I used the Drive up Window at Boston Donuts on Mechanic St Fitchburg today At 1255 pm . Put my order in for a hot beverage and waited about 7 min after I placed my order.. Their were 2 young women working.. I tooted my horn, after 5 minutes to bring some attention to my order.. when I pulled up only 1 car filling up for gas. No one in store,, . I did not see anyone inside till I tooted for attention. By this time they started waiting on people inside.. First!! . then a car behind me heard me honk.. so I drove off.. then I heard him toot as well!! If that women was done her shift she should have finished with my order!! Horrible Service! They need to train their help better! They lost my business!!!

Good stuff all around better donuts here for sure. Ice coffee is good as well as reasonably priced .

The best coffee ever! Many flavors.

The coffee here used to be great! Unfortunately, it seems their training has become non-existent, as none of the newer employees seem to know how to make coffee. Three times in a row now every coffee in my order has been made incorrectly, whether it be the wrong flavor, cream when almond milk was requested, or just outright tasting like dish water. This used to be my go to spot for coffee just about everyday, now I will be driving a bit further to Gourmet, where they know what theyre doing.
