As part of my appliance protection plan with Lowe’s, he repaired our Whirlpool refrigerator several times. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I always requested him through Lowe’s, however, he is no longer contracting with them. My fridge hasn’t worked for a month. The technicians they send don’t seem to have his knowledge or expertise. I’m so frustrated I’m giving them 1 more appointment to fix it and then I don’t care what it costs, I’m calling Dan. It’s reassuring to have an extended care plan for appliances, but only when they can be repaired. Dan is an expert. I would highly recommend him.

An excellent experience. First of all, unlike a lot of his competitors, Dan has a web site and there are online reviews about his service. That immediately brought him to the head of the pack for me. Secondly, I left him a voicemail and he called me back a short while later. I gave him some info on what was wrong with our fridge, he did some research, then called me back to schedule the appointment.He came to our house at the time he said he would, he gave us his theory on what was wrong and he got to work. 90 minutes later, it turns out he was correct and the fridge was fixed. And his price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Dan returned my call very quickly. Arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerators control panel. Due to the humidity i was concerned that my refrigerator is still defective. When I called Dan, he responded quickly and efficiently. I appreciate Dans addressing my concern and coming back for a follow-up.

Al I can say is WOW! I called Dan at 8am.Left a voicemail and soon after he called me back. Told him the problem. He came a few minutes early which was awesome.I had an issue with our dryer and also thought our dishwasher wasn’t working properly. He inspected both appliances and told me exactly what parts we needed. He repaired the issues and he was done in less than an hour. He told me what was going on the whole time and I could not be any happier with his service. He even went out of his way to give us tips on both appliances and other things I never knew. I certainly learned a lot from Dan today and I appreciate it. He will certainly be our go Appliance Repair man in the future. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. Dave from Tri Town Appliance was the best, he really is determined to fix whatever issue your washer needs repaired. My washer was given off the wrong code, leading to a certain part, still did not work another error code referring to another etc etc. Finally got the right error and right part. Now you would think the price would go up, it went down. We all cheered when it started working.

Did a great job. Answered our call to fix our stove - He was there that day and it was fixed in under an hour, plus he charged a very reasonable price. Dan will be our first call next time we need any appliance repairs.

Just moved to the area and my washer started leaking. Looked up appliance repair and found Tri-Town. Straight forward service and he didnt try to sell me any extra parts that I didnt need. He fixed the issue and the fee was the exact amount he said it would be. Could not ask for more honest and reliable service which seems hard to find these days...

Dan seems to get a lot of good reviews and I have to say they are well deserved. Arrived promptly, fixed my broken refrigerator by replacing the relay only. He didnt try to sell me more than it needed and was very reasonable with his charge. He then spent some extra time giving me tips on using my dishwasher, which I told him didnt do a good job. Its nice to know someone in that business you can trust. Hes earned my trust. Ive posted his contact info on my tack board for future reference.

Great Repairman! I had a clothes washer failure about 6 months back and fridge recently, both time called Tri-town and wow Dan knows his facts. He diagnosed over the phone with a little Q&A, accurately quoted the repair price and arrived and fixed within 24 hrs!!!!! Both visits were under 2 hours, and the units were functioning better than before the failures. He saved our refrigerator for $250, while all the other repair shops said this problem required a new fridge, just because they lack the capabilities of working on the coolant system. Tri-town went over and beyond, correcting additional OEM faults that caused compressor knocking and a bad hinge motion without any added cost to us. Dan even went out of his way to fix our fridge at 4PM on a Friday, so we would not have to spend the weekend without a functioning fridge, this was customer focused service. Tri-Town is the our appliance repair man for any task we ever need in the future.
