My father recommended me to this shop in Fitchburg and I must say this is by far, the BEST shop around this area. The mechanics are so nice and the girls at the front desk are very welcoming, honest and nice. I will definitely be coming back here and will be recommending this shop to friends and family!

Great mechanics and office staff. They are trust worthy, experienced and have great prices. Never had a bad experience. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

The receptionist are horrible and rude. Was told wasnt getting charged a diagnostic fee. Then they said in order to get car we had to pay 75 or they were going to have town tow my car to inpound my car. Never again will I return to this shop.

I was from out of state and my gas tank straps broke. I called them up and because of the circumstances they took me right away. The bolts were rusted on so they drilled everything. They got it all done and back to me in two hours. I can now get back home without fear of my gas tank falling out!

This is the place to go get ur car fixed they upfront and honest wit you and dont try to make a quick buck off you they even went as far as showing me the problem an why it happens and even gave me a discount to make sure I could get my car back same day

I brought my 2012 Audi Q5 to A&P Auto. It had several issues, including oil leaks and faulty connections. A&P Auto performed all the repairs in a timely and thorough manner. Also, their prices was very reasonable. I will certainly be using A&P Auto in the future for vehicle repairs.

Phenomenal shop to say the least. Super friendly crew. I brought my truck there shortly before closing and they took her right in and got her ready to go. I had my car repaired here last weekend and I thought they really did a great job! My car runs great! Besides that, I also saved a lot of money by not having to bring it a Honda dealership. I have been bringing my cars for about 8 yrs now and had no problem. I like the fact they warranty the job for 36mos or 36,000 miles on any major work. Just brought my BMW X3 for an oil change full synthetic Mobil and only charge $70.00!!!

Dont have nothing against this people but they really need some manner lessons.some of this places dont treat you with courtesy,like how can i help you,good morning,good afternoon,etc.not saying this for me but this is what make a place easy to visit and not complain at all beacause of the treatment you receive.

Fast service done right

I took my car on Monday evening, so they can work on it next day, the owner told me that might take 2 to 3 hours, I called at 5 pm and my car its not done because they delivered them the wrong oil, thats not my problem very unhappy with these people, I will never bring my vehicle here never again, totally unacceptable. I wouldnt recommend this shop.

Very friendly. Took my wife and I for an inspection even after they closed. Very kind. Over all, awesome service!

Waited almost an hour to be told my car was going to be taken for an oil change (set an appointment prior), oil trucks ends up being stuck behind my car for a half hour and was told the truck wouldnt take long. Maybe if there was heat in the waiting area instead of it feeling almost as cold as outside I wouldnt have mind, but patience is defintely running thin.

I went for a car inspection. They failed me unnecessarily and when I returned to question them on it, they did not accomodate. I went to another inspection station and was passed with no question. There was nothing wrong with my car, I dont know what his problem was.
