I had my wedding ring prongs redone and a necklace shortened. Hupp jewelers did a fabulous job. I had received 2 other quotes from local jewelers and and Hupps price was at least half the cost and I was able to receive my jewelry back in less time. I just enjoyed a great experience with two wonderful ladies working at Hupp Jewelers. I needed batteries for three watches and I was able to wait while they were replaced. My wait time may have been 15 minutes max. Such a great service. Thank you for the convenience.

My grandpa died of covid and I inherited his wedding band, but it was way too big for me. The woman who helped me at Hupp warned me that due to the design of the ring and the change in sizing there would be an unavoidable seam, and that it would take a couple of weeks. I just got the ring back today (a whole week earlier than I was quoted) and you have to look very hard to see the seam - - it is incredibly not noticeable. They did a great job and it feels good to support a local independent jeweler!

I’m very pleased with the service and the products that I got at Hupp Jewelers. I brought in five items for repair.m or chains. Michelle sincerely wanted to please me and educated me about one piece that I brought that I thought was dirty but was supposed to have a patina. The owner, Angela, repaired an earring for free. I ended up buying two chains for more than I expected to, but I am very happy and am convinced that they enhance the piece they are meant for. The last item cannot be repaired and I am satisfied with the explanation. It was a pleasant and fun experience and I definitely will go back.

I had two watch batteries that needed replaced. I also had some old gold jewelry that I had no clue about. They were very helpful in making some suggestions about what could be done with my items. One watch needed a new watch band but the specific style was not common and not in their store. They explained the differences and how I could find one to fit.

I had been in here in the past to get an estimate on a diamond braceletmy husband had made for me and was treated very professionally.So I had some items that needed some repair - one was repaired that day and I picked it up - the other items less than a week I had estimate - and a week later all the pieces were repaired perfectly and i picked them up.I loved the workmanship that was done - and thought the price for the repair for quite reasonable - no doubt for future repairs - I would definitely be back -and if I needed something new I would come here first to look around.Great place!!!!!

She made me a pendant with her engagement ring as well as a custom mothers pendant using some of the stone and gold. I love both of them!!I was even shown the mold that was made for the custom piece which was so cool! I was able to see the exact size which became the final decision easy! Needed to have two watch batteries put in, and since they had three customers ahead of us we received a coupon to the nearby restaurant (forgot the name but awesome). Of course before that I had to look at diamond rings (or diamonds in general..my poor husband lolol)! Even though they had three customers to take care of first, the process was fast! I found them by first going into the more well known spot (Im sure youve heard their annoying radio commercials) across the street and being complete frustrated and annoyed. The family run atmosphere at Hupp is way more inviting. They have helped me with replacing watch bands, watch batteries, resizing rings and cleaning jewelry. I also found there collection of estate jewelry to be amazing. I bought my wife a ring here as a gift and she was delighted that I found it at Hupp. They definitely have family run feel to them and, they are always happy to chat it up and discuss options. Come here if you want to feel like youre part of the family while also getting a fair price, go elsewhere if you want to be looked at like a money bag.
