Aonyanae was such a sweetheart. Wonderful experience and so easy/convenient to set up. Very excited to clear up space before winter.Update- swapped my unit into my husband’s name and Linda took great care of us. My account cancelled, his new one set up in 30 minutes. So easy!

I used them for storage for several months. I had 6 units. The place was clean and well maintained. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and really nice. Especially Justin. I would definitely use them if I needed storage again.

Clean, secure, and hardly mini -- The climate-controlled storage building is huge! But, Justin sold it. And, by that I dont mean some slick sales job. I mean that Justin, by being the way that seems to come naturally to him, is what sold us on this place over all the others we looked at. Courteous, efficient, patient, and the very definition of helpful, in every way! Justin went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate our needs. I cant recommend him and this facility highly enough!

I rented a storage unit back in September 2020, and have had an excellent experience with Mini Storage Depot. They have been super helpful from start to finish, and are a company I can definitely come back to when I am in need of a storage unit.

Justin was the first one I spoke to concerning renting a storage unit. He is very knowledgeable and worked with me in getting the perfect size of unit. I signed up during Covid19 lock down and they were very professional. They always wear masks and only one person in the office at a time. The location is perfect and very convenient. I have NEVER had a problem in 8 months of renting! Well done.

Everything is fine except.. . Why cant you have a drop box. You either have to come to drop-off payment when you are open or mail it

Honestly, this will probably be the best review I’ve ever drafted. Justin, the facility manager is so far above par, every time I speak to him I wonder why he’s working here. ( In a good way. His skill set can literally land him in ANY leadership role and he will excel.)He goes above and beyond for his customers, he answers emails late night regarding storage concerns, if need be. He articulates in ways that make you feel certain. He doesn’t leave one stone unturned. He makes sure you fully understand any and everything you need to know about renting from the facility. I haven’t had one negative experience with justin. I literally ask myself why is he here? He truly is the best part of storage depot, as after talking with him, you have a sense of security and certainty. He does not nickel and dime you. He’s always professional, always quick witted, and articulate. I couldn’t be happier!Thank you for everything Justin. I’ve rented from several storage facilities across this country, and I can ASSURE ANYONE with concerns as to if to pick this facility for your beloved items, the answer is CERTAINLY! Your items couldn’t be more safe and protected. The indoor units TRULY ARE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED. Unlike other facilities that try to make it appear to be so, however, they aren’t temperature controlled AT ALL.

Overall this is a really clean facility. I gave it 3 stars for a couple different reasons. First off I’ve only been there for a little over half a year and I’ve already had a price increase on all 3 of my units. Each unit was increased by 15 dollars so that’s a total of 45 dollars a month for me. I chose this facility mainly because of the price. I feel like they advertise lower prices to draw people in. Then once they are renting units for a certain amount of time they increase the rent on the units. Yeah I could choose another facility because of this but then I’ve got the hassle and expense of moving all my stuff yet again. It’s not just one unit worth of stuff I’ve got 3 units. I’d have the time it takes to move said items plus the cost of renting a trailer and or Uhaul truck. There’s plenty of other places i would have considered renting units at if I would have known I’d have these sudden price increases. Especially during this COVID 19 pandemic. How can you go and raise the prices on anyone’s units during this pandemic when many people are struggling? This really ticked me off!! Another reason I gave 3 stars is because of the payment options. There needs to be a kiosk or a way to pay with 2 different cards. What I’m trying to say is make a partial payment with one card and then be able to finish paying the remaining amount with another card. I’ve found myself in a situation like this numerous times and it’s frustrating not being able to do so atleast after the front office is closed for the day.

After researching about 10 different units in the area I am very happy with my decision to rent a unit here. Facility was very clean and organized. Justin was informative, kind, and efficient.We were happy with the month to month option and that all costs were explained up front. We were in and out quickly.

The experience was fine in regards to renting the space. The depot knew my situation was that I was only needing a spare space for one day or two yet was still charged the whole month rent. I understand that that’s how you do things but I would’ve thought that would be some kind of a concession some kind of help in regards to the cost being that I indicated it from the start that we were having movers that lost our furniture come down and had to hold it in your facility for one day. It was literally one day that it stayed there

Absolutely great to work with! Price, size, accessibility, and security! I rarely write reviews but I’ve been nothing but overly pleased with this location. Highly recommend and if I end up needing storage again they are the first and only one’s I’ll call!

Communicative, friendly, and easy to get in/out. We loaded a shipping container for export with full cooperation from Justins staff and had zero issues in getting in and out. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Easy to maneuver through the facilities. New, clean, and everything works like it should. Close to the main roads, but far enough off the beaten path to avoid traffic hazards and noise. Prices are comparable for the Fishers Area, but higher than if you look outside the suburbs.

As a mom of two kids under 5, my “moving to-do” list is tacked onto my “mommy to-do” list. I’m so thankful that I can now cross off renting a storage unit! After calling all of the storage places in the area, I decided to go with Mini Storage Depot. Not only is the place super clean and very secure, I got a much bigger unit for a much better price. Ethan and Justin are top notch, and I’m very appreciative for all they’ve done to make this transition an easy one for me and my family.

Ive been with Mini Storage Depot for several months now. Justin was easy to work with and they set up up with what seemed like a great deal. At this point, it has been easy to get in and out of the facility. My unit is in the main building off of the first floor; however, the elevator has made access easy.Ive nothing but praise at this point; however, the true test of a storage facility is upon renewal. I left my last storage facility to come to Mini Storage Depot because of rate increase gouging. As long as the rate increases on no worse than reasonable, Ill leave this as a 5 star rating. Time will tell, but the indications were that I shouldnt be surprised by the double digit increases the last place was doing.

Everyone is very kind and very helpful for your needs. When we were moving we rented 2 10x20 indoor units; my wife, friends and I filled up those 2 units, then I had to go back and rent 2 more units that our movers filled up to be able to hold every thing. They help us every way they could, I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a storage unit for my mom who is moving from out of state. I searched Google and found Mini Storage Depot in Fishers, and I’m so glad I did. They were in my desired location and the most affordable in comparison to others in the area. When I went in to secure my rental, it took 10 minutes. The facility is so secure and the rental process is so simple. Renting a storage unit from MSD is the easiest adult thing I’ve ever done!

Awesome service, great staff, clean facility, but little high on prices which is why I gave 4 instead of 5. Other places are cheaper but this one convenient and clean! 👍🏼
