I had actually skeptically contacted them via the website and was able to chat online with Ian before I ever went into a store. He was lovely and sent me over to see Riley. When I met him in person he was and has been consistently great.No matter who I work with at any location, the people behind the counter have been well suited for their positions and seem to genuinely enjoy being at work.I can run in quickly in a pinch and be all business, or I can spend a little extra time and have a chat- either way I know it is going to be a positive experience.

I didnt purchase for myself as I went with a friend but Im glad I did!The shop is clean and organized and the workers we met had great attitudes and were really informative. I learned a lot even though I wasnt a buyer. Very interesting stuff!I also appreciated that the staff was keen on education and didnt put pressure on us to buy. They felt like they genuinely had my friends welfare in mind not just moving product and that put me at ease that they were in good hands.

My husband and I came in because he needed something to help him sleep since he’s been having trouble and we wanted to try a CBD product. When we went in we were greeted politely but when he asked for our IDs (which we gave him of course) he proceeded to tell my husband that his ID wasn’t a valid form. It hasn’t expired and it says his age, it’s just an international ID which he uses for EVERYTHING and has never been told it’s not a valid form of ID. Nowhere did it say that it has to be a US ID. All IDs are accepted everywhere even other CBD shops but why not here? Never coming here again even just for myself.

I have had the pleasure of visiting vape and wellness store a few times. I have to say no matter who is working they are all friendly and knowledgeable about products. I always leave happy and I learn more each time. If you haven’t been you should check it out.

I visited Vape and Wellness in Fishers this week and was helped by Riley. He’s very nice and helped me get some of the things I needed to start vaping again. He got me a flavor that I really like too. While most of the vapes shops can seem similar, Vape and Wellness in Fishers stands out because of Riley. I’ll be back.
