HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My sister was denied service because she was on the phone with me trying to find the right prenatal vitamins for a friend, who is on bed rest. The wife asked her to cut her speaker phone off, which she did. The husband the rudely told her NO SERVICE FOR YOU TODAY, when she asked why he told her it was because she was on her phone IN THE STORE, not at the check out. My sister tried to find a solution and was told not to argue with him ( she wasnt arguing, she was just asking when this became a policy) and was put out of the store! We have been longtime customers for years, I stopped shopping here before the pandemic because the husband and wife have horrible energy and customer service skills, and the husband doesnt was his hands well and I have an autoimmunedisease...the Sister (who is an amazing cook) has always been friendly and helpful, and they brought their son in to try and help as well but alas the owners make this place unwelcoming. I am so glad that Flint now has Sweet Peaces, The Local Grocer, and other healthy food options so people wont feel stuck going places where their business isnt valued.

Great selection. Kind service. High prices.Home like feel in the store. Very down to earth. Found Arrow Root Powder! Which I havent found at any Co-Op or health food store! Owner helped me get a few ounces. Really happy to find these natural options downtown Flint!

They are honestly one of the only organic grocery stores that stay in the aisles to explain any questions for each and every customer. With this kind of information you can fire your doctor and live a healthy plant-based life

Amazing place we need one on every corner

Employees and owners were not masked ...this establishments prepare food and beverages...yet refuse to follow The State of Michigan mandates The CDC and WHO guidelines... The owner preceded to have a conversation with me again no mask ...I tried to as I tried to distance myself while the employee prepared my purchases again no mask and no gloves ...I do not recommend going to this establishment for anything .....

It is a health store in the heart of Flint. And although it is small, it had what I was looking for.The owners are very welcoming, and during the time I was there, a series of old time customers came into the store. While I was checking the tea section, I could hear their conversations. In a world where or you check out yourself, or the employees ask you formulaic questions, this place seem genuine, and nice. They believe in what they do, and they try to answer all your questions.I supposed that is why they have so many customers.

Staff is incredibly friendly and the food from the deli portion was made to order, fresh, and delicious! I will definitely be back again.

This place has not only the cleanest water in Flint but the healthiest as well. Bottled in glass alkaline water can buy it by the gallon or invest in a filtration system for your own house. Also carries unique to find supplments ans michigan made products. Full line grocer, Bulk foods, supplments, kombuchas, cleaning products and more. This place is very nice at helping people get healthy. Located in a quaint renivated house downtown Flint. One of my favorite family businesses.

After finding bugs in my calendula last month and being told by the owner (s) that I dont need to come back and they dont need my services, this place deserves a zero from me. From the guy watching me get out me car and walk around the store, to the blatant disregard for mines as well as others safety of having bugs in their products and KNOWING about it, but not doing anything about. The lady with the short hair confirmed that the bugs had been an issue, but while returning the calendula and stating that I had bugs in mines the owner states Well this is a natural plant that does grow outside. Undermining my intelligence as well as trying to justify why there are bugs inside of your products shows just how customer service oriented this place is.Addl So I guess the owner thinks Im trying to troll, but I wouldnt have a reason to, Ive shopped here many times and even done business as a liason for one of my clients. But to blocked on Facebook (susan) is petty lol.
