Stopped in on Sunday, late afternoon. Only one person working there with several customers in line and a steady flow coming in. I must say she handled everyone with professionalism and worked her way through the flow with a great attitude as well. I was pretty impressed. Keep up the great customer service!
This is the CLEANEST, friendliness, well kept store I have been too! A lot of the UPS stores seem dark, and the staff is not friendly……NOT at this UPS store! I walk in and they acknowledge everyone with a friendly hello! I’ve seen so many people just run in and just drop their returns off without even wanting to get proof that their package will be delivered. That’s because this location is trustworthy and follows thru!!
Charging to print a return label that they make money off of is called nickel-and-diming. I have used these guys for a huge number of things and will no longer support them until they make some changes and appreciate their longtime customers. How ridiculous can you get?
Ive always had wonderful, prompt service anytime I have used this location for my printing and shipping needs. Ive used them for my Amazon returns, yard signs for birthdays, they even printed my wedding invites. I am beyond happy with them and the price was very reasonable! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff I have had the pleasure of working with while using this location. Keep up the good work!
They lost the clothes for my grandmothers funeral!! Spent $100 to have clothes sent for my grandmothers funeral and they lost them! No apologies, no refund, nothing. They finally found them and delivered them two days after she was buried. Again, no apology, no refund, nothing. Our family has contacted every level of this company without receiving a single reply. Never spending a cent at UPS again. As our family was grieving we had to rush around to figure out how to cloth our loved one. The very least they could do was offer us an apology and a refund. Completely ridiculous.

I brought in a heavy bulky return item to walmart.com that walmart sent me and the staff got a box that fit and printed out a label and accepted it there to be picked up by another carrier. They didnt have to do that. Thank you for helping me as I was on foot..... Thanks again....
We dont ship a lot, but this place is now our go-to store for sending packages. They have geared up for the pre-Christmas rush and the service has been exceptional in each of my three visits this week. Very brief waits on all occasions; when they start getting backed up a bit, more staff magically appear to expedite things. It may cost a bit more than USPS, but the service, reliability and delivery times cant be beat.
This location has amazing helpful employees. Every time I’ve been in the store, I’m greeted kindly and asked how my day is, in this world of not so good service, what a breath of fresh air! Customer service is high priority here and all my product orders are perfect. I actually look forward to stopping by and picking up my mail. Thank you for being a bright part of my day!
I wanted to contact you to let you know the amazing service I received yesterday from one of your drivers, Kyle. He is always so kind whenever I see him. Yesterday he went above and beyond helping me with two huge packages (100 lbs each). I’m in an apartment and he ALWAYS brings my packages to my door on the second floor. FedEx never brings them up and often leaves them outside our building. I want to make sure you know how amazing Kyle truly is year round. Hope you consider him for a holiday bonus!

Incompetence and negligence seem fitting here.I had a rare, vintage sculpture piece I was selling on eBay with a friend. I used this UPS branch to ship the package (which weighed between 20-30 pounds). The clerks and I filled out the usual paperwork and I was assured the package would arrive to Canada safely.The package arrived completely shattered to the buyer. The sculpture was wrapped in Styrofoam bubbles - nothing else. The term horrified doesnt begin to describe my rage and the violation I feel.My friend and I filed a claim and it took MONTHS to receive a full refund (over $200). The administrative burden and emotional toll this took on us is unforgivable. Our eBay reputation is now tarnished and I will never willingly use this branch again. Going forward, I will ship everything myself or use a different service.Even going in to pick up the refund check was an ordeal -- they wrote the check in the wrong name even after I just got off the phone with a clerk explaining who was coming to pick up the refund (of which we did not receive in its entirety - we were penalized because I didnt get insurance that I wasnt offered). I was not offered insurance, only assurance that this would be taken care of. Silly me!Unfortunately I still have to pick up packages here whenever their driver doesnt feel my private apartment isnt safe to leave packages at my home; go in at noon on a Saturday and there will be a line out the door and one person working the desk.Im not one to vent on the internet -- believe me, the manager got a full earful -- but this experience was so outrageous it has to be made public.
I recently visited The UPS Store, on S Fish Hatchery Rd, to make graduation announcements for my High School Senior. From start to finish I worked with Kayla on the phone getting information, Lukas who helped me pick out the best photos and then Johnson for creating the final product! Everyone was helpful, professional and I am very pleased with my final product! I will be back to create a banner for the actual event. I highly recommend this location for all your print needs.

Giving them 5 stars because of one particular employee. I wish I would have caught her name*.I was dropping off a package, and there were several people in line in front of me. The two people currently being helped seemed to have complicated service needs. One of the young ladies working there caught my eye and apologized. Since I had her attention, I left my package on the counter, and said I was going to the bakery next door, and would be back for my receipt.I went to the bakery next door and ordered a pastry and coffee and was sitting down to eat them when the same young woman from the UPS store RUSHES in and hands my my receipt and apologizes profusely. I try to thank her even though my mouth is full, and she heads back to deal with the line of customers.Simple gestures like that mean I will think of her next time I need to give a UPS store my business. I may go back and get her name so I can write her boss.*The owner of this store reached out to me after I posted this same review on another site. I still dont know her name, but she got credit for her good work!
My experience was great. Unlike an earlier reviewer, there was no strong odor of perfume or anything else. The owner Jake was super friendly and eager to help. The store one of the nicest UPS Store Ive been in. They offer many printing services you would typically have to go to a big commerical printer to get.

What a rip-off! Over $50 to send a few pages 200 miles. Never again. Recommend using Overnight US Mail--as reliable and MUCH more reasonable.
The owner, Jake, is always very helpful and friendly. I am continually satisfied with any shipping, copies or printing services. From the simplest task of copies or shipping a typical package to a more extensive print job with uv coating, I trust Jake and his team to take care of it. I rely often on this location and will continue to do business there.
As a student at the University in a design major I always took my projects here for all of the professional finishes needed. The service is remarkable and the employees always have a smile on their faces. Now as a professional, they are still my first choice for all printing and marketing needs. There is no project they wouldnt be willing to try. This store is a really a pleasure to do business with.
For the past 8 years, Ive had all my work related printing done here. They used to be timely, courteous and helpful. Not anymore. Looking for a business partner in your printing needs, this is not the place to go.
I was a mailbox holder at this UPS store for 8 years, starting under the previous management. I had to drop our box this year after a pattern of misbehavior relating to package acceptance. First the UPS Store staff signed for a multi-package order that was incomplete, so I had to spend a day tracking down the missing package that had gotten separated, which was a bit difficult since FedEX knew the order had been signed for as complete. Then the UPS Store lost a package that actually was delivered and, later, when they found it, appear to have faked a delivery from a local courier company so they would not have to admit losing it in the pile in back. (I checked with the courier - they had no record of the mystery delivery). Then the UPS Store signed for a package from Amazon full of fragile electronics that was smashed open so badly you could put your whole arm inside the gaping hole. Finally they took a stiff mailing envelope containing valuable artwork and *folded it in half* to cram it in our box, rather than storing it in back. Every time we informed them of a problem we were told it was our fault in one way or another, even in the instance where they destroyed our property after receiving it. We have since gone elsewhere for package services and had no issues.
Please update the website with accurate store hours. i witnessed car after car park, people try the door and walk away discouraged. Website says you are open until 5 PM Saturdays.
Jake from the Fish Hatchery UPS Store made my day! Jake took care of the details of my package quickly and did it in the friendliest manner possible. I was in and out in around 5 minutes and left with a smile on my face. The last time I shipped a similar package with UPS, it turned out to be a long ordeal, so this was a delight. Thank you!

Not having the ability to print a label at home, I was told this store could do it for me. They do charge a fee. The fee is $1 per label. The issue is if you dont have cash they will not put through a transaction on card unless you spend $5.
Ive utilized the UPS store in Fitchburg for mailing packages as well as printing. All of my experiences have been great. Im greeted by a friendly employee, given options of packaging and/or printing and always had quick and efficient service/results.
Ive mostly utilized this store for print projects--and have had a great experience across the board. Great customer service and great results every time!
I had my wedding invitations printed here after recommendation from another Bride. Kayla and Jalen were soo helpful! Kayla made sure to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!
Omg!! Melissa has this store looking so beautiful and spacious! People arnt congested if waiting around! I have NEVER had bad service. People who write bad reviews are CRAZY! Even for my sons graduation party, they were EXTREMEY accommodating to me!! All my packages have been sent out with NO problem! I can’t soeak highly enough of this store, and ALL the employees!! I wouldn’t never stand in line at any other UPS store since I have this wonderful store here in Fitchburg!! Way to go Melissa!! You are definitely an A+ Store!! I don’t miss the Oregon UPS store at all!!
They say they cant find my patio even though I set it as that in my choice, then make me drive here to get my stuff instead of making another attempt. How lazy can you be
I go to this store all the time to mail packages, print material, and fax material - They are always friendly and helpful - I have never smelled perfume - they are not overly expensive - and they are open later than the PO.
I was smacked in the face by the smell of perfume as soon as I walked in the door. I dont know what they are trying to cover up but the perfume smell is so strong I could barely stand to be in the store. Dont go to this location if you want to be able to breathe.

Terrible . Bad customer service .manger is no better than the employees she is just as dumb . They are careless with the packages . Mix up packages . Got new people on the register that doesnt know how to properly package . Ive wasted so much money here . I suggest u go down the street to the other one . . Save ur money . Bunch of careless workers .
