I absolutely LOVE this cafe!!!!! Amazing food. I’ve had the Irish eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, and waffle with bacon. Every time I go there the food is always so good. Love the people that work there too.
We were visiting the area and found this Cafe. It was great. Good solid fresh salads and dressings. Not from the area but if Im back that way again would definitely go again. Really nice waiter. Would branch out and try other menu items.
Summer St Cafe has fresh, homemade breakfast cooking which youd expect from a mom-n-pop diner - classics like bacon eggs homefries, killer hash, hot coffee, and thick pancakes. The coffee was flowing, it was very busy but the staff was doing a great job. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they had a good sense of humor. I felt like I was in a local diner but I was on a trip to Western Mass. Will be back on future trips!
Excellent food. Most of the people are very nice, despite being very busy. Prices are quite reasonable. The menu is a tad limited.

They forgot my chips to go along with the tasty tuna melt I ordered. They did however remember to include a pickle 🥒.Reasonable prices on a menu that itemizes each individual item which gives you the freedom to order exactly what you want. Ample seating, dozen booths, huge countertop.
Amazing food and price. I got a plate with an English muffin, perfectly cooked eggs, great homefries, and a lot of kielbasa. Definitely worth a try!

Excellent service everytime we come here. We now come here every Sunday for breakfast. Food always comes out hot and in a reasonable amount of time, portions are decent size and our waitress Jazmin the past couple times has been beyond amazing and does her job well. Always look forward to coming here for breakfast. I definitely recommend getting the Big breakfast
My 1st time there this am I had a wonderful experience staff was amazing food was excellent. Someone paid my breakfast forward and im very appreciative for the jesture. I did the same and I hope others can pay it forward on some kind of level when possible. This is my new Sunday spot for sure. Thankyou

We love this place. We have been coming here for years. Food is great and service is great. There is a particular man who has been a server since we have been coming and he is outstanding. Always on top of our coffee, always asking for refills and just in general giving outstanding service. I think his name is southakone. I have seen the chef come out every so often and talk to the customers inside. Nice guy. This is the only breakfast place we go in the area. And will always come. It’s the type of place you feel comfortable and relaxed in.

Good food, fast friendly service. Always seems to be a wait on the weekends which is a good sign. Wait is never too long though. One of our regular diners. Interior is not too fancy, but it is clean. Im sure you will not be disappointed.

Food was great but the service was so slow. It seemed like the servers didn’t know what sections they had. Some seemed to be running around like a chicken without its head.

Over all it was good but lacked some customer service. I wasnt checked on until I was paying while I saw others get checked on 3 and 4 times and even heard some customers complain about over checking on their table. But food was good. And prices are decent. Will try it again hopeful service is better.
The staff is always kind and well experienced. The prices are great. When me and my family want to eat out for breakfast, this is where we always go.

Some things in this world are beyond science, and their eggs Benedict is one of them. I have never had bennies even remotely as good as these, including my own. Potatoes are wonderfully seasoned, perfectly crisp on the outside. Poached eggs have flawless form, runny yolks in center. The hollandaise has amazing flavor, and custard-like consistency. Id gladly pay double. Amazing. I give this place an easy five stars, and I dont do that lightly.
So after months of trying to find a new breakfast joint since the fall of the ugly omlet, I think this will be my new place I go to. I ordered the big breakfast with a pancake and I didnt even finish either plate. Im still full hours later but my wallet isnt empty for once. It was a little crazy when we got there on a Sunday morning but thats expected. However we were seated within 6-8 minutes and got our food pretty quick after ordering. The food was pretty good also. They dont use precooked bacon or sausages, home fries are fresh and they know how to cook an egg over medium well. The prices were cheap for the portion sizes so this place is definitely worth it. I will be going back!

First time. Customer service was good. Pancakes were rubbery and chocolate chip pancakes didnt have many chips in it. Homefries smelt bad and tasted worse. Bacon was extremely thin and had zero crisp to them. Toast wasnt toast just bread with butter. Eggs were very good.

Omg so good! Me and mom got the eggs Benedict which was yum but could tell it was packet sauce. Husband got the biscuit with sausage gravy along with 2 soft boiled eggs on top. Only received the biscuit and gravy. He had to wait for the soft boiled eggs for about 7 minutes. Once he got everything together he was a happy camper! Cant blame the service as they were amazing with how busy they were. People who wait for a long time to be seated should say enough about a place!
Absolutely slammin breakfast. The banana pancakes were probably the best Ive ever had. The sausages werent overcooked, yet were actually cooked. The bacon was right between crispy and medium. Over medium eggs done to perfection. The coffee was hot and fresh. The service was amazing, Jazmine was great. She made sure we had anything and everything we needed, quickly too. Ive enjoyed breakfast under both owners. Happy to say breakfast under the new ownership did not disappoint. Pancakes are delicious and big; fried eggs were cooked exactly to my request. I went with a group of 6 all orders came to the table in a reasonable time, however seating is tight and you may wait but its worth it.
Yummy fresh food, great friendly service. Place is very cozy and tidy, not covered in grime like some other diners. Well be back for sure!

I had a great breakfast here a few weeks back with a friend from out of town. We had a nice booth, good service and my asparagus & sausage omelette was wonderful. I dont get out for breakfast often but I think that needs to change!

Food is average, staff is friendly, but only a few are attentive and efficient. We went on a day that lost our order and under cooked the pancake. We had to ask another waitress (Joan) for water and coffee refills.
First sign that youve found a great food spot - theres a wait. This is a great place to eat! Clean, friendly, and the food is made with care/love. It has a homey atmosphere and the wait staff use calculators to add up the bill right at the counter. To me this shows honesty and gives the place an old-school feeling that local food establishments should strive to obtain. The food seems fresh and youll get exactly what you order. Im extremely happy I found this place especially since Im very new to the area and tried several other places but chose to leave before trying them. (No wait and they smelled of gas and cleaning materials)Summer St. Cafe is a great place to eat and I will definitely be back with my family!

I cant believe it took us so long to go to this gem. We went for breakfast on a Sunday and absolutely loved it. The service was great and everyone was welcoming and warm. Even the owner came out to talk to us and see how our meal was going. Best omelette I have ever had and everything is homecooked and very delicious. On top of that the prices are great! Its a cozy place but we saw someone call ahead for seating, so theres that option. 10/10 would reccomend and we will be going back.
