Very satisfied with the all around experience with Lexi Stone from the ordering, to the measuring and the installation. The installation personnel were very detailed and completed a somewhat difficult installation to perfection. Turn around time on the project was excellent.

We went with Luxi Stone for our new kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities, and are so glad we did! The available granite in their showroom was unique and different from other stores we visited, and they really focused on quality rather than quantity on everything - from their sales to selection to service. We enjoyed working with Susan throughout the process - when we showed her our kitchen cabinet colors and asked for her thoughts, she thoughtfully asked about the style of the rest of our house and then straightaway recommended one particular granite type. It ended up being our top pick among all the stores we visited and not only does it looks beautiful in our kitchen, but it truly fits in with the rest of our house. The guys who came to measure and install were on time, professional, personable, and did a great job educating us on the process. One of the installers missed sealing a corner of a sink in one of our bathrooms on install day and they quickly came back to resolve it at no charge, and even looked over the other sealing jobs to double check their work before they left. We recommended them to our brother and sister-in-law who also went with Luxi Stone for their kitchen remodel as well. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with Luxi Stone! Ava helped us find the perfect granite for our kitchen. The turnaround from the slab coming in to the installation was surprisingly quick and the guys who did the installation were great and upbeat, in spite of having to schlep granite up stairs to a second floor kitchen. Would definitely work with Luxi Stone again!

We had a terrific experience working with Ava! We built a new home and wanted a specific pattern to our stone in the kitchen. Ava had to do some searching but she found exactly what we wanted and its gorgeous! We put marble in the kitchen and quartz in the baths. We highly recommend Ava and Luxi Stone!

We were very pleased with the accuracy in the measurement of the counter tops, the quality of the tops and the installation. These guys are the best!! I am so impressed with their how easy they were to work with!! I cant take calls at work, so Natalie worked with me and we hammered out most details via email. They have such a wide range of prices from affordable to luxury, all beautiful!! I will be selling my house in the next couple years, so I didnt want to put a lot of money into rhe counters, but i still wanted them to be nice! Natalie understood and was so helpful in picking out our counters! And she was nothing but nice when I became indecisive! And when they came out to measure before they cut the stone, the guy was so nice!! I was so impressed by him!! He removed his shoes at the door without being asked! I dont require or ask people to do that, so I thought that was very thoughtful! These guys are the best!! We added an island and we thinking of removing the butcher block that came with it and adding granite, we will definitely be using Luxi Stone!!

I updated miy kitchen including adding a new granite countertop. First time doing a project like this. Luxi-Stone not only had the lowest estimate but I am very pleased with their product. Natalie was very helpful through the entire process and Alex and the crew did an amazing job installing it.O would recommend them to anyone looking to install or replace their countertops.

We went to Luxistone for a price quote and had a coupon they had placed in a local flyer. The faucet they sold us wouldnt work with our application, and the overhang of the counter went from zero to 1/2 inch on the same counter. The bar support brackets were installed with no regard to whether it was in a stud or not (3/4s of the screws werent in studs that George installed). They redid the counter but with attitude, even though they admitted it was their error. The installer (Alex) was good to work with but George didnt measure correctly and wasnt pleasant over a small discrepancy in the final bill as we had to purchase a faucet and brackets due to them not having any that worked. The granite looks nice, but it wasnt a pleasant experience.

Customer representatives were patient and answered all of my questions honestly and throughly. Everything was completed on time and the installers were friendly and took their time to make sure everything was done properly.My countertops look amazing and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

We had very bad experience with their services . They did kitchen counter top installation and isnt caulk properly or inform us about the damages they caused etcand did damage to our newly painted dry wall and cabinet. They moved our cabinets causing problem to our newly installed tile . We contacted them and the illiterate owner who doesn even know basic English writing came over started accusing me that I was complaining to get a discount . I am a doctor and I had to take a day off to get it fixed and the discount stuff is peanuts to us . the owner was so rude and at one point I felt threatened being all alone with him and his employer. They are so sweet when u walk in . I suggest everyone to do their home work before contacting them. I will soon post a video on YouTube with all the proofs .
