I had a very pleasant and almost stress free purchase from this dealership this past weekend. When we showed up the truck was ready to show. My Salesman Jacob was a friendly and knowledgeable and gave me the keys to go on a ride as soon as I was ready. One of the things I enjoyed most was that I felt like a was talking to a another guy about the truck and not a aggressive salesman trying to push the purchase on me.Like most buyers I was hoping for a little lower on my price, but at the end of everything I ended up being very content with my cost of trade vehicle and my trade in amount. That I feel is the best you can ask for when buying a vehicle. I dont want to be fleeced and I wasnt and they need to make money on their end, and they did. My family and I went out for lunch and Jacob got the service crew to get the truck ready for me to take home same day. (I purchased on a weekend). The truck was immaculate and the crew did a great job. Jacob walked my wife and I through all the bells and whistles and did not rush us once. He was not done until I had asked all my questions, some of them Im sure I asked twice. I drove from Burlington Ma to Fitchburg for this purchase and would do so again.

My Experience With Ron Bouchard Chrysler Dodge Ram 03/05/21- Found a vehicle on the website that I was interested in, after several email exchanges, Ashley verified that the vehicle was available and we agreed on appt time. I had made it perfectly clear that this was a long drive for me and that I would need to take time off work. When I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold.On my way back to work, received email from Bill (general sales manager), asking about my experience, and suggesting that they treat people with respect. I replied about my experience and suggested he send me $100.00 amazon gift card to reimburse me for lost wages and fuel (crickets)

Employees Ashley and Derek were phenomenal. I initially called the Lancaster store inquiring about a used Dodge van I saw online. Ashley handled my call, and spent time on the phone with me discussing what I was looking for. While the Dodge van had already been sold, she let me know that there was a Chrysler Pacifica at the Fitchburg store that had the features I wanted with low mileage. She coordinated with the manager there to connect me with Derek.Derek has been very helpful since the moment I walked in. Since he had already talked to Ashley, he knew what I was looking for and didnt try to upsell me something else (I REALLY appreciated that). Even though the van was more money that I had intended to spend (by about 10K), my husband and I agreed that, all things considered, it was the very best deal that we were likely to find, had low mileage, and it had all but one of my favorite features (RIP heated steering wheel... such a first world problem). This meant that instead of paying cash, we did have to finance a portion of the cost, and Derek helped us get our paperwork done online so we wouldnt have to spend hours in the showroom. He even has continued to communicate with me after the sale to get the car inspected, since the state inspection system was down at the time of my purchase.And heres the big one. My new vehicle was ready on early Friday afternoon, but unfortunately, because Im the sole driver, I did not immediately have a method of coming to pick the car up! I tried uber, I tried Lyft, I even called the local cab company... I dont know what it is about Friday afternoon, but I couldnt get anyone. I was just trying to get a hold of my neighbor, when Dereks manager overheard me trying to coordinate it all, and suggested that Derek and a runner drop the car off to my house. I CANT EVEN TELL YOU HOW GRATEFUL I AM. My husband has cerebral palsy and does not drive, and we have two very young children. All of the driving is on me, and being without a car is a major stress... Derek and his team solved that with a small favor, and I am grateful for it.All in all, Ill definitely be back when its time to trade the car in again. Everyone I interacted with treated me like a PERSON not like a sale. The communication from all employees was EXCELLENT and I never had to wonder about what stage anything was in. We have a couple outstanding issues (like the inspection, and a leaky tire), but I am 100% confident that the team will handle it.

There should be a no star option for this company, they sold me a crashed car without informing me. When I first purchased a Dodge Charger July 2020 the listing said no accidents clean record, not even 2 months later the car starts having electrical issues and it was completely not normal for a car to be considered certified when it still has issues. My dashboard wouldn’t let me know when my tires were low or show low on gas. I called them made an appointment for the following week I couldn’t drive my car because the break lights were out and couldn’t find out why. Before my appointment I contact my friend who works at a different dealer to see if she had an idea and she thought it was od also so she asked me for my vin number and confirmed this car was rear ended and that’s why it’s having issues . I brought this to their attention and they basically said it’s my fault & they will not replace the car when it’s completely dangerous to not inform someone with that issue. Completely unprofessional and so is Sarah for being a liar and unreal. It’s not a customers fault the company put on their website the car had no accident and was certified with electrical issues. I ended up with a beautiful 2021 Subaru thanks to Patrick Subaru for having to fix their mess when they should have helped me in the first place. They didn’t want to give me a new car because supposably my credit wasn’t good but my credit was 700!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I dont write a lot of reviews and I really dont like to say anything about bad experiences that occurred. This was my first car that I have ever bought from a dealer. I was having some real problems with the car I had and it was unsafe to drive.I went in and was met by a sales rep who was very kind and did an awesome job. Really, made me feel comfortable about purchasing a car. I was very impressed by the customer service level in the sales department. The area that went wrong for me is my used car came with a 30 day warranty and I understand that but when I purchased the car I heard a humming noise coming from the vehicle and asked about it. They told me the passenger side wheel bearing had been replaced. Also brought it back because I was loosing a little power steering fluid after about 2 weeks of having this new vehicle. They told me that everything looked fine. This was all while Covid was going on and I understand that too. It was a week after my warranty ran out and I called about my power steering because it was still losing a lot of fluid. The person said that my warranty was up so they could look at it but the repairs I would have to pay for to get completed it they found any.I took my car that I am paying for every month to someone that works on my other cars that I previously owned. Needless to say the passenger side wheel bearing was never replaced so I had to pay for it to get replaced and the new part. Also, he found that I was losing power steering fluid because my Rack and Pinion was going bad. To bring it to a service center to be looked at and then find out a week after my warranty was up that my rack and pinion something that easily cost 300 to 400 just for the part was bad really has put a bad taste in my mouth.I went to Ron Bouchards because people family of mine who have bought many cars from them told me it was the place to go and they will take care of you. I dont feel like that happened at all after my purchase.I cant say that I will return in the feature to purchase a car not because of sales but of the service I received after the purchase was completed.

Worked with Zach Gaudet and John to get me into a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. Went in on a Sunday (03-03-19) to pick it out, looked at about 5 of them with Zach and went on a few rides while John got quotes for me. Going from a loaded 98 Ram 1500 with a 10 inch lift to the new semi loaded Big Horn, amazing difference. I got approved on Sunday and got to pick it up on Monday (03-04-19)!Very very happy!

Purchased a used City Express with a 2004 Cadillac trade in. Process completed in 2 week days. A couple of small expected issues with a typical vehicle purchase (financing and registry slow downs), but overall pretty smooth, at least on the dealers end. As a customer, if you communicate well, ask questions and leave nothing to assumption, then everything will go well. Recommend this place.

Terrible place to go. Brought my truck to them to get an inspection done and they ended up driving the truck into their garage door. Granted there was no serious damage ( just a few scuffs). The service manager laughed about the whole thing and just brushed it off like nothing happened. Ended up failing the truck for a very, very poor reason which was a result of lack of judgment on their part. When I got into my truck to leave they left me with a big surprise of a recently used cigarette butt right in the middle of the drivers seat. (They didnt even offer to pay for the inspection) At this point I was livid and went back in and confronted them and made it very, very clear that I was MORE than unhappy. When I got home I called them and expressed my displeasure. Talk to the service manager (which was no help and was there at the time of the crash) who, basically said too bad so sad. ( at this point still no offer to refund the money for the inspection ) Ended up talking to the service managers boss and still did not get anywhere, EXCEPT for his offer to refund my 35$ for the inspection. I also told them to cancel my appt. for a recall the truck has because if they cant keep a vehicle from crashing into the door then I dont trust them to work on it. Very unprofessional and very incompetent.

Worst place ever! rude con men, sneaky sales tactics, and zero customer service after they take the sale. stay far away from these people. i cannot speak for all of Ron buchards places just this specific dealership. Tried to cancel an extended service contract, called and talked to manager told me to fax everything over and it would be taken care of. fast forward 1.5 years later turns out half the people dont even work there anymore and i had to physically go into the place to sign it. well now its too late because its based on the date you sign it. thanks RON!

I had brought my truck in for service because of engine problems that were covered by the power train warranty.Once I got my truck back there were many more issues the tire wells were broken (the body clips were pulled through the holes creating a larger hole which let to the tire wells to hit my tires) this was on both front tires.I have an after market bumper that had scratches through the powder coat down to the metal that they offered to buff out which buffing will not fix that.There were footprints on my bumper and grease on my steering wheel and on the bumper as well.They denied any of the damage and offered me a car wash for the grease. They ordered me one new fender well but then stated we should not have got you this we did not damage itConsidering it was engine work the wells SHOuLD have been taken out.Very bad experience there will avoid going back at all costs.

My first vehicle purchase was from the Kia location and although I was happy with my car I was less than pleased with Sales staff at that time. So, when I started to look for a newer vehicle again, I begrudgingly went to Ron Bouchards Chrysler Dodge Ram website and was able to find a couple vehicles that caught my eye.Shortly after inquiring about a couple vehicles Alicia Walsh contacted me. Alicia was very pleasant to talk to, she was professional, knowledgeable, and very important not pushy nor try to used pressure sales tactics. Alicia is the reason I decided to purchase my next vehicle at Ron Bouchards. From first contact to me driving off the lot, Alicia was concerned I was happy with vehicle choice and was able to fulfill the features I was looking for in a vehicle.The night I came to pick up my vehicle and Alicia was going over all the features and button of the vehicle, we noticed the drivers side fog lamp was out, she told me to come into service the next day and they would take care of it.The next day I brought it into service and I was brought right in and asked to wait, I completely blanked and didnt know what time it was when I got there but soon realized I needed to leave to get my kids off the school bus, the service center was very helpful and gave me a loaner to go get my kids so I would not miss them. When I got back my car was ready.This was a far better experience and will definitely recommend Ron Bouchards Chrysler Dodge Ram to friends and family in the market for a vehicle. Be sure to ask for Alicia Walsh she is great!!!Edit to my review:I totaled the vehicle I purchased 4 months ago. I went back to Ron Bouchards a little down still from totaling other vehicle as I really liked it. Alicia Walsh yet again was a hero! I came in looking at 1 vehicle I wasnt necessarily in love with but needed a vehicle, that ended up not going through and the vehicle Alicia pulls up with that would make it easier to get vehicle in my budget. I am now in love with this Chrysler 300s. This is twice now that Alicia has come to the rescue. She is by far my favorite sales person there and Michelle the finance manager is also great. I continue to edit this review because I am still dealing with issues. This is a summary of my experience:* Phone call on July 3rd before pick up to say that the Certified Pre- owned van I purchased failed inspection. It was due to the automatic starter being installed. It needs to be driven a while before it will pass- therefore I must pick it up and drive it and bring it back to get an inspection sticker (free of charge).* Picked it up July 3rd. Mileage 32,859 Drove it away and realize it has just about an 1/8th of a tank of gas - had to stop and fill the tank before going to July 3rd activities. - When I complained, my sales girl offered to fill my tank as an inconvenience for coming back for inspection* July 7th - received passing inspection sticker and 1/4 tank of gas (I was at 3/4 of a tank)* July 15th - flat tire with 2 kids in the car- Call AAA and they come to find out that there is no spare tire - on the 125 point certified pre-owned checklist. He inflates it the best he can and I drive to Firestone (closest place). Need new tire - told it was because wear and tear - I dont know the technical term but the tire was worn away at the rim - not something that would happen in 292 miles.* July 16th - another flat tire for same reasons above* Email sales girl July 15th and 17th with no response. ( She did say that she did not receive them) Go to Ron Bouchards in person to ask about my spare and tires. Service Manager goes to van and confirms I have the tools for spare but not the tire. She said she would order a spare and would call me when it was in. Calls right after I leave to say it is there and was accidentally left out of car.* July 21, 2018 go to pick up spare tire. I am given a tire inflator kit. Share my dissatisfaction with my sales associate as I was told a spare tire was being ordered. In addition, this inflator kit is a one time use. Since I have already had 2 flats on the van that they sold me, I am not happy with this. I was told I could order one and pay for it.I continue to try to give them a chance. Thinking that maybe the first couple of things truly were a case of bad luck. However, when I put it all together it has not been a good experience. I would not recommend them and plan on sharing my experience so that others wont be caught in this situation.

Im gonna try and make this long story short. Me and my husband went in looking for a new car, well a SUV as I now have a German Shepherd therapy dog and my Chrysler 300 (which I loved) wasnt accommodating for him (hes a big boy) I was originally looking at the Dodge Durango, but the payment would of been crazy as we were a little upside down in our car, so I looked at the 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad, good price, payment fit our budget. Well from the start there were problems with the SUV, touchscreen wouldnt work there was a vibration when you hit about 50 mph. I told Ashley (ours sales girl) about these problems and I brought it in the next day I bought it for repairs. They gave me an awesome car to take home, a brand new Dodge Charger! So after about 3 days I was able to pick up my Journey. And again problems, transmission shifting at odds times or wouldnt shift when it should, passenger elecric window made noises, brakes made noise, needless to say at this point I was NOT a happy customer. Side note... I have bought 4 cars from this dealer and NEVER had an issue like this.So my husband called John McManus the GM there and told him about our issues and that weve only had this car for a week and there are issues and that I wasnt happy and no longer wanted to drive it, I mean its brand new, we shouldnt be having major issues like this. So John said he would see what he could do to get us out of this car (I say lemon) after about a week and half he figured it out, and boy he did, he was patient with us, even with my husband some what snapping on him, he made this deal work. I am now in the Dodge Charger, and its as we never bought the Journey, like it was a loaner and we were waiting on Charger to be ready for us lol Ashley was also awesome and patient with us, as I probably wasnt so nice to her after the issues I was having with the SUV, which she totally understood. Though its not the SUV I wanted, I LOVE this car, and the dog is just gonna have to deal with it lol Thanks to all at Dodge that helped us including Keith Burns the business manager who made it possible to get us out of that vehicle and to one that that we both love and can afford.

Run as fast as you can away from these misleading dishonest people. I am a CASH buyer. First experience was with Victoria who is so impressed with herself that she cant even repeat back what the paying customer has said and thinks shes going to run a credit check on a cash buyer. Oh I just have so many customers I cant keep them all straight. I should have taken the cue and hung up then. Nope, I was picked up for test drive by Chris, driven to my bank and I paid bank check cash in full on the spot. That was Friday. Saturday I waited all day for Chris to show up with my registry paperwork. At 4:30 after I had waited ALL DAY on Memorial Day weekend, he called to say he wasnt coming and he would be here on Monday, Memorial Day holiday. When he finally called on Monday morning, he said he was on his way. So I went outside my apartment building to wait for him. He was an hour and a half late. When he got here the little typist who got my name spelling from Victoria the internet sales girl had misspelled my name because she had not copied it from my drivers license. Day Two a complete waste. All along the van was promised to me by Wednesday as there was a ding in the bumper (not in the online picture so it happened at the dealership and was not reported to Carfax or similar) that needed to be fixed. Chris showed up with the correct paperwork on Tuesday morning and headed for the registry because their registry runner had called out sick after the holiday weekend. Once again, he promised the van for Wednesday morning. Wednesday just before lunch I had to track Chris down because he hadnt called and all of a sudden the van hadnt even gone to the body shop until Wednesday and they were waiting for the paint to dry and he would definitely deliver the van by 5PM. You guessed it. 5:35 PM I tracked him down because he hadnt called me. Definitely have it to you by 8 PM. Which didnt happen. Next promise was that he would deliver it by 8 AM today (Thursday 7 days after I paid CASH for the van). I tracked Chris down because he certainly wasnt going to call me, from past experience. At the body shop now waiting for the manager to come in. I missed the important appointment I had stressed all week that was the reason I needed my vehicle before today. So, supposedly, Chris had been in communication with his manager John all along about this problem. Nope. When I spoke with John this morning to tell him I demand either my vehicle or my money by 9 AM, it was the first he had heard of it. Supposedly. Im curious now as to whether my van was wrecked before they delivered it to me. Nobody takes a week to repair a tiny scratch in a bumper. I have been lied to, treated disrespectfully, and generally jerked around by these people. And all I wanted to do was pay CASH from my retirement account for a good used minivan. They are not worth the hassle and the angina. I am now physically ill after all the stress of dealing with these unscrupulous individuals at Ron Bouchard Chrysler Dodge RAM. My recommendation is that you buy your vehicle from someone else. Im so disappointed because I came there due to Ronnie Bouchards reputation of many years. What a terrible way to treat a senior citizen. Oh and the topper: theyre still advertising my van, complete with interior pictures and VIN number for sale on their website.

He worked with us from start to finish, When we came into the lot we had an Idea of what we wanted and with the help we received from Ron Bouchards competent staff (Sales, finance, service, and satellite RMV, made for a most pleasant and memorable experience. Went there to buy a Ram had one picked out ready to buy they low balled my trade in so bad I walked out.I dont like to play games when it come to buying cars, makes the process even worse then it has to be. I came back from my test drive and they appraised my car every person in the dealership was there I guess I was to be todays lesson on how to rip people out of there trade in. Well the lesson was how to get rid of a person wanting to buy a car. I am a informed buyer a know what my tradein is worth and dont like it when someone tries to rip me off. Dont buy from this place stay away.There no other customer there that night and no one offered me any seat any where. The retail on my car was 15000, I wanted 13000 would have taken 11500 you offered 7000. My car was in the car was in 2 minor fender benders and was fixed to OEM spec and the car fax said no airbag deployment. You can say whatever you want to defend your actions but my friend said the same thing about you dealership low balling the trade in, and she ended up somewhere else.

I was there last week for noise in steering wheel and steering wheel kept locking they replaced clock spring and 2 days later it had the same noise and then a red steering wheel light came on due to faulty power steering problems which was not there before they worked on it been trying to get ahold of them and set up a time but they dont seem to concern and now I am out a car and no one there will get back to me
