Very disappointed
Good selection, subway inside semi parking
Clean store; friendly and helpful employees, items I wanted were in stock.
Dont go here no checkout clerks super long lines
The website says the Auto Center is open, and it never is. I will plan to call ahead next time to see if theyre open, since it sounds like theyre having staffing issues and not consistently open.
Daily shopping made easy! All you want
There was only one check out opened until another customer asked a worker about opening another which she did. The rest were self checkouts. I cant use one because I am handicapped. There could have easily used 2 or 3 more.
Awesome Shopping, why?, because they had what I wanted and I purchased some Great buys.
Only place i have found Mountain Dew major mellon Zero
It is good as far as Walmart goes; never a five star, but gets the job done.
The worse customer service experience, do no spend your money there.
Their trash is never picked up and blows to all the neighboring businesses for blocks. What good can you say about Wal-Mart other than the entertainment provided by going inside and visually watching its patrons.
I waited and waited for someone to help me in fabrics. After ringing and waiting twice for help, I put what I was going to purchase in the counter and left. I went to Jo-Anns and got fabric.
Crowded unorganized but the Claires was awesome.
This place is good for general items. They tend to not re-stock quickly and are months behind on new products. Good luck finding someone to help you find something. If you are looking for basic items, this place is ok.
Used the car care service. They made sure we had the right service for our car
YEAH! They finally have mayonnaise choices without SOYBEAN oil as well as salad dressings without the soybean oil. We avoid soybean oil products because they are very inflammatory. You have to read the labels because kraft mayonnaise says olive oil on the front of the label, but the ingredients list also includes soybean oil. Soybean can irritate the lining of your arteries causing atherosclerosis.
Eric is a great pharmacist. Knowledgeable and caring. Always takes rime when we ask questions.
No lines! Good parking. Most of the Tween clothes were gone. Couldnt find my daughters size.
Clean but missing alot of food items.
As with all Walmart stores weve visited they are layed out differently but still was able to find what we needed.
Love Warlmart because they have just about everything. And mostly fair prices .But this day I had just got off from work decided to stop and shop . When I got to the door there wasnt any shopping cart s .So I ask the 2 ladies was anybody going to get some carts .And they both look at each and said not a this time .Another lady that was coming in the store told me. That she didnt have much to get that I could have her cart .I told her thank YOU so much .That I had just got threw mopping a floor at work .And just didnt feel .like going back to get a cart.Thank GOD for all the nice people in the world .Will never go after work again
They never have anything in this store and then last time I went the money center was not taking money orders and was closed.
I did something bad in electronics after an hour or more of waiting with no help.... thats just say the police were there.. after I left of course. Hahahaha
