Brought in a cracked side mirror that I needed to replace. They had the ability to custom cut the piece on site which was extremely convenient. Problem was they had no idea when it would be completed. They did inform me they were extremely busy and backed up with work.2 stars because they didnt return my phone calls, the labor cost, I feel, was way to much for the amount of time it took them to complete the project. It would be one thing if they were able to finish it that day or the next day, sure Ill pay $52.00 but it took them seven (7) days!Btw the materials only cost $19.Do I recommend them? - sure. Will I use them again?- probably, if needed.

They quoted me $217 and just days, maybe 3 days later, they quoted $393 for the same thing (minus 25% in dimension), after providing them with the written quote THEY handed me.I then called Ocean Glass and within minutes had an order in and paid for... $239.62 out the door.Friggin Ridiculous... I use JR glass for window and screen repairs. Prices are not too bad but they take forever to complete the work and do not communicate well or follow up. Been waiting about 6 weeks and counting to get a handle of screens back.....I follow up about once per week and just get told the same thing.

Was promised my window glass would be ready in 10 days, ended up to be 5 weeks.Numerous calls, found out glass wasn’t ordered until 4 weeks in, very dissatisfied.
