I have a family business and the cash register an had issues. I found Appleseed business machines on google and spoke with them about the issue. They were helpful and asked me to drop the cash register at their Fitchburg workshop. They fixed it in time and performed the job in time.Variety of POS and cash register on display. Appleseed also offers credit card processing services.Parking is challenging but I was able to find one.Professional staff, I will definitely recommend Appleseed business machines.

Unfortunately my experience with Appleseed has been very negative.This review is not only for myself, I am serving as an advocate for many of my previous merchants throughout New England that I sold to Mr Kevin Smith .Many businesses were impacted negatively by Covid including mine.I was taken advantage of along with many of my previous merchants monitarily by the owner.I was hoping to sell my portfolio and take some time off, instead I was not given the agreed price, nor were many of my customers treated fairly monitarily as wellI will be willing to take this review down if Mr Kevin Smith makes good on our business deal and the merchants are given their assistance.God bless any entrepreneurs that have been impacted negativity by the pademic.This is my last attempt to reach Appleseed, I didnt want to do go this route, I feel this is the only way .
