In general, unfriendly attitude towards walk-in customers that are not part of the landscaping / irrigation industry. Have designed several irrigation systems and recently bought more the $600 worth of components for a new system install from here in the interest of supporting local business and being able to pick up locally. Received competitive pricing at that time but on subsequent visits, different salesperson has repeatedly only offered what is presumably full retail pricing on additional parts. If you are a do-it-yourselfer and not in a pinch for a part, I would highly recommend purchasing from online sources rather than going here both due to the customer experience and the uncompetitive pricing.
