I went in to pick up the small chainsaw on sale from the flyer so I can help my mother with some trees in her yard. The manager recommended the more powerful one, but I wasnt sure, because I really didnt have a lot of other use for it. However, when I mentioned I was buying it just so I could help my mom with some trees in her yard, he grabbed the better one, told me to put the cheap one back, and brought me up front to match the price. I was floored. He said it was because it was for mom. With service and caring like that, I would absolutely recommend the Harbor Freight at this location, and I wish the location closer to me took care of customers like that! That was amazing.

This place is awesome!! We walked in and were greater by a gentleman. He took us to the air compressors and then showed us what we needed to go with it. I love this store!! We will be back!!!

I most frequently come here to get gift cards for my dad, and every time Ive been helped at the register these are the nicest people. They usually have the tools that I want if Im going to use it very little or dont care if it breaks. I have brought some stuff from Harbor Freight and they get used a fare amount and have not let me down. You can easily spend some time in there looking at all the different stuff and or saying I could us that or I need that tool too. I will continue to go to Harbor Freight.

In the trade we call this place harbor FRIGHT, just take out the e and youll see tools that are good enough when you need them just good enough and youre not afraid that theyll break.. for most things I do prefer quality brand name tools. You do get what you pay for.

Always offers an extremely wide variety of tools at an amazing price. In addition, one and two year protection plans can be purchased for next to nothing and in the event a tool breaks you simply bring the tool in for a quick convenient hassle free swap out. Ive never had a problem returning any item that needed replacement. Great place to buy tools.

Dan, the store manager, is a terrific problem solver. He greets customers like me and asks if he can help find something. I explained the challenge we were having. Great place for tool. The only issue i have is that they dont carry single box/open end wrenches i have broken afew that are not life time warranty so i only need that single 1. But they only sell sets so now i have to go to Lowes/Homedepot to find what i need at a much higher price.

What more can be said, aside from the only thing I dislike about Harbor freight tools is it makes me disappointed that I spend so much to buy snap-on which is yeah a level up but nowhere near the cost increase and I have not had a single problem with any of the tools electric or hard hand tools from Harbor freight and I work in an automotive industry and silver mining hard Rock so you would think Id be breaking things quite frequently yet I havent, theres really no comparison that I know of to Harbor freights value and durability.

Its little going with kids to the toy store, you have to buy something for the husband.

Fitchburg Harbor Freight is run by people concerned about customer experience, not true for other HF stores. Example: I purchased a garden hose that exhibited some flaws. I went to show it to a young man who said its not necessary. If you arent happy, were replacing it or giving you your money back He sent me to the manager who was surprised about the hose issues, apologized profusely. I didnt get a chance to complain! Walked away actually laughing at myself for originally worrying about the exchangeMy preferred place for all sorts of tool supplies.

If you cant get a good tool at harbor freight to do the job, youre just not trying hard enough. Great for those handyman on a budget, or when you just need a tool that youre going to use once or twice and dont want to pay regular retail. Harbor freight is the place to go. Ive been a shopper here for several years, I like getting the freebies they offer to. If youve never been you dont know what your missing. If youre uncomfortable buy one of their service plans For an extended warranty. Give them your email and theyll send you coupons along with the receipts. Great when you need service down the road, and need to find the receipt. Just look in your email.

The Employee that helped me was awesome! He got the plate compactor for me, opened up a register to ring me in, let me go get what I forgot while he took care of all my things, then for a couple other employees to help me load all my stuff in the trailer. I know this sounds like anyone should do this but usually employees these days are lazy, or angry, or just dont care. So with the way it was handled, the good attitude of the gentleman that helped me and made the whole thing a bleeze. Deffinetly like this store better then the other HFT stores Ive been to! Also always worth it for the deals anyways hahaha

Its HF. Cheap tools. Decent quality for the $. Generally not pro quality stuff and what approaches pro quality is nearly as expensive as the real deal. I buy my disposable tools there and tools that Im not sure Ill use that much. If/when they break I reassess and decide if I got enough use out of it to justify buying a better brand.

Harbor freight has good deals on necessities. Not all worth the money but some things ya cant beat.

Ive been a HF customer for over 30 years. Great hobbyist tools at a great price. I cant speak to how they treat their employees, but Im not surprised they aim for the bottom of the pay scale. They are all about cheap, though trying to move upscale lately.

Harbor Freight is a great place to go for inexpensive but fairly good tools. I always check HF for whatever I am looking for before going anywhere else. It would be 5 stars but they done always have the things you want. Call ahead to save the aggravation.

This store is well stocked. They have a good variety of things, but the quality of alot of their products is very poor. Things break very easy, stop working, or just kinda fall apart. But the staff at this store is very helpful and friendly. Sign up for the mailer to get coupons for discounts and free gifts.

It gets me out of trouble because I can afford to get the tools I need to get all the diy jobs that I have done. I always check for tools here first. Customer service is good also.

The store is well organized and the employees are friendly and helpful without bothering you if they happen to walk by while you are perusing the items on offer. They will drop whatever they are doing if you ask a question but otherwise let you walk around in a Man-Daze trying not to buy everything in the store. The prices are very low. If you subscribe to the philosophy that says you get what you pay for this is your place!Seriously. I needed a hammer, they had the hammer I needed. So I bought the hammer I needed. I dont need the hammer anymore. The lady asked me if that was all and told me how much it costs. It reminded me of my wife. I paid for the hammer and went home to try to fix the bent wheel on my sons car. It seems he had no choice but to hit the pot hole. I start to think about all the poor decisions and choices Ive made, how if only I had a time machine to go back in time and push my mother down the stairs while she was pregnant 😂 . Harbor Freight is a hardware store that sells tools mostly made from China and other third world countries.You are going to be disappointed if you are expecting Lowes or Home Depot. Youre not going to find brand names like Dewalt or Milwaukee on the shelves. Everything is their house brand/brands. Honestly, the tool quality can be hit or miss. Hand tools are usually solid for the most part. Ive heard good things about the pneumatic tools too. The greatest appeal of this store is that it puts equipment that is usually for the professional at prices that an amateur can afford. If you ever wanted a metal lathe or a 20 ton shop press, harbor freight probably has one for the budget.The people that shop here regularly know what theyre getting. Do research if you are planning on buying something over 200 dollars. Always save the receipts because it probably has a good chance of breaking.
