I went here for the first time ever and, while they were picky about what they took in, they explained everything and were very supportive. Every single sales associate went above and beyond without being simpering or overly ingratiating. The items on the shelf were quality but there wasnt a lot in bigger sizes. Ill be going back and hope to use my new customer discount.

Love the prices at this second hand gently used womens clothing store. Great location at 96th street & I-69. Friendly staff. I was able to find just what I needed. For $50 I was able to buy 2 leggings, 1 pair of old navy jeans, 2 shirts, 1 face mask and 1 lavender pillow spray. I was delighted with my purchase.They also have a very nice selection of designer handbags.My only qualm was the availability of my size, which I understand is a popular size amongst women. Simply Chics inventory is constantly changing.

My wife is a bit of a picky shopper. She went in and i immediately seen a change in her step. When she left, she was smiling. That makes this store on my permanent list. They have what your wife wants.

This is truly a staple location in my life I love to go to the store and find the beautiful things that I like to wear their prices are great the staff is very friendly and welcoming and they will help you find things I never leave empty-handed if you have not tried this facility you really should whether youre just going to buy some clothes or you have some things you want to sell every time theyve given me a fair price on the items that Ive sold but I am never disappointed on the items I buy as well please visit this location you will not be disappointed

Boy, I would really love it if someone would explain to me the buying criteria for this chain? I’ve sold a few of my wife’s things here in the past, but recently, the girls in the (Fishers and Noblesville) stores do a 15-second evaluation, and pass on items from WHBM, Ann Taylor, J Jill, etc. All I ever get is “these are too old”... Seriously? How is a WHBM cashmere sweater from 2014 considered worthless?? It’s either laziness, or bad management, but possibly both.I’M DONE WITH CONSIGNMENT... I’ll take our stuff to NobleCause in Noblesville, and feel a whole lot better about it.

Ive been in this store a handful of times. Some of their selections are very limited, theres not much to choose from and some stuff is very pricy compared to other consignment shops. The employees are usually friendly. However, I went in there to sell clothes on my lunch break and was told I was next in line so I waited in store. 30 minutes later I look over there, my bag is still untouched, and two of the girls are up there trying on vests and other clothes not going through my bag or the others behind me in line, wasting our time. I leave and come back, and they informed me that they couldnt take a single item... I had NWT White House Black Market, Nike, GAP, Buckle, etc. When I pack my bag of clothes to sell I put them in there a specific way to make sure theyve been gone through, and these clothes were untouched. If you dont want to take anything thats one thing, but do not make me waste my entire lunch break because you want to have a fashion show behind the counter and then have the audacity to not go through my bag of clothes. Platos is down the street, their selection is bigger and prices are cheaper. I wont be shopping here anymore.

Nah. It’s one of those places that pretends like their Black potential customers don’t exist. I went there today to get a wardrobe for a position I’m to start next week and no one greeted me. But I know they were capable of greeting people because they greeted every person after me(who all happened to be White). I was milling around the front counter where the makeup was and saw the old lady working there actively avoiding even looking in my direction.I left. I’ve got way more self esteem and dignity than to spend my money at a place with employees like this.

Ladies, seriously if you havent shopped at this store youre missing out! I have found brand new designer labels, with the tags still on them for under $15 a garment! Plus!! They have steals on purses and clutches. You wont want to shop anywhere else once you get hooked on this place! The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable too.

Got recommended to me as a classy respectable Platos (as I was NOT a fan in my teens, & now 31, with entire 20s wardrobe to lose)..Could not be more true!! Staff was so friendly welcoming sweet & professional. Stock was great, TRULY CHIC things i would actually wear.PLUS when they were done assessing my tubs (which they did promptly) I felt like Id gotten a fair price for 95% of what they chose to buy (not cherrypicking particular items i anticipated!) AND gave me a first-time seller $10 coupon for future shopping too.Its lucky for my budget locations arent closer to my home, but i will be back.Highly Recommended!

I always enjoy shopping at Simply Chic. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The manager and front desk are always checking in while I am shopping. They even remember items I mention to them I am looking for and show me when I come back to visit. I love the condition of the clothing and staff! I would go lower but I try to be honest about my reviews. Honest if you want honesty do not go to this place. I called ahead to see if they took formal mother of the bride gowns. I was told yes. When I got there the woman denied taking this type of dresses and denied talking to me on the phone. Stay away from a place that will lie to you.

You can get decent deals here, but I don’t recommend selling to them. I’ve been a customer to several locations pretty much since the stores opened. Every time I check out I’m told to bring in clothes to sell. I lost weight this year so I had several sizes of clothes to get rid of, and I washed and folded them all as instructed. They didn’t buy anything since they only buy styles from the last 18 months. I’m not sure how you can tell that the new looking Gap jeans were or weren’t bought this year. I’m certain some of the jeans at least were bought this calendar year since I’ve lost 4 sizes since January. I think that you should give extra effort to buy something from people when they take the time to wash and fold clothing for you. I was holding a $60 Date night outfit that I would have bought if you had bought even $5 from me. Instead I put it all back, annoyed at the time and money I wasted trying to make your lives easier by laundering the clothes. I’m sure I’ll be back to shop, but I have found much better deals elsewhere recently so I’ll likely be giving my money to them more often.

I Have gone into this store several times to sell my items.My items have always been, in season, some new with tags. both times taking in a full basket.For the second time they DID NOT TAKEone single Item-nothing, I had over 60 items for Them To choose from.Also, I watch the person going throughMy clothing and she was On the Phone the entire time, pulling items out ofThe Basket and barely glanced at my items.As I was Looking through their store they had several ripped items for sale and many, many dated items. I felt my items where more in season and nicer than most on theirfloorI then left went to two other shops including my favorite store, Amanda’s in Carmel, and both shops bought and consigned many itemsFinal thoughts -I think the stores need to realize the time and effort people spend getting theItems together, taking them in, waiting, and then taking them back. I have hundreds ofItems to consign or Sell, But again,I won’tWasteMyTime !. I was in there on May 12th. The visit started out good with great friendly service. About halfway through going through my jewelry, the girl got pretty testy with me. Started criticizing most of my items. I felt insulted and definitely underpaid. I’ll never do business there again. I wish I would’ve brought my things back home. $75 for several hundred dollars value is ridiculous. I can do better online. And will. They rejected jewelry that they claimed wouldn’t sell and had the same similar items hanging up behind us. Plus she kept saying that she wanted to go on break and making comments that she wished that people would have to make an appointment. And Saturday is a busy day and it would have been better if I would have come in another day. I drove from Greenwood. This was a bad experience I don’t recommend this place at all.

Very disappointed at the service at this location. I frequently buy and sell with Simply Chic and was at your store today to sell items that were folded, laundered and sorted neatly in a tote to meet your standards. I was in the store less than 3 minutes and witnessed the employee take my items out of the tote and put them right back in the tote without even looking through them. When I questioned how she managed to look through 30 - 40 plus items that fast she stated she did not have to look through them, she has been with the company 10+ years and she knew what she was looking for. How can she possibly know what she is looking for if she didnt even look at the items. If that were the case I could have took a picture of the folded items and sent it to your store via email instead of wasting my time, gas and effort to travel 35 + miles to this store. I would not recommend selling your items to this location, it would be a waste of time and effort for the consumer. As a courtesy to the customer at least look at the items if they are willing to come to your store. Very very disappointed and a waste of time. The other locations are not like this one. At least the other stores actually look and inspect the items that you bring to them. Not sure it I will be visiting this one again. And I am very aware of the brands and condition of items that you are looking to buy. I am sure if she had just took the time and effort to look through them, there would have been some items of interest and I would have not felt that this trip was a waste of my time. I have previously had the same experience with the same employee at this store before where she doesnt look at your items that you are bringing to sell and the minute you walk away from the buy counter, she will immediately tag your container no buy without looking through the items. When I took the same items to the same Fishers store when she was not there just to see if the other employees would do the same thing, they did not and looked at the same items and bought some of the items that were brought in. Does she just not feel like doing her job??? Why are you even hired if you dont feel like doing the job that you are paid to do by this company. I am a woman, this is my sons account. I will share my experience and disappointment with others and hope that this problem is reviewed by the owner and not just overlooked but resolved.Signed. ------ A disappointed customer.

The absolute BEST second hand clothing store in Indianapolis. Seriously. Purchased 2 NEW pairs of boots and 1 pair of shoes including brand names Wolky, Cole Haan, and Coach for less than $150. The store is filled with designer clothing in top condition and many items still have the original tags. The selection is huge, the dressing rooms are large, and the staff are on the spot to assist you. It was a fantastic shopping experience and I’m telling everyone not to miss out on the next amazing find!

They dont know what real is.. I brought a men and women Luis Vuitton wallets I even found on the official website and they still tried me. I even showed the receipts. Everything in the store is old ugly stuff. Nothing worth buying and they wont buy nothing good. No GoYard no nothing.

Everytime i go to sell things here they are so picky and dont take hardly any of my plus size clothing. I have name brands such as Torrid,Maurices and other great brands. I think they need to be less picky!

I have shopped here periodically for work clothes, but decided over the past couple of years to actually sell items here. Despite being familiar with the store and asking them directly how they decide on what they purchase, it is obvious I have absolutely no idea what they are looking for. If anyone wants to share their secret to successfully consigning anything here, please let me know. Frankly, I dont even think they know what they want at times. My last trip in, I brought two professional dresses, both original retail over $75 (about a year old) and a dress I bought at TJ Maxx three years ago in Miami for $15. They offered me $4 for each dress. For the TJ Maxx dress, what a deal! For the others, popular name brands for working professionals, what a joke. Same thing with shoes. And they claim they dont take semi-formal gowns, but they have some on the racks. What gives? While waiting for my pathetic offer, I perused the racks, only to find several over-laundered, stained, out-of-date items. No thanks. Im done with this store.

I am disappointed with the service I get from this store every time I walk in. Because I am African-American individuals as soon as I walk in the door they are following and watching me as I walk around the store. I was rudely interrupted today when I was having a conversation with another customer about merchandise at another store, By their very rude cashier. She basically called me a liar. It is very sad that every time I come into the store I am racially profile every single time.
