Frankie & the team here are amazing! I arrived sort of in a panic as I had a flat tire on my VW & apparently a special key is needed… etc. I had called Triple AAA, they came out & couldn’t help me. I came to Tire-warehouse, had the tire replaced & those stupid locks taken off ALL within 20 mins. It was truly a pleasure to not have to worry about being stranded with no car, these guys did everything to help me out! I had Excellent service, I got a flat tire and had to call a tow truck it was 6:30pm and tire warehouse close at 7, I didnt have a spare tire so I needed it repaired I call them and they waited for me which went well pass their closing time. Stopped in on a whim to get a quote on tires, Frank the manager couldnt have been better as he was able to give me a great price on great tires even though I wasnt looking to spend as much as that but it was WAY better deal than other places Ive checked for less reliable tires (only like 50 bucks more for better tires). I decided to get them right then and there and Frank and the crew had me in and out in roughly 30 mins for 4 tires. Both Frank and the crew couldnt have been more personable and nice. Ill definitely be coming here again and recommending them to others.

Mike and the crew there were fantastic. I rolled up before they opened to make sure tires didnt pop and they all happened to be there and took my right in. I drove all the way from Fall River Massachusetts to go visit a friend and i stumble to the tire shop on my way to a friend house around 4:50 pm a stop there because I noticed that my tire on my truck was loosing pressure all the time. The manager and the guys Luis caraballo and other were kind and helpful to help me at last minute well today I woke up went to my truck and the air pressure was good I did t loose any air pressure over night I would highly recommend this tire shop I wouldn’t mind at all the 1:30hr drive to get my tire fix or change thank you so much guys I’m really happy

Frank (the manager) and the team are amazing! The first time I was here they squeezed me in their busy schedule to fix my wife’s flat back tire which had two nails in it. It was a huge deal since my wife is a frontline nurse and needs her car to get to and from hospital. Just came back for a second time due to a flat on the other tire and they squeezed me in right away and got 4 new replaced in under an hour. They made me a happy husband and my wife who is a frontline nurse a very happy nurse!

Excellent service. Ahmed and his crew had my 2 front snows on and I was pulling away at 12:30....thats what time my appointment was. They were FINISHED at 12:28. Awesome.

Paid 25 bucks to not have my problem fixed at all. Few hours after they fixed it tire went flat again. Thank god i had an air pump in the car to get me home.. went to a place i trust and said i needed a new tire and helped me out for only 100 bucks. If they wanted to charge me 25 to tell me the tire was busted that would have atleast saved me time and a cab ride to work. Lesson learned go to a place you trust!

I stopped in on Tuesday to have them check a tire I was loosing air in. They found the problem and explained the situation. I decided last minute Wednesday to have all 4 tires replaced and wanted the guys at tire warehouse to do it! I made an appointment online for the tires and time I wanted for Thursday morning. They didn’t have the tires I wanted in store, and before I got there at 9a.m. Frank made sure the tires were in Fitchburg when I arrived!! Took no time for them to mount my new tires, I was out the door by 9:30! Thank you Frank and the guys at tire warehouse! Amazing customer service!

I had great service here. Frankie is very nice, explains everything, and generous to returning customers. I had 4 new tires and an alignment done. It was a wait but they were helping previous customers who had flats or leaks or sensor issues. It showed me he cares about his customers and I will be treated the same when I go back.

They wont install any tires on a vehicle unless the tires are purchased from them. What a joke 😂😂😂. Looks like Ill take my business elsewhere. Its too bad because i own 3 vehicles & Im new to the Leominster/Fitchburg area. Im trying to find the right tire place to commit too. If the service would of been good, Im sure I would of went back more than once. Ill just keep looking.

Amazing service!! I called another Tire Warehouse and was quoted almost $900. I called the Fitchburg site and they got me four beautiful all season tires, mounted and balanced for $444. Less than an hour later I was on my way to work with brand new tires for half of what I thought it would cost. Awesome team, incredible service, I can’t thank them or recommend them enough!!!

We were on our way to a funeral about a thousand miles from home when I found a nail in or rear tire. Frank and Matt where able to get the the patchec and get us back on the road in time for us to get to the funeral on time as well as get us safely home. We greatly appreciated what they did for us. They also dealt honestly with us unlike a big chain garage that probably would have tried to avoid patching the tire and sell us a new tire by claiming it was too close to the side wall. In short this shop is great and I highly recommend them.

I brought my friends car to get a tire fixed or replaced, whichever I had to do. I was immediately greeted and helped. All the men working there were super nice and helpful! After being a loyal customer for 15 years (2-3 times per year), I too was turned away when I brought my own wheels and tires to have mounted this spring by the Fitchburg location’s new manager. The manager was rude, and as soon as he saw everything in my hatch goes “I’m not doing that.” I was speechless. He started talking about OSHA and that it was unsafe because he didn’t know where those tires have been. Guess I’ll be paying a real tire shop a visit like Fitchburg Tire over on lower Main Street.

Very bad communication and customer service-I called twice to set up a time for mounting indicating the type of truck and wheels I have, they informed me that they do that type of wheels and will be happy to do it, but when I showed up to my appointment they informed me that they don’t work on that size of truck and wheels.

Went in for four new tires. Could not find the key for locking lug nuts. Took a couple hours to get those lug nuts off but they never gave up! Left happy!

I am a long time customer, and was extremely disappointed to be turned away today from my local Tire Warehouse store in Fitchburg, MA today. I have been using TW for all of my tire needs on my 3 vehicles for over 10 years and never encountered any issues. Today, I went to bring my own new tires to have mounted on a set of wheels. Normally, I purchase my tires in the store, but these were to be mounted on my 24 Hours Of Lemons endurance race car (standard DOT street tires); I get special sponsored pricing on the Falken tires on this vehicle, otherwise I would buy in store. I have done this many times for this vehicle in this store with no problems. Today the manager said that he could not mount any tires that I did not purchase from him, and the policy has changed since he took leadership; the only reason they did this for me in the past is because The old management didnt follow the state rules. I am a former ASE technician and know for a fact that this was a complete lie. In fact, this manager served me personally the last time I had my own tires mounted for this vehicle. I am extremely disappointed in the denial of service, but even more so the disrespect to deceive me to believe that the policy was related to state regulations. Unfortunately, TW has just lost a former lifelong customer.

We stopped in today, on our way to start our vacation, without an appointment to get four new tires put on my Honda. Nick, the manager, said we would be in and out in less than an hour and we were. A more expensive, higher quality tire was accidentally pulled and put on before anyone noticed. Instead of making us wait for them to be switched, Nick told us he would gave me the tires for the same price as the middle of the road ones we originally selected. The guys were all very friendly and respectful. I definitely recommend this Tire Warehouse and will be returning!

I had just purchased a new tire back in January and for some reason it was flat! He took care of me right away and fixed the problem without hesitation! He also overheard me telling my 5 year old I did not have change on me to get her a gumball from the machine and came over with a quarter for her to get one! Your team is exceptional! First off I need to say that I was in there on Saturday 2/23/19, I was promptly greeted by the owner who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I start off with this because my last interaction at this location was about two years ago, and I havent been back since! Until I noticed dry rot on my tires and needed tires right away! I called around and no one could take me....I made the call to tire warehouse, not only could they get me in, they did the job fast and super efficiently! This is not the same tire warehouse that I had dealt with 2 years ago, they were so much better!! Because of the new owner and his great team, we will be going back and also referring to others🙂.

I went here to get my tires replaced after carefully reading reviews. The guy working in the front was friendly and honest. They didnt take long at all to have my car back on the road maybe 30 minutes. After I left, my car was driving like new and its 10 years old. This is the first time I have come to the Fitchburg location, because I live closer to the Gardner one. However, I am so glad I took a chance here! I went to have a tire fixed and they told me it was a 2hr wait because he sent all the techs on lunch break and they had to unload a truck any other time they would still have a couple techs working on cars the manager attitude was not the greatest but when one of his buddies showed up his attitude was different

Tried to dispose of some old tires and was asked if I was paying with cash. I responded saying I only had a card to pay with and was met with bad attitude. Told me to just throw them out back to which I said that I have a couple on wheels that need to be dismounted. When I mentioned this, the guy behind the counter said Im not going to be doing that and walked away into the shop area. I just left after this. To be clear I have no problem paying for the disposal fee or dismounting fee. Bad attitude, poor service. I wont return or recommend.
