I highly recommend global service LLC. We recently bought a home on Geist in Indianapolis and they have been wonderful to work with for all our kitchen counters, our bathroom vanities, basement Bar, utility room, and other areas of the home. They are a family business and they were so nice and fun to deal with, they were very reasonable on pricing, did a wonderful job on the Install, and literally helped us out of a jam when another counter company locally reneged on our job after we had given them a deposit. Global Service LLC met us 3 days ago and took us to three different stone suppliers in indy, helped us pick out beautiful marble, and had it cut and installed within 48 hours when anyone else I spoke to at other local firms said it would be 8-10 weeks.We are now considering getting cabinets and also updating our bathroom showers and flooring w Global Service. Roberto, Chris, Augustine, and the entire Molini Family were an absolute joy to work with!!

I will summarize quickly for those who do not want to read a more detailed review, that Global Service LLC is a wonderful family owned business that does exceptional work and completely stands behind their products and services.We were interested in upgrading our countertops around Thanksgiving and Global Service LLC was recommended by a neighbor who had similar services done to what we were looking for. From the moment we initially contacted Global, their sales representative immediately followed up to my email questions and quickly sent us a rough quote for the project based on our measurements, and including several pricing options for different stones and grades. Once we made a decision to move forward we were able to schedule a visit to the showroom where we were greeted with personal service and a tour of the options in-person. Nichole took us through a number of different options based on our taste and coordinating colors and themes that we had in our kitchen. Once we selected our stone Agustin visited our house on the next business day and took our actual measurements. After true measurements were taken we were surprised to find that the quote came out lower than anticipated due to our overestimating the size of the project. Otherwise, pricing is highly competitive and actually a bit under what we had researched and expected.Once it was time for the installation, Agustin and crew arrived at our house approximately 2 weeks after our very first contact with Global, which was far faster than my expectations. The crew was incredibly polite, considerate, and quiet while they quickly removed our previous counters and installed the new. If my memory serves, it took maybe 3 hours for everything, which absolutely blew me away.Overall, our experience with Global Service was spectacular from first contact through completion of the project. We were able to get the kitchen of our dreams installed before Christmas, and within 2 weeks of deciding that we wanted to remodel!! I would recommend Global Service LLC to absolutely anyone who needs stone countertops, bar tops, etc. We will definitely be return customers as we continue to remodel and install our basement bar!

So happy to have gone with Global Service. They really care about the final product. There was a small hiccup with our sink being backordered after we switched it but they went out of their way to get it to us! I love our new quartz!

Came recommended from my contractor and I couldnt be more pleased! We selected a granite sheet/slab material in their showroom on Thursday (lots of options to look through!) Nichole was very helpful with showing us through the materials and patiently telling us the differences in care needed. Not even a week later we now have a completely new looking kitchen with stainless undermount sink. Agustin and the installers were very clean and professional on installation.Thank you!

I cant praise these guys enough. Global Service is a family run business and this is the second time weve used them. After impressing us with an amazing bathroom counter top we decided to save up for our big kitchen remodel. Mr. Molini is a real character :) with a thick accent and has a true passion for his work and the beauty of the stone. We were upfront with him that we had a limited budget and he still treated us like top end clients. He walked us through the impressive inventory and then gave us some time to look around on our own (my wife and I can take a while to make a decision ;) He then sat us down with his charming daughter Micaela and crunched the numbers. I offered to do the demolition myself to save some money and he was happy to accommodate. We also mentioned that we wanted to extend our current kitchen island and he walked us through the pros and cons of the ways to do that. Ultimately we decided to have him weld together a steel frame support that they could do in-house. Then came the best part. . . the final price. My wife and I braced for impact but the number he gave us nearly made our jaws drop. It was amazing! After talking to friends and family I am almost embarrassed to say what a great deal we got. We set up the install for a the next week. We mentioned that we had a half bath vanity by the kitchen that we would also like to do if there was any scraps left over. Mr. Molini insisted on throwing that in as a gift . . . for free! Mr. Molinis son, Augustin, came out to do the measurements and was unbelievably professional and even allowed us to pick his brain on some design questions. Then came the install day. Augustine showed up a bit earlier then planned but we were happy to see him and his crew arrive. The crew did an outstanding job of getting everything put in and our kitchen looks amazing! The icing on the cake was when a crew member showed up again later that day with the bathroom vanity and another small piece for our laundry room counter that we had forgot to include. He installed them both. . . at no charge! A gift from Mr. Molini he said :) If you want beautiful granite or stone, quality work and an unbelievable value from a very nice family then Global Services is the right fit for you :)

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Global Service, LLC and the experience could not have been any better. We were personally shown around the showroom floor by the owner and his wife and he used a crane to move slabs around to ensure we picked the exact pieces we wanted. They also allowed us to cut the bottom half of two separate slabs rather than purchasing one whole one, allowing us to take advantage of the beautiful geode that ran across one section of multiple slabs. They were quick to get the installation complete and the price was great. I would recommend them to anyone!

So easy to work with we are extremely happy to have them do our kitchen remodel. From the 2020 design process with Micaela to having a professional install done we are so happy with the final result!

I used Global Service to help modify our kitchen to make it more functional for our family by adding a quartz counter kitchen bar and updating our island. The owner Roberto and his son Agustin were extremely nice, helpful and professional! They were very quick to respond to all of my calls and messages, extremely fast and clean install and took great pride in their work! They did an AMAZING job and I would highly recommend them!

Great price, great service, and WOW, done right before Thanksgiving?!? Augustin in particular was fantastic about staying in touch, and putting our experience together. The Mrs. is absolutely thrilled with the kitchen make-over.

James was lovely but owner incredibly rude and unprofessional. Several no shows for install. No communication. After install was finally complete, my husband tried to point out imperfections in the install (granite around the fireplace) and the owner said you got an incredible deal, what more do you want. Terrible work ethic . I would stay away. I am getting granite installed in my bathrooms and will NOT be giving them my business.

I was on edge to do granite and I am a very picky person. Roberto and their team were the most professional, stuck to their promised dates, demo and installed all in 3 days, listened to my needs/wants (pickiness) Kitchen, 2 baths, shower threshold, and fireplace complete with beautiful granite! I found this company through a post on facebook and was surprised at the amount of options that I had to choose from that was within my budget for my bathroom renovation. Also I was worried that I would not get my bathroom done in time but they were able to get my vanities done completely after just a week that i went in. I am very glad I went with them. We needed granite countertops installed in our West Lafayette home fairly quickly as we needed to get the home on the market due to a job transfer and wanted to upgrade before selling. James & co did a tremendous job...they listened carefully, gave us a great price, and got the job done quickly. Also helped us save money by using remnants for the bathroom counters, and installed sinks too. Great price, great end result. We definitely recommend them...their work really added to the value of our home and we stayed on schedule.

First class customer service. This is a famiy business and they focus on the customer. They were very helpful and patient as we (my wife) picked out granite for our house. The options and stock were very impressive. We had 2 vanities, and island and a full kitchen. I wanted to get it done quickly and although they were moving into a new showroom they rearranged their schedule. It was installed in less than a week! It is gorgeous! I am remodelling our master bath next and will be calling them soon! I would definitely reccomend them!

Well it`s been about a month and after numerous unanswered phone calls (weve never actually had them return a call) and ditto to unanswered emails, we still havent heard back from Micaela regarding getting someone out for measurements. We had already decided to go with them because we loved the style and cost of the cabinets... but after weeks of trying to get an estimate (our project is SERIOUSLY not that difficult and we were happy to answer any questions they have!) it was finally typed out in an email with just a dollar amount and no break down on cost and when we asked for one.. surprise we still havent heard back! Id highly recommend avoiding this company, there are so many out there that theres no point in wasting time with a company who has no interest in you. Literally the WORST customer service weve ever had!!

I had a fantastic experience with Global Service LLC. We were referred to this business by friend-of-a-friend who happened to also install the cabinets in my kitchen. This is a true, family owned and operated business.Roberto clearly has a passion for his work, and only carries countertops that he personally loves. Because he operates as both a supply house and a fabricator, I was given much more flexibility in my cuts than I would have gotten in the traditional setup of visiting a showroom, selecting a slab and having it shipped to a separate fabricator. In fact, we were able to have out countertops cut from TWO different slabs, at the same cost as it would have been to be forced to use a single slab at another business. The end result was us being able to maximize the presence of a particularly beautiful geode that happened to be split between two different slabs of granite.Turn around time was about 7 days from the day we picked out the slab. Robertos son was prompt and courteous during both the measurement appointment and the subsequent install.To summarize, I couldnt see our experience going any better than it did. If I find myself looking into countertops in the future, Robertos business will be my first stop.

Incredibly dishonest, careless, doesn’t stick to time line (4 months behind schedule.) Damaged a lot of things in my house while working. Really rude too. Disappointed and would never recommend.

First time writing a review and happy to do it because of the great service that Molini and his family provided. His team went above and beyond to help my family get our house on the market for sale. We started with another provider [big box] and it ended in disaster and after six weeks my counter top was poorly installed and incomplete with huge flaws and missing parts.Molini and his team came in and saved us! He gave us a fair price and he even offered to do the job after his normal hours to fit us in and get our house on the market. He told me he could complete the job in a week if I was flexible about when he worked and if I didnt mind him coming in later on in the day and evening he promised he would get the job done on time.Molini and his team stayed until 10pm on the last night to get the job done on the day he promised. Who does that?!TLDR - This is a great family business and they provide great customer service, and to top it off my kitchen looks great.. All new cabinets and granite countertops!Thanks Molini!

This was the worst customer service you could ever imagine. We had countertops and tile installed. Pretty simple job. The completion of the job went way way past what was promised. They would schedule a time and then either not show up or would be late. We always had to call or text them. Phone calls not returned or we would get something a couple days later. Had to be reminded of a windowsill at least 3 times. Ran out of tile twice. I wish I could post my phone # to talk to people directly because I could go on and on. Please do your homework. There are many choices out there. We personally felt once they got more than half of their money they were in no hurry to finish our job. They made something we were really looking forward to doing turn into a nightmare.
