I wasnt there to buy products but I head they are very busy. I delivered very large parking ample room for the 53, to make even figure 8s lol I was off loaded quickly hey I was the only one there but what makes that yard interesting is the large apple tree at the end of the driveway I though it was a nice touch of the owners to do instead of a regular tree it shame the limbs were too high I was unable to go apple picking next time I will bring my trust picker

Recently had an experience with Harvey Building Products now KNOWN as Lansing Building Products. Ordered 6 custom replacement windows and a standard 6.6 x 6.8 Patio Door that they typically have in stock Door was received unassembled Header Sill and jambs where in a box with Door handle hardware once frame was assembled plumbed and leveled we installed fixed panel and active Door we attempted to install Door hardware and pre drilled holes for hardware where way off more than 1/2 I contacted my sales rep whom I been dealing with for years in the Hyannis location also spoke with branch manager to no avail. Clearly there is a manufacturing issue the pre drilled holes where drilled incorrectly the cost of the door was over 1000.00 I have been a customer for years spending thousands of dollars it appears that the sales team is is trained not to accept responsibility even though there own product was manufactured incorrectly rather than correcting the issue which is really simple they have done nothing but make it very complicating to the point that I need to pursue with legal action its really sad that a company so big would rather lose a customer and possibly more customers than to address the problem to all contractors beware as long as theres no problem everything works out if a problem should happen. GOOD LUCK GETTING A RESOLUTION
