Ive been a collector of sports memorabilia for my entire life (which is a really long time). In 1979, I designed a table top baseball strategy game called BASEBALL CHALLENGE. It came to my attention that there was still a market for the game. I discovered Noble Knight Games, quite by accident, and noticed that they had sold used copies on the game in the past, but were now out of stock. I contacted them to see if they would like to restock the game with 40 year old, brand new, shrink wrapped games. I was surprised how quickly, and friendly they responded! They have THE BEST customer service! I must have interacted with at least 5 of their staff, and every one was helpful and professional. Noble Knight Games has a very efficient business model and a well designed, easy to use website. I highly recommend them. They are a world class, 5 STAR, company.

After deciding to purchase two game that I played at GameHoleCon, I talked to Jason at the Noble Knights booth. He not only looked them up in their inventory, but explained their buy back process. I then went to their store, purchased both games after drastically reducing the price by selling them games I no longer wanted. Toff made the whole process easy and even kind of fun. They even credited my account the amount of the discount code I forgot to give them. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will definately be back.

I want to comment that the web sales service is simply the best I have ever found. Fast shipping and well packaged. And, although it costs me more money for shipping and customs, I prefer to buy at NKG. Because, in addition, the post-sales service ... is spectacular and efficient. In my last order a few counters were missing. I claimed them and within minutes they were in the mail on my way home. BRAVO!! AND CONGRATULATIONS. Continue like this.

Love the selection both in store and in the “warehouse”. Make sure you check out their stock on-line so you don’t accidentally pass up something you didn’t know you wanted.Recently had an on-line order delivered that wasn’t right. After having purchased quite a few things from NK in the past, I saw they were doing trade-ins online, and though Ive been burned by companies in the past I had accumulated quite a bit of extra board games at this point and thought why not. Im glad I did! The entire trade-in process was great, everyone I spoke with via e-mail was very helpful and understanding and we were able to come to a quote I was comfortable with quickly. Shipping was easy and I look forward to spending my store credit very soon. Will be doing another trade in soon, as well!

I have purchased several items from Noble Knight over the years and have always been satisfied with the merchandise. All the products I have bought have been accurately and fairly represented on their website. In general shipping and delivery has been problem free. The one time there was a hiccup - I have only high praise for their response. Their customer service team is responsive and caring and helped me out with a shipping problem with courtesy and speed. Trade-in for used games was fast and painless, I got a quote within 24 hours and labels for free shipment within 24 hours after that. Once they had received my trades they had credited my account within 24 hours. Great experience and Ill definitely be using them again!

I had to send a thank you to the staff at noble knight. They went out of there way to fix a mistake from the factory. From my 1st order from them of an older game. Then they called me back in short time to ancer questions about a used game pack they had up for sale. This took time and effort on there part. Going throw all the card to see what sets are in it. So in short good people doing a good job. All the packages came in great condition for what I ordered. Packaged well. I would have to say best ordering over the internet of used games I have had. From miniatures, to dice, to board games, to paints, and everything in between, The store legitimately has most things. Along with great helpful staff to help you find anything you need. I bought the Lokes Towns & Taverns Battle Mats books, and Volumes 1 & 2 of the Giant Books of Battle Mats from Noble Knight Games. Exceptional service--I constantly knew the status of my order, and they had it ready, in transit, and to my doorstep across the country in no time. They also had the best prices on those items (at least, at the time), so hey--back at them. When the books arrived, there wasnt a single ding in them, and the laminated pages were so fresh off the press that you could hear that weird rip sound while turning them. I *definitely* recommend Noble Knight for Dungeons & Dragons-related items.

I really tried to like and support this place. However, they arent your typical local game store. They are an online retailer first and foremost. They will frequently and rudely tell you to check online when asked basic questions. Most staff seem annoyed when they have to assist you with anything that isnt quick and easy. To be fair, a few staff members are kind and have customer service skills. Strongly recommend that you look for another local game store to support.

A problem that manifests itself in excessive board game purchases.Occasionally, my wall shelves get so full that games start materializing on my floor. When that happens, its time to rotate out some games.Its a bittersweet process, youre saying goodbye but at the same time one has new space for new games (and I dont have to feel like a hoarder now that my shelves have space).I digress.Bottomline, If youre looking to cull your game collection, you wont find a quicker/easier/better deal than Noble Knight.They offer trades and store credit at a fair price. Theyll even pay for shipping labels.Ive done sales of games an interminable amount of ways (Offer Up, Half Price Books, BGG etc), and Noble Knight was by far the best in terms of a combination of ease and fairness.Everyone I dealt with throughout the entire process was very communicative and thoughtful. I bought a board game expansion from Noble Knight on their ebay page. I was very pleased by the experience as the game arrived quickly and exactly as described. I also want to take a moment to compliment Noble Knight on their quality control/packing process. The game arrived on a rainy day and to my dismay the mail carrier had left the box out in the rain. I was worried I was going to unwrap a soggy, ruined vintage game. To my pleasant surprise the game was shrink wrapped, well packaged, and most importantly dry! I will definitely buy from them again!

I have over time bought, traded and sold both board games and Warhammer 40k minis and the process from start to finish has been amazing. It doesnt matter who I am dealing with they are always kind, professional, eager to help with any needs you have and prompt with their responses. Great board game store! They will buy your used games too. Their new and used prices are generally below MSRP. They do not list all of their used games on their website either. Unfortunately, they do like to charge a lot for rare out of print games. Great game play area with a lot of demo games.

I order a good bit from this shop, but this recent order was pretty disappointing to say the least. This set was used and rated very good/excellent. That couldnt be further from the truth. Set also looked like minifigs were replaced with the wrong ones to complete the set. Im in the process of shipping it back for a refund. Next time try to be less lazy and post real pics instead of a stock photo.Never had an issue until now, but paying $50 for this leaves a extremely sour taste in my mouth.

It arrived with a couple pieces missing (it was brand new, so not the fault of Noble Knight Games). I reached out to ask about it, and theyve been hunting down pieces for me ever since.When they didnt hear back from the manufacturer soon enough, they refunded part of my purchase, which I never even asked them to do. Now they let me know that they finally heard back from the manufacturer and are sending out the pieces to me. Just to be clear, I only ever submitted one question about it and Ive never followed up with them - they just keep remembering and staying on top of it for me. Ive purchased from many different sites online over the years, and this is the most diligent customer service Ive ever had. Im definitely impressed!!

I had a great experience with Noble Knight Games and would highly recommend them to others! I purchased two out-of-print board games, approximately 40 years old. One of the games was very cheap and the other was a little bit expensive. I chose Noble Knight Games because I could buy both from a reputable seller that would ship to Canada. I was astounded by the condition of the games that I received. They were beautiful and looked as if they were only played once. I could tell that Noble Knight Games staff take their jobs very seriously and really care about customers! Each card was carefully placed in its own plastic cover and all of the cardboard game pieces were assembled but in excellent condition and neatly sealed in ziploc bags. My games were lovingly packaged: sealed in large ziploc bags, padded with bubble wrap, and secured in the middle of a sturdy cardboard box filled with paper. Ordered and shipped April 13, arrived on April 22. When you want hard to find games, think Noble Knight Games!

I traded and sold my games with Noble Knight for the first time recently, after hearing from a friend about their generous compensation and helpful customer service - I wasnt disappointed, to say the least. The value I got back for my old games and cards was well respectable, and the amount of work they put in along the way to make sure I was informed of and up to speed with each step of the process was impressive. They paid for the shipping and emailed me the labels - I literally only had to box the games and bring them to the nearby FedEx drop off. Noble Knight Games has been my go-to place to find rare, out-of-print, and other difficult to find items for at least 20 years now. They are one of my favorite places to shop, and what makes them that is their extreme attention to detail, the careful packaging, the courtesy of every employee Ive ever had contact with, the outstanding customer service (even when something goes irreparably wrong, their customer service department often finds a way to fix it anyway), and the excellent quality and integrity they demonstrate daily in every aspect of what they do. One of the best gaming companies in the business, overall, and certainly the very best at finding those hard-to-find items you often cant find anywhere else. Huge selection and amazing store. However the reason for the low score are the price hikes on low stock Warhammer items on their Ebay shop. Once normal items become limited on Ebay or direct from GW, Ive seen on numerous occasions they price their stock well over MSRP. This really shows how much they care about their customers.Response to owner: the products I am mentioning are not OOP. They were a current model but unavailable from GW. The last item I remember was the Necron canoptek spider.

Nice and clean building with plenty of space for games and gaming groups, with a wide selection of tabletop gaming products. The only downside for me is the location is not ideal.

I highly recommend checking this place out. I stopped in during the pandemic and they have a sanitary station set up with masks and sanitizer. I was greeted when I came in and the employees were definitely busy with phone calls and online orders, but I felt like the really went above and beyond to help me. They gave me recommendations for similar games, they were always professional and pleasant, and the prices were excellent. I felt the interaction I received could easily justify a higher price, but they were cheaper and easier than Amazon with far more knowledge available about comparable games. My only regret is not getting the employee names because I would definitely let management know to hang on to them.

I was so impressed with my experience with NKG. I ordered a huge mini and they got it to me with less damage I would do if I bought it myself. The box was nestled in the package with air pads around it and then more pads over the plastic front.I cant wait to see how they package my next order!

Noble Knight is easily the best place to get board games in the greater Madison area. They have a truly enormous selection. They have a lovely front of house that is addictive to browse, but the magic of their full inventory is tucked away in their warehouse. (For items not on the floor you can just check their stock on their computers or your phone then ask a helpful staff member to grab the game.)You get all the joy of shopping local (and avoiding Amazon knock-offs) while still having access to a large selection of new and used games, gaming accessories, etc. Ive spent way too much money since theyve moved to Fitchburg and have no plans of stopping.
