A man with white hair and blue eyes came to tow a vehicle on my street 8/3. He was incredibly rude and would not give me my house key. He threatened to have me arrested for telling him he has to give me my house key. That man is a sick person and very power hungry. He needs to be trained better on dealing with the public.

Horrible refused to let me pick up my car till next day then when i couldnt afford to get it out due to the charge they then cahrge me 150 just to get into my car and get my things
