Had some issues with one of the reps at first with responsiveness, but the sales manager has been very responsive in getting us a resolution. The office furniture we ordered is of a high quality, and the install was seamless and easy. Looking forward to working with them again!

Not too terrible 3 hours to unload full trailer of office furniture. Par for the course. No room to overnight, but I did anyway...dock is a ÷&£#! ¥€ to get into, tree branches everywhere when I left.

Super slow unload. Receiving crew has terrible work ethic and poor attitude. Hate doing business with this place. The worse Herman Miller authorized dealer there is.
