We just had our carpet replaced by Skaff after purchasing a home. We are so pleased! The installers were here right at 8:30 and completed by 12:30. They were professional and quick. We highly recommend and will use Skaff again in the future!

I have had an excellent experience with Skaff. Shaye sold us our new couch and let us know it would take about 4 weeks to come in. It only took 2!! Tony and Gene were here to deliver my long awaited sofa. They notified me that they were within 8 minutes of arriving and were right on time They introduced themselves, checked out the location for the sofa and went straight to work. They spoke kindly to my geriatric dog who thinks that everyone comes to visit her. They completed the delivery, checked to make sure the reclining mechanism worked and wished me a good day. We had a great Skaff experience!After ordering furniture at 2 other places, being given excuse after excuse about wait and delivery times - we decided to try Skaff. We were not disappointed. They have the option to order your furniture as well as a selection of warehouse pieces that are ready for delivery. We found a set we could get in less than a week, and we are so pleased! Today I received my new livingroom furniture. They were delivered and carried up 2 flights of stairs by the team of Tony and Gene. They were excellent. Very friendly and professional and making sure everything looked ok. It was really a struggle to carry out the old furniture because of its size and also to carry up the stairs the new furniture. They did so well. They figured out how to get the furniture up the stairs without any issues. I could not ask for any better service. These two guys are an asset to Skaff. The delivery team, Tony and Gene were absolutely phenomenal and I would give them 10 stars. We placed our order in March and were told that we could expect June delivery. At the end of June, I called to follow up with the store. I was then told “a couple weeks.” After a few weeks, I then called again to follow up to see when we could expect the order, only to be told that it would be a few more weeks. I believe the store should have been communicating better with me through the process, to keep our expectations in line with what reality was going to be. Instead, I was following up with them for the updates. I feel the overall customer service experience could have been amazing with a little communication from the sales team of Skaff.

I just wanted to say that my delivery men, Tony and Gene did an excellent job delivering my furniture this morning. They were prompt and very pleasant. My furniture is beautiful! I will always continue to do business with Skaff.

After calling every carpet and flooring store in town, I went to Skaff as my last hope to find high quality glue on vinyl plank flooring without going over my budget. I found exactly what I wanted but was quoted an outrageous amount! Was also told in no uncertain terms that if I wanted the best, I would have to pay more than I anticipated. While the sales associate, Gary, was in the back crunching numbers for the glue needed for this flooring I was going to settle on just because it was cheaper, I walked out. I drove over to my first option that I had not originally checked out in person and I am so glad i did! Not only did I not have to settle for something simply because it was cheaper, I ended up with the same exact flooring I wanted at Skaff (same brand, same quality!) for TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS less than Skaff was quoting me! My cousin and I also received much friendlier and less arrogant customer service with this other company. I will never step foot in Skaff for any of my furniture or flooring needs again.

Davis and Owen did an excellent job in the delivery and set up of our new sectional. Very professional and efficient in their work. I appreciated that Davis came to the door wearing a mask. If their manager is reading this, it might be time for a raise for these gentlemen!

Today (16/1/2020) was the first time I have ever visited Skaff. Sadly, when I drove up there were only 2 handicap parking spots available. There are plenty of other parking options but on a busy day this might prove a challenge for some people. If needed, there were amigos available to ride. Michael was extremely helpful in locating the couch for me. He even helped me with color swatches and recommend ideas. I really liked that! All of the couches were made-to-order and take appropriately 6-8 weeks to receive. The couch 🛋 I looked at was exquisite and so was the price. However, I understood why. The USA 🇺🇸 based company in Georgia warrantied their merchandise for a very long time. There was a wide selection of quality products to look at within the store and this store seemed the most expensive that I visited but they have plenty of other options available. If you want quality, helpful sales professionals and lots of options this is the store for you. The furniture store is large so bring your walking shoes. The personnel was extremely friendly and did not chase you throughout the store like other furniture stores in the states. I’m probably heading there tomorrow to make a purchase.

Although we waited almost 7 months for our furniture to come from Flexsteel, It was delivered to us within two days of arrival. Tony and Gene showed up at our front door and immediately put us at ease knowing they were going to take care of us. They were nice enough to move our existing heavy furniture out of the room to make room for the new pieces. They brought in a couch and loveseat, put it exactly where we wanted it, making adjustments as needed. They calculated the space needed for reclining, and made sure all the electronics were working. They couldnt have been nicer, and we are more than satisfied with our experience. Tony and Gene make Skaff Furniture look really good.

The delivery personnel, Chris & Gene, were very professional and took great care with our furniture delivery. They inspected 8 pieces for damage and tested our powered Smith Bros glider recliners. 1 had a slight clicking sound when lifting and the repairman, Ray, stopped by within minutes and accessed the small problem. He is ordering a new mechanism and will install it asap, he said. Been dealing with Skaff for years and know they back their sales with service. We love our new Furnishings!

We bought our carpet from Skaff about 2 years ago. Last fall we contacted Skaff regarding a problem with our plush carpet. We were told it was called pooling, a very unusual condition to develop. Skaff stood behind the carpet and replaced all 2400 square feet at no cost to us. Both the furniture movers they contracted on our behalf as well as the carpet installers did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Skaff based on their willingness to stand behind the products they sell and not stop until the customer is satisfied.
