Now that we have to do Curbside Shopping, it is a mess & definitely doesnt work because, they only have 1 phone line! I pulled up & called to order my 1 item, the phone rung once & gave the busy tone. I can see 1 lady in the front of the store on the phone. There were 2 others in the back but, never came to the front. I called 11 times in 30 mins & still didnt get through or no one else came to see if I needed anything. Finally, they got an UPS delivery & another customer & one of the other ladies came to the door. I told her that Id been waiting for 30 mins. She told me her coworker was on the phone & they only had 1 line. Never tried to see what I needed.. never asked the man what he needed either.. grabbed the package & locked the door! Guess Ill take my money elsewhere
I am so happy with my hair that I never could have afforded to have done at a salon because its such a complicated process. Mandy took all the time in the world on a busy Friday to work with me on and off all day so I could do it myself. I had to pull alot of red out of my hair so I could highlight and then I needed to tone it and do some deep conditioning. It was very important to her that the end result was exactly what I wanted. It turned out beautiful .People can make 100 plus grand a year and care less about how they do their job or how it affects anyone. Then there are the Mandys of the world who, whatever they are making, will find a way to do what they do with excellence and use their job to make a positive difference in the lives of other people.
Im very unhappy with this location. We drove 2 hrs to do my cousins hair and forgot the enlightener. We called ahead and asked if they could please have it ready because we would be getting there right at 9pm. We pulled up right at 9pm and just turned 9:01pm. The door was locked and lights were off. The manager was sweeping the floor and said sorry closed. We said we were the ones that just called and said we were on our way. She said we locked the doors at 9:01 which wasnt true because she was already sweeping at that time. We then called again since she wanted to ignore us and said she locked the doors at 9:01, which by that time was 9:02 so wasnt true cause we were right there watching. We again said can we just get the enlightener we called about and she then said no the register is counted and balanced. Thats great customer service right there. Thanks a bunch for your hard work. Dont tell someone that you will hold it for them just to lock the doors before 9pm. If we would have known that was going to happen we would have turned back around and not kept driving.
