I got a warning about possible interactions with two of the medications Im taking. Ive been taking these two for quite some time now but had never gotten such a warning before. I appreciate someone taking the time to inform me about this. I prefer this Walgreens over any other because they treat me much better.

The people in the pharmacy are rude all they do is profile people. My wife about died last night and had to go to the ER because they decided to close at 8:58 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. like theyre supposed to. It was 8:55 when I was at the register and I didnt have enough money for what I needed to get my wife. I walked away got the money that I needed came back to the cash register at 8:58 they shut the windows in my face and said sorry sir were closed. Theyre rude unconsiderate and dont deserve to even work in the pharmacy youre there to help people. But instead they wanted to be rude. In my opinion they should all be fired for closing the pharmacy early. If my wife would have died last night I would have sued everyone of them you guys are pathetic and I will never come to this Walgreens ever again in my life

Ive used this Pharmacy for years. As of lately the Pharmacy Customer Service is Subpar to say the least. Drive up Workers are extremely Rude & Unprofessional.

I would like to tell management at this location that I was very disappointed when I rode my bike there to grab something quick and there was no bike rack. Bike racks promote equity and mobility and alternative forms of transportation. They also ensure personal property protection because you can lock up your bike. It can also guarantee more people visit the store. Not everyone wants to or can drive everywhere.

Tryed talking to a pharmacist about my script and insurance and she completley ignored me but spoke as if we were having a different conversation that was apparently happening in her head.On another hand i guess it makes for decent entertainment

I been going to Walgreens for many years. And now I will be going somewhere else. 3 months ago, I picked up my meds. I kept telling my kids I wasn’t feeling good. I received a call about a job and as I was letting them know what meds I was on. I was taking someone else medication for over 2 weeks. I called Walgreens..they told I could not get my meds until I bring back someone else medication. Then I just got a call that my meds was ready sent my daughter two days in a row they are rude and disrespectful. Tomorrow is the last time I will be going to Walgreens 🤬🤬

Ive been with Walgreens a quite few months and suddenly there is a problem with the NBC codes theyre using for one of my most important and expensive scripts. My insurance rep called them to help, but she said he kept repeatedly punching in the wrong code. She let them know I would be switching pharmacies and they just dont care. I wonder if corporate would care. Im so tired of the lack of organization, competence, and people skills in this pharmacy. Its a joke. Happily taking my business elsewhere.... wish Rite Aid had made a better contract with Meridian cause I wouldnt even have had to deal with this incompetence.... I transferred my entire profile to Kroger.

I love the cashiers! The pharmacy should take lessons on politeness from the cashiers. Walgreens has everything and great deals, too. Wouldve given it 5 stars, but the pharmacy is slow, the workers are rude, and they are slow.. did I mention theyre slow???

The pharmacy personnel and cashiers are courteous and friendly. The store could probably use a remodeling but they do a good job at keeping it clean and stocked.

Nice staff. Very fast. But they are always busy because of McLarens patients coming here all the time. The pharmacy has restricted hours.

Love these guys, awesome service, almost always the right side pickup/dropoff isnt in service. Other than that, theyre fantastic.

Im so sick of staff in pharmacy department telling me one thing over the phone and something different when I arrive, and this lady name D. Perveen has broken every Hippa law whenever I would get my methotrexate, shed ask if Im pregnant right in front of other customers and shes not supposed to asked me that. Ive been having problems with this lady for the longest, I hate having to use Walgreens as my pharmacy, I have to now because of insurance chooses which pharmacy you can go to now. I hate these new laws, rules and regulations.

It’s 50/50. Normally nice staff. They have reserved parking spots for flint police.. I have to say they never made a mistake with my prescription. Sometimes ppl won’t move forward for others in line so that can cause a major delay. Beware of the drivethru line you pull up in a rush and the person ahead isn’t courteous enough to circle back around and bam you’re blocked in because another car pulls up behind you. It happens

They are good with customer service .Sometime the wait in the line is to long for pharmacy.Need to have better staffing during peek times.

This Walgreen staff is much better than a year ago.

How is penicillin free almost every were else and it cost 20.00 here. Is it because its by McLaren and Hurley. And genesys is by Wal-Mart pharmacy and its free there.

I Use the drive thru for prescription pic up and usually get thru in a timely manner

Staff is usually talking including manager on sales floor, csr atleast 2 are unfriendly, they ask for their point card then dont apply to your account some b ogus account, parking lot is unkept, and more than 5x Ive seen people selling their prescriptions in parking lot and/or was approached for money I no longer shop at this location

The pharmacy is extremely slow. I dont mind dropping off and coming back to pick up but you should make everyone do it. I shouldnt have the car in front of me put their car in park and turn off the engine and wait for theirs to be filled

Love the pharmacy. Hate having to call was on hold over 30 minutes almost.

They are often very nice most of the time.
